Gakuya Abazure
The last title reference was a reference to the Disney Animated Feature “Pocahontas.” The soundtrack to that movie (like most Disney movies) is fantastic, and on a semi-related note it was the first CD I ever bought. I vividly remember watching the last episode of “Full House” and then immediately going to my local toy store to buy the CD. Heh. Good times.

1. So I haven’t posted in a bit, life seems to just throw a million things at me at once and quite honestly I should be doing homework instead of posting on ShyOtaku now. Oh well, I really like doing my psuedo-blog entries.
2. Behold the magic of the swami! It took me four tries to figure out his secret, because I’m dumb. I don’t like to post these sorts of thing, because they don’t provide any sort of real content.. but this was thoroughly entertaining to me, and I’m just in the right kind of mood for it.
3. One of the girls at work is throwing a Halloween party on Friday, and I’m trying very hard to think of a good costume this year. For those of you who don’t know, Halloween was the most awesome holiday ever until terrorists decided to attack America.
No more than four years ago it was considered perfectly acceptable and safe for young children to run around the neighborhood, knocking on strangers’ doors and demanding that they receive free candy and treats. I think last Halloween we got maybe five trick-or-treaters at the most. And it’s not because we live in an old neighborhood, either, we are a block away from an elementary school. If anyone would be swarmed by hordes of costumed children it would be our household. Oh well.
Anyone have any suggestions for costumes? I’m really drawing a blank here.
