SHELLEY BARRATT was born on the blistering desert sands of South Africa. Well, not on them really, or even near them. It was a very nice hospital in NSW. Which is irrelevant since she was raised in QLD and VIC. She began life as a baby, and later refused to grow up. At the age of five, she began talking in weird and wonderful voices. The fact that nobody seemed to be listening never bothered her. And neither does much else. Today, she can be found unsuccessfully avoiding responsibility in Australia as a full-time student.
