Fwee!
Whoo! Last day of school was today!! *does happy dance* ^___^ Now a great big long summer break! *sighhhh*
Oh! Oh! Oh! The other day I got the WHOLE SERIES of Last Exile on just THREE DVDs for 43 bucks!! It cost me all my money, but... SOOOOO happy!! I was watching it with the subtitles, and this is what I have deemed for the Japanese voices:
Claus: Sounds like a freaking girl. XD
Lavie: Sounds great
Al: So cute. Could be a bit more childlike, but it's cute. ^_^
Alex: The voice is just a little bit too deep. If it were to be just a teensy bit less low, it would be perfect. ^_^ (I do like it, though... Alex is sexy no matter how he sounds...)
Sophia: Sounds good.
Delphine: Mmm... This one was tough. Her voice is a little low but it suits her okay.
Dio: Sounds more like a girl than Claus, jeez! X__x;;
Lucciola: Sounds good.
Vince: Sounds good.
Mullin: A little funny, but good.
Er... I keep feeling like I'm forgetting someone... Oh well...
Oh. I'm confused about the spelling of Yuris' name now. X__x; In the subtitles, her name is spelled with an E (Euris) but everywhere else, it's with a Y (Yuris). Which is correct? Does it matter? X____x;;; *is terribly confused*
I think I'm going to listen to subtitled anime more often... It sounds cooler to know that this was the original. ^^ (Sometimes the English peoples mess around with the script a bit too much... Not a lot in LE, but there is this one point when Alex is all mad at Campbell, and in the sub he says "Campbell, you son of a..." but in the dub he says, "Campbell... You..." like that. X__x )
Er... I need to scan in this purdyful picture I drew... It's fanart of my fanfic... The roses took forever to draw, and the falling rose petals were easy but took forEVER. XP (you probably don't know what I'm talking about... or care...)
