   I missed you, Internet! *huggles*
Post time: 8:13 p.m. CT
Current Music: "Maple Gunman" by AnCafe

Ahhhhhh!!!!! I can finally get on the Internet on a daily basis again! I'm uber sorry for not being on very often! It wasn't my fault!!! >,<; My computer worked an stuff when I got back, it's just the phone line we used for it to connect to the 'Net was acting up, and my dad had to fiddle around with it, but luckily, when I got back from Kayla's today, it worked! I was uber happy! Now I can get caught up on what's been happening with everyone (if you don't hate me that is...)! I have honestly missed you guys sooooo much!!!! *hugs all and passes out brownies* Please forgive me? *chibi eyes*

So I hope everyone is doing okay...I'll be sure to run around and comment on your sites a.s.a.p. Hmmmm...as for me...I'm still trying to recover from the depression of the Family Values Tour totally skipping our area...I would have at least thought they would have stopped in Omaha, Nebraska, or even Des Moines! And for those of you who aren't sure how to pronounce the Iowa capital, it's a French name, so the "s" sound is silent, so it sounds like "De Moin". Sorry, but it annoyes me when people say it wrong...same for Illinois...the "s" is silent! Anyway...so yeah...watching videos on YouTube with Dir en grey on the FVT almost made me cry...*sigh* If I ever win the lottery (yeah right...), I would so totally invite them over to my house for a personal concert for my friends and I and a BBQ...I would need alot of money and stuff...plus a translator or two...or five...dunno' but I will go insane if I never go to a concert, Jrock or otherwise, in my life. I feel so sheltered...I've never been to a concert in my life. Did any of you go to the show? Was Diru there? Please tell me! I must know! I'll try to be more positive, because I'm sure nobody likes to read complaints and what-not. Ah yes! On one of my previous posts, I put that Kyo shared my birthday...yeah...that was some misimformation...he was born in February, not September...Ah! But Miyavi's birthday is 10 days away! I need to draw a piccie and send it via scan/fanmail! And that means my birthday and Bou's birthday is 12 days away! Yay! Only a few more weeks!

I know exactly what I want to do for my birthday, too (16th to be exact...)! I'm going to invite Kayla and Yumi over to my house then my dad is going to drop us off at the mall, and we'll run around like crazed maniacs all day. That sounds really fun...I went to the mall Saturday, too...I got the August issue of Cure at Hot Topic. I got the July issue from the one in Detroit when I went there for the last time. I can't read very much, but the pictures are very pretty and make me want to buy some alternate color contacts...Purple and light blue or red. That would be so cool...I want to get into Ayabie, too...they were on the cover this month, and let me just say I fell in love with Intetsu, the bassist! He has such an adorable smile! OMG! I need to seriously get into Phantasmagoria, too...they look so cool...though KISAKI makes me angry sometimes with his expressionless-ism...he has virtually the same expression in every picture...though he is very pretty to look at. ^^ I think the new layout will end up being Bou/AnCafe...I've been into them a lot lately. I especially like "Maple Gunman". Kannon is so cute dressed as a doggie! Kawaii desu! Though I would have to say that the cutest member or AnCafe (for me at least) is Bou...he's so cute...in a sadly girly way, but he's still incredibly adorable!

It's funny...I let Kayla borrow Moonchild, and she didn't watch all of it before she gave it back, so we watched the rest of it when I went over there yesterday. There was a part towards the middle (I think...) where they show a nice close up of his rear (not to mention the fact he was wearing some tight leather pants), and she paused it! It was so hilarious! So the whole time I was there, she was obsessing over how hot Gackt is. Well, I ended up spending the night and Yumi got sucked into our warphole or insanity. It's funny how freaked out she is about Gackt and his blue eyes...^^ But when she found out Kayla though he was shmexy, we sort of look at each other and go: "You do know he's old enough to be your dad, right?" She looked a little crestfallen, but we joked around for a good long time.

Damn...August already...
Hello everyone! I'm sorry I havn't been on lately at all...Think of it as a sort of hiatus, I guess...I only have a week or so until I go back home (thank god! I miss everyone so badly!!!), so I'm getting anxious. I have awesome news! A while ago I asked my aunt if she could order me some stuff off of Amazon.com as long as I payed for it. She said yes, so now I have HYDE's new CD "Faith" and "Moon Child"!!!! I was so happy! I'll get back to regularly getting on when I get back home, trust me!

