   Meeversizzerz!
Post time: 9:13p.m. CT
Music: “Chizuru" by the GazettE

W00t! Finally got my new layout all done...does it look okay? 'Tis teh Meeves turn to be my theme, which suits this month since his birthday is this Friday, and he's one of the first real Jrock/Visual kei artists I ever listened to (outside of L`Arc~en~Ciel, that is ^-^). Wow...that was like...three years ago! =O And for those curious, Miyavi announced that he's going to have a new single out in November. Whee!

Hm...I'm trying to remember if anything interesting has happened since I last posted...I can't remember much aside from this Sunday, and that the Jrock Ink book I got is freaking awesome!!! X_x; I went over to her house and we went over to her brother's house to use the Interwebz again. She showed me how her MySpace looked (since it wouldn't show up on my computer. D=), and showed me some of the hot Asian guys she added. XD She's only a little boy crazy...I also got to download some GazettE and Ayabie, and we watched some Mucc clips. I must say that Mucc amuses me to no end...in one of the clips for a photoshoot we watched, Tatsurou kept on pushing YUKKE away from the couch he was laying on, then they started to fight, Tatsurou pwning YUKKE's arse. There was another clip we watched where they went to a themepark and rode on a little kid roller coaster. XD After that, we went down to Grandma's. As we started walking, it began to rain a little bit. We just pulled our hoods up and walked the rest of the way. We watched the Dennis the Menace Movie on ABC Family (anyone remember that show/comic?) while we waited for supper to get done, then we ate. After eating, we walked down to the park (since I have to exercise a little more with my diet). The particular park we went to required us to walk down the highway and over the river, which wasn't very bad. We found some awesome places for taking pictures for photography, and were a little upset we didn't bring our cameras. When we got to the park, there were two people fishing in the river, but we just ignored them and watched the water and a heron fly away. We left and decided to go get our cameras then come back. Well, a car pulled up to the side of us, and the same two guys that were fishing asked us how old we were, and if we wanted to show them our boobs for beer. ...Um...no. How about not. They eventually drove away, and we sort of looked at each other oddly before continuing up the road to her house. We grabbed our cameras and walked back, and it started to rain some more, though very lightly. We sort of ignored it again and took the pictures we wanted.

We got a little farther into the park, and it started to rain a little harder. As soon as we attempted to go up a trail, it really started to pour, so we decided to head back into town. We had our hoods up, but whenever we ran, they would hall down, and we eventually just walked and let ourselves get soaked. It was a lot of fun actually, aside from me having a cold...XD

Today was pretty boring except for getting smacked by Jade with both a pair of pants, and one of Kayla's old bras. Don't give me that odd look! It was in the girl's locker room when we were getting changed from P.E. and Jade started hitting people with a pair of pants Yumi had given Kayla. When she got to me, I hit her with a pair of my own, then she grabbed a spare bra Kayla had and smacked me with it...It was rather interesting since it made a perfect whipping noise...the clasps hit the left side of my head, too...O_o We decided that we neede to have Jade and Kayla fight each other with bras as members of Gryffindor and Slytherine, then Yumi would randomly come in a hit people with her pants, screaming "RAVENCLAW!!!" And I will be recording it so Kayla can put it on YouTube. XD We'll see how well that works, and if it does, I'll put the video on here for you guys so you can take a glimpse at our insanity. @3@ Oh yeah! There was also a little adorable baby bullsnake in the auditorium, too! It was so cute! ^o^ Jay had to come in and get it to put it outside. Well, hopefully that got you up to speed on my not-so-interesting life. Hey! I almost forgot! I've already lost 10lbs since starting my Special K diet! ^o^ Okay, I'll go now! ~Ja ne!

"Chizuru" PV by the GazettE

This is one of GazettE's latest PV's, and the song is featured in the movie "Apartment", which is what some of the clips are of...it looks good to me! Hee...So does Reita! ^o~ Such a pretty song!!!!! *spaz*

   Crash and born
Post time: 9:32p.m. CT
Music: “Volcano" by Girugamesh

I hope everyone’s Labor Day weekend was good. ^^ Saturday my family and I went to Storm Lake for some shopping. The first place we went was The Buckle. I didn’t really expect to find anything interesting, but I was wrong! They had a lot of nice clothes similar to what I would wear...only they didn’t have any of the shirts I wanted in my size. DX I did find a nice long-sleeved black shirt with some pretty graphics printed on it. It reminds me of Dir en grey vaguely...I also got a nice fabric purse that has brown camouflage and an Asian dragon embroidered on the side, and I found an awesome necklace! It has four chains hanging down from the main *coughFAKEcough* diamond, one has a crown, one looks similar to a mirror, only prismed, one’s a key, and the other one is that little medieval cross-like thing you see a lot in Middle-aged things. I love it to bits, because it reminds me so much of Intetsu. ^o^ Oh yeah! I also saw Yumi’s older cousin who works there! We went to Wal*Mart afterwards, and I got some food for my diet (Special K), a box of Yakisoba noodles, and some hair dye since my mom had a coupon for some. I also got a hair-cut! My bangs are no longer like Miku’s though...they more so are tapered around my face, and I got the back cut shorter than the rest, though not as short as I originally wanted...

