CHICKEN!!!!! CHICKEN!!!!!
Was everyone nice to their moms on Sunday? OMG! I just burnt my pinky finger not too long ago on the iron while I was ironing my brothers' clothes for the concert they have tonight...now I have a nice white welt on my finger...and it's right on the side of the knuckle...*sob* I would watch American Idol tonight, but since Chris Daughtry got voted out, Yumi-chan and I have decided to boycott it. Today was really funny. The seniors decided to do a senior prank and put three chickens in random people's lockers! It was so funny! We got into our hallway this morning before the bell rang, and David opened his locker and goes, "There's a chicken in my locker..." A few of the guys gathered around his locker and David says, "I think it's dead." So they all start to poke at it, and it starts making this pathetic squeak/chirp noise. A senior named John was walking down the hall and he yanks it out of his locker and it shoots off down the hall. It was so funny! So we saw random chickens running around outside during PE. I found it quite hilarious, as did half of the rest of the school. In speaking of, I only have the rest of this week and next week until I'm out for the summer!!! I can't wait!
This Saturday is Yumi-chan's re-rescheduled b-day party. Kayla, myself, her and her other friend Chelsea are all going to Sioux City and hang out at the mall and stuff. I play on buying Vol. 13 of Fruits Basket (with Isuzu on the cover!!! Boo-yah!), possibly a Miyavi or Laruku CD, or a new video game...and possibly a FMA dog tag. I think we will have a lot of fun. And then the next day is graduation, so I might go to that and Mari's graduation party afterwards. I don't think I've told you guys yet, but both Cali and Sweet Pea had their kittens. Cali had three orange-ish ones and three dark ones. Sweet Pea had about 7, but since it was her first time, two of them died...a little white one and a grey one...but she still has a ton of little dark colored kittens and one little grey one. So yeah...we have 11 kittens plus their mothers and uncles/fathers (yes, some of them were inbred...ugh...) and our inside cat to make of grand total of 16 cats...holy freaking cow...on the subject of pets, Kayla got a new puppy! Her name is Kiara and she's a Siberian husky/wolf mix, though mostly wolf...dunno how that happens, but okay. But she has the usual white underparts and everything, but then the top of her fur is this sort of rusty color, and then she has the brightest light blue eyes! She's so incredibly adorable! As soon as I get my pictures developed, I'll post a piccie of her.
And so, in honor of the senior's prank, I give you Miyavi's Excite comment video, featuring his evil-dying-chicken-screech-of-DOOM!!!!! Though it sounds like he's screaming 'cookie'...he's sad because all of the chickens are dying from the Avian flu and he can't eat them (cuz one of his favorite foods is...DUH, chicken).
Fear the greeness!!!
How do you all like the new layout for May? Very green, isn't it? It's a nice spring-ey color. ^^ I hope you are all doing well. And to those of you (like me) who are anxiously awaiting the end of another school year, don't get to irrate. I know that I'll have to take several semester tests unless I get my grades to above a 94%...of course, that gives me an excuse to hang out with my friends who live in town. ^^ Teehee!
It's all stormy outside...but it's the kind of storm where the sun is still shining, but there are still claps of thunder...odd, ne? That reminds me of a lot of drama that's going on at school regarding two of my best friends and a boyfriend. Basically, the girlfriend is jelous because the boyfriend is hanging out with the other friend more often than he used to. But the thing she doesn't know is that the other friend has something she's keeping a secret, which is slowly getting her depressed, which worries the boyfriend who is also one of her best friends to begin with!!! I just want to tell the girlfriend to lighten up and the boyfriend to pay more attention to his own girlfriend's feelings!!!! GAH!
Today will be sort of a picture/icon day after that small rant...enjoy the Miyavi goodness my friends...and fledglingvamp, this first icon is for you...it's not a dis or anything, I just found it amusing that I had it in my pictures after your comment on my last post...*runs away, dodging randomly thrown objects*
...because he is Meevers...and you have to love his randomness...

Thank you so much!!! *hugs*
When I saw that I had over 1,000 hits, I was shocked! I don't usually pay attention to that stuff, but I'm happy I got this much! Yays! ^^
I'm still working on that B-day pic...I have one more character to add then color it. It is very chibi-tastic! Did anybody watch the latest episode of The OC? They had a really hot Asian guy on there...my mom goes, "He looks exactly like that Hyde guy!"...pffft! Yeah right! Hyde's eyes are alot wider than that dudes, and his nose is different too! And Hyde's hair is not like that! I had a mental freak out there...
