Hey everyone,I busted my butt again this time the dumb ball came at me and it was going so fast that it kinda spiked down i really wanted to hit it so i dived for it.The only thing was i tripped over my team mate when i was taking off hit my chest and stomach and i got a scatch on my eye.....this is a dangerous sport.

"Hey everyone today was another hard day of volleyball practice.we have a game on friday. Mann i bust my ass at pratice. I had my shoes off,right my socks was on. then that dumb ball came flying towards me and i attempted to get it. i barley touched. My feet came flying from under me and i landed *SPAT* flat on my back,i did a 360 degree turn straight to the ground.i was so embarssed but it was so funny i didnt even think about my tail bone;feeling like it was all broken *sniff i busted my ass right in front of my cute coach. owell....."