I've also discovered some rather interesting information...Okay, so my birthday is September 16. Miyavi's is September 14. Both Kyo's and Bou's are on the same day as mine!!! If you don't know, I'm talking about Bou from AnCafe. Kawaii!!! Sorry again! I havn't been trying to ignore any of you at all, I promise!

Attempting to get a new layout going...
Hey all. I'm going to Canada this weekend! I'm not for sure what were doing, but I think it'll be interesting. It'll be my first time out of the U.S., so it should be fun. As you can see, I'm trying to get a new Shinya layout going...I just need a new avatar...*sigh* I might have to make my own cheesy little one...*sigh* oh well.

I had another odd dream last night...I was reading a manga, and it looked like Fruits Basket, but it wasn't. It was about me and Shinya! It was really cool, cuz the dream was like all in Natsumi Takaya's drawing style. Shinya and I went to this park or something with a large fountain and these huge steps. I'm not sure what happened before that, but I guess I must have gotten us in trouble or something...I dunno. But we were sitting there and my aunt, uncle, and cousins come, and my aunt says that me and her are going to Japan. I get all excited and look at Shinya and we grin at each other for a while. Then he said something like, "You got us into a lot of danger, but you saved us and I'm very greatful for that." I think by we, he meant himself, me, and Miyu (his puppy). It was a really nice dream...

I got a call from Kayla yesterday. I was surprised, but I guess my mom stopped at her house and gave her my uncle's phone number. She went to go see Pirates of the Carribean 2 and she liked it. I guess there was a big fight at Watermelon Days, too. Btw, Watermelon Days is a small carnival in a small town near where I live. It was nice to hear from her, though. I also finished a book I was reading yesterday, too. It's called "Dragonsblood", and it's by Todd McCaffery, son of Anne McCaffery, writer of the Dragonriders of Pern series. I love those books...I just checked out the newest book, "Dragon's Fire" today at the library. It looks really good, and I can't wait to curl up on the couch and read it. ^^

Happy 4th of July!
Yeah...I went to go see Cars today with my younger cousins...it was pretty good! Mater was the best...him and his "tractor-tipping". We also went to the Detroit Zoo on Sunday. I loved it! The first and one of my favorite animals we saw were the otters. There was only one I could see, but it was sooooo kawaii! It was all curled up by the glass and when I stopped to look at it, it looked up and yawned at me! Kya! ^^ My other favorite was the wolverines. I was shocked they had some! There were two and they were running around and chasing each other like crazy! The older and bigger one kept putting it's forepaws on a tree branch and tried to make it break off by bouncing on it. It was so cute! Of course, I have a weakness for animals in the Mustelidae family (weasles, ferrets, otters, etc.). ^^ I also bought an awesome wolf plushie from the gift shop and named it Miyabi after Meevers former stage name when he was in Due la Quartz. And since then, I've had dreams right before I wake up with my favorite Jrockers...

Sunday night, I had a dream that I had this handful of shredded cheese (wtf...) and was walking down a sidewalk that lead to a train station. I look up, and I see Miyavi (SQUEEE!!!) helping this old lady and he has some ers (like Ritz) in his hand. He looks up and I wave with my free hand and we walk up to each other and I offer him some of my cheese, and he takes some and puts it on one of his ers. He then offers me some ers to go with my cheese. I accepted, then I wanted to give him money for them, but he said it was a fair trade. Then we got on the train and left somewhere. After that it was pretty much a blur. It was all really odd nontheless. Not to mention you can make so many bad puns about it, it isn't even funny.

Last night, I had another odd dream. I can't remember the beginning very well, besides I went to a toy store and there were these toys that would break and rebuild themselves (okay...). I was in my room, drawing a picture of Shinya from a profile, but I couldn't figure out how I wanted his hair and kept messing up. I hear my door open, and all the members of Dir en Grey walk in my room! Kaoru sat on my desk, Toshiya and Die sat on the end of my bed, and Shinya and Kyo shared my desk chair. They all pulled out sketchbooks and started drawing! The most vivid thing I can remember was about Shinya and Kyo. Shinya had his ish-red-orange shoulder lenght straight hair and this fancy white shirt on with these several-sizes-to-big shiney leather pants. He also had a coat but he took it off and sat on it. He was also sitting in the right position for me to draw him properly! And Kyo was facing the opposite direction of me so I could only see his back, but he was wearing pretty much the same outfit as in THE FINAL video, not to mention hair and make-up. It was more like a drawing class and everyone always smiled at me and laughed when I acidentally broke my CD player...Then there was some more stuff about those dumb toys.