Holy freeking crap...Yumi-chan got Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children this week, and I finally got to borrow it! That is one of the best movies I've seen in a very long time...Cloud is so cool...and Vincent is awesome too...And then we have Reno...the yummy-ness...And I am officially certain that Kadaj is a psychopath, Loz is a big fat crybaby, and Yazoo, despite is odd name, is seemingly normal compared to his brothers. And in the English dub, if any of you have played FFX-2, you'll recognize the voice of Zak as the same person who did Gippal's voice. And holy cow do I (and Yumi-chan and Kayla) want Dirge of Cerberus! It looks so fun! And there is supposedly a guy modled after Gackt in the game too...we'll see about THAT, now won't we?
Water ish gudd fer yoo...
Ugh...I need to take a shower again...today, instead of a regular school day, we had a town clean-up day. So at 8:30 a.m., everyone who lived in a town's area, met at a designated place to begin to clean up the town. Our town met up at the community center. Some of us swept main street and re-painted the parking lines, others picked up sticks everywhere, still others raked up leaves around town. My small group headed up to the cemetery to clean it up. Kayla and I ran down a field that was between the cemetery and her house (also happened to be the field the horses grazed in once in a while) so we could get another rake. *snicker* We took our time on the way back to make our time go by a little faster. When we got back to the cemetery, we didn't even end up raking; we scrubbed tomb-stones and benches. Between Kayla, Brittany, Katie, Amy, and myself we got the ones we could clean done within a half hour to 45 minutes. After that we raked up a little around some trees, then parked Brittany's car near the entrance of the cemetery. Then we (Kayla, Brittany, and I) and Charlee piled into Mrs. Bauman's van (she was the main teacher in charge of our town's group) with some rakes and met some of the lazy boys up by the main benches. We girls raked up a little, then Mrs. Bauman let us "rake up down by the entrance", while the boys complained about us leaving while they had to work more. It was hilarious! Then we went back into town and ate lunch. We weren't supposed to leave until around 1:30 in the afternoon, but Mrs. Bauman knew we couldn't stay that long, so she let us go after we all ate at noon instead! I went to Kayla's and we hung out there for a bit, then went down and brushed the winter fur off of the horses until it was time for me to catch the bus home. It was a fun day to say the least. ^^
Saturday was our schools prom night, and Kayla ended up going with her boyfriend. I was able to get a ride to the school from her mom so that I could see everyone come in, and watch the Grand March. A lot of my friends dates decided to ditch them at the last moment, but luckily that Hell hath no fury like a womans scorn saying came into play, and some of them came anyway. The Grand March, if anybody is wondering, is basically when the couple walks into (in our case) the gym, the teacher said their names and who their parents were, people take pictures of them as they walk past, then they sit down at their table. I got some good pictures of Kayla and Justin. Ill post them when I get the film developed. But that might be a while, seeing as how Im going to be using the leftover 16 pictures on a Hyde fanbook project a girl started in honor of Haido-sama coming to California for a concert. Im going to send in a lot of stuff...Yumi-chan talked me into sending in a copy of my Hyde sketch (link in a previous post). I think when I get my white ribbon, Ill have somebody take a picture of me and my surrealism piece with the ribbon on it.
I am definitely going to be sore tomorrow...after running around and walking up and down hills all day today, and walking around the pasture yesterday and chasing after some loose dogs (ran up that hill into the cemetery) pretty much right after that, Im not really surprised...maybe Ill take some Motrin or something before I go to school tomorrow...Im working on a late Easter/Birthday pic for Yumi-chan, since Saturday was also her birthday. HAPPY B-DAY YUMI-CHAN!!!!!! Shes having her birthday party the first week of May, and hopefully Ill have a new layout set up by then...Im pretty sure you can all guess who it is...Sorry I dont update enough for some of you...I hope this made up for it? ^^
Because what could be more fun than Hyde in leather pants and a box?

I'm not dead! Really!