I also got some drawings done over the weekend! I finally finished the uber-late Easter/birthday pic for Yumi. I like how I colored it...it turned out really good. I also drew another picture that has sort of a sentimental and intimate meaning, but I'm willing to share it anyway. ^^ I'll try and get them on tomorrow if I'm able to get on...it might not be until as late as this weekend, but I'll try to get them uploaded asap! Hope you're all enjoying your holiday!

Even people in Michigan know Iowa sucks...
How is everyone? Good I hope! This weekend was awesome! Saturday, we (my cousins, aunt, uncle, and myself) went to the local carnival called The Livonia Spree. It was sooooo much fun! There were so many awesome rides there! My two favorites were the Enterprise and Fireball...cuz you went upside down, and that is always fun. I thought about how awesome it would have been if all of my favorite Jrockers were there and we all just hung out and went on rides an such...oh, that sounds like so much fun! SQUEE!!!! >< They had a ride where you pretty much get hoisted up 150 feet in the air then make a sheer drop that I went on, too. When my uncle and my younger cousin Dylan went on it, there was a guy that ended up having to sit on their row (only 3 people could sit on each of the 4 sides). He had this little wrapped candy in his hand and when they fell, the candy hovered for a bit. If only I would have been able to go when that happened!

Sunday I went to the mall. I spent about an hour running around Hot Topic like a mad woman. I ended up buying Dir en grey's latest album, "Withering to " and a Dir en grey t-shirt. They had two, one with a psycho-skull thing and another one with just their legs and Dir en grey on the front and back. The guy who rung all my stuff up started talking to me about Diru. I'm guessing he was already a fan or something, cuz he said he liked some of their older music a little better. Then some of his co-workers and us got in a discussion about the Family Values Tour and Diru being on it. At one point I had to explain I was only in Michigan for a short time and lived in Iowa. One of the s goes, "Well, arn't they going to be in Iowa?" I shook my head and she asked why, and the guy goes, "Because it's Iowa!" I full out agreed with him. I like that place though...I think I'll buy the other t-shirt next time I go. I also stopped at a small Borders and got a bookmark. You know how they have those small shop-like things they set up in the middle of the floor at the mall and they sell random stuff like glass figurines and what-not? They had an oriental home decor shop set up and they had these really cool figurines of horses and dragons. I decided to buy a small horse one that was painted gold. The people running the stand were very kind too!

Well, Sunday night we went to a fire works display they had to mark the ending of the Spree. It was really odd because you would see the fire-works, but 10 seconds later you would hear the bangs...and feel them, too...the reverberations actually made a car alarm go off! Well...I have to go now...I'll try and get on tomorrow night and comment. Sorry...no piccie again...gomen. TT.TT

Finally!!!!
Time: 2:00 pm
Music: Child Prey - Dir en Grey

I finally got the chance to get on my aunt and uncle's computer! Took them long enough...

Ah! Yes, I'm here in Michigan now. They live in a suburb of Detroit called Livonia. They have an awesome library too! They have alot of manga and really cool Japanese-English dictionaries! ^^ I checked out D.N.Angel vol. 5 when we went on Thursday. I had no clue what was really all going on detail-wise with the plot, but I liked it! I'll be sure to check out more when we go Tuesday. ^^ The day after we got here (the Friday before the last), we went to alot of places. We went to the ball park where the Detroit Tigers play. I loved the outside of that place...there are huge tiger statues everywhere, and there's this tall building near it with a huge mural of humpback whales rising to the surface of the ocean. It was really pretty...Then we went to the Ford Field (Detroit Lions, fyi) for a tour of the stadium. Afterwards we walked down several streets to go to the Hard Rock Cafe. Our waitor was really awesome. He was very expressive when he talked whether he was using his hands or a facial expression. He was really funny. ^^

"THE FINAL" was on Steven's Untitled Rock Show again the other night. I cried. Because I've been Diru deprived visually and from shock on almost missing it...and some other stuff I think...dunno...The reminds me of my dream I had last night. I must have been watching TV at my house and this awesome commercial came on. It was like a for Dir en Grey and they were speaking perfect English commenting on their new album and how THE FINAL was their first PV to be shown on American telivision. I freaked out then I went to one of my friend's house (can't remember who it was), but all I know is that Yoda was there, too. We started watching the same channle I was at my house, and the same commercial came on right before the video and Yumi and I started spazzing out and asking Yoda if he thought they were awesome or not. I think he thought we were crazy...O.o

I watched the "Child Prey" PV today on, of all sites, AOL...let's just say watching Kyo emerge from the stomach of a giante mouse is quite disturbing/entertaining. Oh yes, and the band zooming around in little fighter-jet thingies is always fun, too. The song rocks, though. ^^ I'm glad Diru is getting alot of exposure...they're paving the way for more Japanese bands. Hopefully they'll get more out in the open and headline their own American tour! Sorry, no piccie today...can't get to photobucket right now. *sob*

Ah...the smell of visual kei in the...afternoon...???
Post time: 1:21 pm
Current Music: "KODOU" by Dir en Grey

Sorry for not being on as much lately...I got the chance to borrow Kingdom Hearts 2 from Yumi, so I've been playing it alot. I should have alot more time on my hands since I finally beat it last night. Ah...teh Riku goodness...I must say that it was one of my favorite games now. The game itself is awesome, but most of the minigames were really fun! I enjoyed playing it alot! ^^ If anybody was wondering at all, I didn't have to go to school last Friday because I didn't have to take any of the tests that day. I also have a new obsession with the Jrock band Dir en Grey. Which is my new theme as of this month in case you were curious. Yumi went to Hot Topic last weekend and she bought their new album they released in America, Withering to Death. Wanna' know something awesome? Last Saturday night, my cousin spent the night and we were watching InuYasha on Adult Swim, and during commercials I channel-surfed for a little bit. I turned it to MTV2, and Headbanger's Ball was on, so I stopped. Do you know what was on? Dir en Grey's "Saku" video!!! I was so excited I almost started to cry...that's how truly pathetic I am...-.-; But still, that's pretty cool, ne? I guess them opening for Korn in the Family Values Tour is getting them into mainstream. Evidently Fuse played "The Final" video on Steven's Untitled Rock Show. Here's a nice little question for those of you familiar with Diru: Who is your favorite band member? I would have to say I truly admire the drummer, Shinya. He's the youngest (not to mention the lightest at 93 lbs.), but he's got alot of talent. He's also very pretty to look at! ^-~ He's the one with the braids in the current background.

Thursday night I went to go see X-Men III: The Last Stand. I thought it was very good. I just wish they would have done more with Angel...he was a cutie. Though I do have a question...Why wasn't Nightcrawler in the movie? I'm not a hardcore fan or anything, and I keep forgetting to look it up, so if anybody is a fan and knows, could you please tell me? I got my hair done Thursday, too! Now it's about chin length and layered. I also now have blonde streaks. I really like my new hair...so do my parents and Kayla...Yumi hasn't seen it yet, but we're all going camping tonight, so everyone will be able to see it. It's sorta' like a going away thingie I guess you could say. This Wednesday night we're leaving for Detroit. Don't worry; I'll still be able to get on and update every once in a while. My mom got me new stationary and stickers so I can write letters back home and what not. I'll be staying for about three months with my aunt and uncle, babysitting for $115 a week. I think it'll be worth it. I can't wait to go to the zoo!!! ^^

   Orange Juice!
Post time: 10:25 p.m. (Central time)
Current Music: "Everytime We Touch" by Cascada (Awesome song!!!!!!!! XXD)

I'm glad you all shared my views of the snobs. I saw another episode the other day, but he didn't seem that snobby...of course, I only saw the last 15 minutes and the camel he rode on to the party persuaded my easily-influenced mind. I should have the pictures posted by this weekend. Kayla was taking pictures of the horses for me, so she'll give me the camera tomorrow, then I'll give it to Dad, so he can get the film developed at Target...a.k.a. his work. ^^ I dunno' why, but I'm proud that my father works at Target...of course I'm a daddy's girl, too...Heh! I finally met Kayla's cousin Wesley yesterday when we planted watermelon and stuff for their grandpa...who I consider my grandpa, too...same for their grandma...and parents...I consider them my adoptive family...I have my own freaking room at Kayla's house! Ish awesome. But anyways, Wes is awesome. It turns out Kayla's boyfriend started hitting her one day, but didn't tell me right away(wtf?!), and when she told Wes...let's just say, if Justin doesn't feel like listening to Kayla's dad or Wes...he won't be feeling much of anything when he is through with him...But don't worry...Wes is actually a little younger than Justin, so they're both under 18. But he's built like an ox...holy crap!