Yes, yes, I know: "Holy crap, she decided to update!!!! XXXXD" Actually, I have a reasonable explanation! My computer had a virus...and it sucked. I went Internet-less almost this whole weekend! I was gonna post on Thursday, but just as I was about to check on everyones sites, a little window popped up saying my computer had some form of the Trojan virus. Luckily, my uncle told my dad how to get rid of it, and my dear father fixed it up for me! Yays! *huggles Daddy*
Okay, now for what I was going to post on Thursday. Kay-kay, Yumi, Justin H., Jodi, Chance, and myself all went to an art conference in Ida Grove. First we went to the school to learn tutorials about pottery, painting, and glass bead-making. They were quite informative! After that we went to Pizza Hut, and ate from the buffet. What I loved about where we went, was that the resturaunt was basically built on a dock in the middle of a small lake. After we had paid and eaten, anything left over, we fed the ducks, geese, swans, and various fish living in the pond/lake. There was this one swan that had a dirty head that I fell in love with, and wanted to smuggle it home with me, cuz he was so cool! He caught the pieces of crust I threw to him in mid-air! After that, we drove over to the Skate Palace for the conference itself, which, in case you're wondering, is basically an art show. ^^ They had tables and little walls all set up in the middle of the skating area where most of the art was displayed. Kay-kay, Yumi, and I each had about five pieces total that were there. I only won two white ribbons, but I'm still proud of myself! One was for my surrealism (which is too big to scan, so I'll have to take a picture...), and the other was for my stained-glass dragon I made. Kayla won a few whites and I think one or two reds...I can't remember that well...and Yumi got some whites too. Remember that girl I was talking about it a way past post named Kitty? She go a blue ribbon and a medal for a clay slab/puff box she turned into a dragon! That is one of the highest awards you could win, too. I'm very proud of her myself. ^^
...Yeah...very interesting, ne? For "spring break", if you can call a four day weekend that, I didn't really do much of anything...though last night (Sunday), my brother and I escorted two dogs back home that live about a half a mile away. You could say I got my exercise...and the cows looked like they wanted to eat my brains or somethin...though there was a really cool looking one that was black with a white face, and I looked like somebody threw a blob of black paint at her eye...Okay, so I lied about the whole "I didn't do anything," thing: I played Super Smash Bros. Melee. My younger brother and I finally got all of the unlockable characters, and my favorite out of them all has to be Mewtwo...just cuz he's that spiffy and awesome! Well...I think this is good enough for now...hopefully I'll post sometime in a few days...you never know with me...
Sunglasses= $15...Food= $5...The look on Hyde's face= Priceless
Dear My Friend...
I am so happy! Miyavi has a new CD coming out April 18th, and I might be able to get it! *dances around the room* I'm so happy! Here's the video, if anybody's interested. I found it quite amusing.
Also, I uploaded my Hyde drawing. I finally got it all fixed and what-not. Please vote and comment! I'm going to try to get a picture of my surrealism piccy...Mrs. Harris is taking to the art show the 13th. It has alot of elements to it...like Hyde's angel wing tattoo, and part of Meever's face...*grin*
In speaking of Miyavi, I sent him a fan-mail thingie, and in his diary on his official site (http://www.o-re-sa-ma.com), he responded to it! I was so happy! I mentioned how I loved his Jibun Kakumei 2003 song, and he used some of the lyrics! I know it was subtle, but it was still there! You can check it out...you just need to have it translated for you. I used Google to translate it. Just go to language tools, enter http://www.o-re-sa-ma.com/miyavi/syokkaku/mail/index.html, and find Japanese to English on the toolbar below it, then hit translate, and you can get the gist of what he was talking about in his entry.
I should tell you guys about Yumi's and my idea! Okay, so we are going to ship/smuggle ourselves to Japan in cattle boxes. Then we will find Miyavi and Hyde, Yukihiro, Ken, and Tetsu. We will smuggle them and ourselves back to America, then somehow get to North Carolina. Why there? Because Yumi wants this license plate that says "SAMMICH" on it. And you know it's gonna be a party with all of those people! We found it ingenious, until we realized we have no clue where the hell our Jrockers lived. Yeah...it sucks. Ah well.

Laruku layout
Hurray for alliteration! Well...technically, today is still March, but you know what? I don't care. ^^ Well, yesterday was the Art Critiqe in Souix City. I ended up bringing a wolf painting I had done last semester. All of the people who went are: Me, Yumi-chan, Kay-chan, Justin D. (Kay's boyfriend), Justin H., Jessica, Ethan, Yoda, Kitty, Chance, my cousin Jodie, and Tucker. I think almsot all of us ended up bringing something...
When we got there, we had to get our name-tags (and of course, they screwed up my name, putting "Shonda"...I'll never hear the end of that...) and get our workshop schedules. I was in Yumi-chan, Jodie, and Chance's group. We ended up having our critiqe first, though we had to wait for all of the other people to get their stuff, so we ended up only having 20 minutes to talk about everyone's pieces. Chance ended up talking about his, but Yumi and I lucked out big time...
Then we went to our first workshop after that, and for me it was watercolor painting. We ended up listening to two different songs, and we had to "express what coloures and strokes" we felt from the music. I actually had fun with it. ^^ After that we went to the mall for lunch. I had a trukey breast sub from Sub-way, and a Rasberry smoothie from Orange Julius. After we ate, we had some time to kill, so Yumi and I went over to FYE to see if they had anything good. They had KH2! I wanted to get it really badly...then Yumi got on this item search thingie, and looked up L`Arc~en~Ciel, and they had Awake and Smile available to order, but not in the store...I want to buy their Smile album so badly...
We got back and went to the last two workshops. For Yumi and I, it was drawing and graphic poster design. They weren't really that interesting...then they had a big huge critiqe and Tucker's painting that he brought was mentioned and talked about. Overall we had fun!
Ah yes...the wonderfulness that is Miyavi in all his destructive beauty...*droolz* He is my latest obsession...but I still lurv my haido-sama...*huggles* But Myv is so much younger! And his birthday is two days ahead of mine! So we were born 9 years and two days apart...plus he's a total spazz, too...ah yes! The song above is called Jibun Kakumei 2003 or "My Revolution" to us English speakers. ^-~
You may think it, but he's not gonna be the next theme! I know exactly what (or should I say who...) will be featured in the next theme...I'll also try to get an Easter pic drawn and scanned...I also need to fix the hyde piccie I drew...I screwed up majorly on his nose, which made me screw up his mouth even more...so I'm gonna redo both...therefore I am glad they invented erasers...*nods* Hey...I also need to draw a b-day piccy for Yumi-chan...*shifty eyes* I know exactly what I'm gonna draw, too...Bwahahahahaaaaaah! *ahem* Sorry...it's really easy to get a sugar high when you watch Miyavi spazz out and break things...I'll stop now...[EDIT]: new wallpaper!!! Let me know what you think. ^^
Kittie! And according to a person at school, Myv is going to eat it...um...I don't think so...he has cereal he was/is eating...*points to lower-right-hand corner*
Blah
Man, I love that vid...it has the best dance sequence since...well...a long time...so coordinated. Yes, I'm talking about STAY AWAY still...I even downloaded the song. I'll put it at the bottom of my site in my quiz results section if anybody misses it...I've been downloading HYDE PVs, too. So far I only have one, and that's Evergreen, but it's really good! He's so pretty in that vid...he's also in a giant bird-cage, but oh well. I'm drawing a pic of hyde for my sketchbook for my drawing class, too. I'll have to scan it and put it up in a future post or something, huh? Wow...can you say obesessed?
Hey yeah! We got a new cat! He's one of those tabbies, and his name is Tiger. He has the softest fur I have ever felt...*pets* He has a really high meow too...it's almost sad. But he's really pretty, so that doesn't matter. ^^ I have alot of things planned for this month...next Friday I have a pizza party with my advisory (pretty much homeroom, fyi) and a few other people chipping in to pay for the food and drinks. Well, I should say **some** of my advisory, seeing as how half of the time, half of them don't show up.
And then on the 30th, me and some of my other classmates and upperclassmen get to go to an art critiq at a local college. We have to be at our school at 7:45am and then we'll leave for Souix City. We'll probably eat lunch at the mall or something. Then we'll get back around 3:00 in the afternoon. I think it will be fun. My art teacher, Mrs. Harris, is taking some of my artwork, so I'm a little nervouse about that if they decide to show it...scary!!!! >.<