You can find the fanvid I was talking about last post at the end of this one, but there is some fanservice in it, so if anybody likes to see guys kissing other guys, you'll like some of the parts of the video...sorry if the song gets stuck in anybody's head...I'll also post a picture I like to refer to as "The Miyavi Pimp Hat!!!" ...I've only realized this now, but I use alot of "..." Anybody else realize this about me yet? I don't believe in using the space bar I guess. ^^ I found an old necklace of mine that I used to always where. It's like a black leathery feeling string and it has these metal beads and what look like stiffened springs between them. In the center is a small metal sculpture/portrait of a horse. And it's cool because it's like somebody took small little shavings off on some places so it looks really shiney...I need to upload some art, man...I haven't been drawing that much lately...I keep forgetting about the month-old picture I drew for Yumi-chan needs coloring...*sigh* I'm horrible at this stuff...-.-; I should have more time before I leave for Detroit this summer after school gets over. And then I have a wedding reception to go to for my mom's cousin, so I hope I'll have fun there. I hope they don't have any crappy songs playing...they should play some hip-hop...it would be even better if they played some Miyavi, but I highly doubt that would go over well with alot of people...ugh. In speaking of Meevers, here's a list of my top 5 favorite songs by him:

1) Dear My Friend
2) Coin Lockers Baby
3) Jibun Kakumei 2003
4) Ashita Genki Narae
5) Girls Be Ambitious

Heh heh! I'm glad I've influenced you like this, Lindsay. Are any of those one of the songs you downloaded? "Dear My Friend", "Jibun Kakumei 2003", "Ashita Genki Narae", and "Girls Be Ambitious" have videos, but "Coin Lockers Baby" is on YouTube, only it's a live performance...and Miyavi dances around crazily...The "Ashita Genki Narae" video is a little odd...it may have some questionable parts in it if you ever watch it...An interesting thing about Coin Lockers Baby, is that there's a Japanese book called "Coin Locker Babies" that I believe is related to the song. There's an American adaption to it out there, so I really want to read it...if you look up the title on Wikipedia it'll have a summary about it...I'm too lazy to find it...;P I guess their making a movie based on the book, too, so that should be interesting. Well...I'm off to make myself a tuna-fish sandwich, cuz I'm eating a late supper. Anybody else like tuna? It's one of my favorite foods...

Damn stuck up spoiled brats...*shoots them all in the face*
*sigh* As I type this I am watching a very awesome Miyavi fanvid set to the song "I'm too Sexy"...At least that's what the song is called...-.-; You all know how it goes..."I'm to sexy for my shirt, to sexy for my shirt, so sexy it hurts..."...yeah, that one...but the video is very drool-worthy...mmmmm...should I post it or not? If so, it'll be on my next post. Though I should warn you...there is a few parts where he kisses/almost kisses some bandmates...though that's just fanservice for you...

I watched that show on MTV, Super Sweet Sixteen. Yeah! The one with the stuck up snobby teens that are too spoiled for their own good! On the episode today, this girl was having a big party where this big mystery perfomer was supposed to come. Well, them living in Detroit, they all thought it was Eminem...pfffftttt!!!!!!!! It wasn't at all! It was some black dude nobody knew of...I laughed crazily and said, "HAH!!! IN YOUR FACE!!!!" I found it very amusing. ^^ Then I thought about how awesome it would be if Miyavi came to my house and hung out with me and my friends for my birthday...yeah I know...I dream big. I don't really care!!! ^^ But I seriously think that we would have so much fun...we have alot in common, and he would fit in with me and my friends so well! It's almost scary.

I'm glad you liked the previous video I had up...he is very spazzy, ne? There's another one where he's sitting in one of those rollie office chairs with some random staff guy sitting by him, and he'll randomly slide over and pull the staff dude over so he can clap/say something. 'Tis quite hilarious. ^^ Ah...enough of my raving about how awsome I think Miyavi-kun is...I'll leave my post at this. Bai bai!!! *hugs*