Sunday we were having a little cook-out at our house, and since I always go over to Kayla’s, Mom said that she could come if she wanted to. Kayla ended up coming a little earlier than everyone else because her parents needed to go somewhere. She said that she could do my hair for me, so she did. I had originally hoped that it would make my hair darker (or as dark as my mom would let me get without “really looking like you’re goth!”, as my dear mother put it...XD). You can barely tell I got any color put in it, but from what you can tell, it just looks a little more red...O_o My Great Grandma Darlene came, then my Grandpa Denny and Grandma Krista came and they brought their two dogs, Baily and Benji. It’s funny, because every time they bring the boys (meaning the dogs. ^-^), as soon as they make the turn onto our gravel road, Baily goes crazy with excitement because he knows he’s coming to my house. XD We ate and talked, and then Kayla and I went to my room and looked through my magazines and listened to my Nano.

Monday we didn’t do much of anything...I go a layout made for Kayla’s MySpace, then went downstairs and read about six chapters from Harry Potter. I’m almost done with it, but for Pink God’s sake, DON’T TELL ME ANYTHING!!! I don’t want the ending or anything spoiled! At our table at SSR, whenever anyone starts talking about the book, Yumi waves her arms and I put my hands over my ears to block them out. I should have the book finished by tomorrow when I get on, so I’m not too worried...but just in case, still don’t say anything. In speaking of books...I should be getting the Jrock Ink book I ordered from Barnes and Noble tomorrow! Well...more like Thursday since my parents won’t come home until really late tomorrow night. I’m really excited!!! >w< I need to work on getting my September layout up tomorrow, too...It’ll more than likely be Miyavi-sama, since his birthday is the 14th. Hee...Mine’s the 16th, and Yumehito-kun’s is the 22nd! ^o^ Before I forget to mention it, I’ve started drawing my Reita realism! I decided to try and draw by graph, just to see how well it works for me...so far I’ve been trying to finish one block of picture a night, so we’ll see... I’m off now...see you all later~!

WAH~! *glomp* I’m sorry I’ve been neglecting you! TToTT
::EDIT:: I didn't realize it, but I had accidentally put a link instead of the picture itself at first...I'm sorry I didn't catch that until I read you're comment, Tiger. ;__;

   Your blood, like ice...
Post time: 9:34p.m. CT
Music: “Poison” by Groove Coverage

How was everyone’s weekend? Good, I hope. ^^ Mine was pretty plain...Saturday night I went over to Kayla’s since I couldn’t on Sunday. We went over to her brothers’ house and downloaded lot’s of Jrock. ^^ They have Limewire, so I got some more alice nine songs, Miyavi’s newer single (Neo Visualizm), Mucc, Girugamesh, older DIRU songs, and a few American songs. Kayla has pretty much fallen in love with D’espairs Ray, but more importantly, Hizumi. XD Oh yeah! I also got a few Nightmare songs! And the song I’m listening to right now. *points to “Music”* I watched a Reita fanvideo, and that was the music the creator used, which fits so well...=D~ We watched some videos on YouTube before walking down to Grandma’s so Kayla’s mom could take me home. It was funny, because there was a fairly decent sized tree frog in Grandma’s window...I really wanted to see if I could get it out, but I didn’t want to take forever, plus my parents would have shot me if I brought a frog home. XD It was so adorable, too! >w<

I didn’t do anything on Sunday, and Monday was a regular school day. Today I had a test in U.S. History...wee-ha. .__. Well, aside from that, a major highlight of the day is that my senior friend Jessie has a boyfriend now! I’m really happy for her, because she’s really nice and funny. ^^ And she’s always saying how “cute” I look, and that Yumi and I need to find ourselves boyfriends. I would love to have a boyfriend, but I think I’ve set my standards too high for the boys at my school...it probably doesn’t help that my school is really small, too...Hey, did I ever tell you guys that I finally got over my crush for Austin? It was way back in June, and I think the concert had something to do with it...so I really want to thank Dir en grey for saving me from a future broken heart. *luffles them* Though, it still stings a little in my chest when I see other girls so close to him, and the fact that he has a girl friend still. I didn’t expect my feelings to go away like magic; that would have been too good to be true. What really hurts, is when I can’t even talk to him because other people seem to be a little higher on his list of people to listen to, despite me listening to everything he’s ever bothered to tell me. I must admit that he pisses me off sometimes when he ignores me. That’s okay though, I’m used to being ignored like that by now. ^^ I have other things to preoccupy my time. Well, I shall leave you with the yummy Reita fanvideo I mentioned earlier in the post. Love you all!!! Ja ne~!

Reita Fanvideo -Poison-
Some of the clips in here are a little grainy, but otherwise it’s a lovely video...meaning incredibly sexy. X3

   Another year...
Post time: 6:38p.m. CT
Music: “Cassis” by the GazettE

Well, today was our second day of school. Monday night we went to the city to get some new school clothes. We stopped at Target (my daddy’s work~!!! =D) to get some minor groceries. After that we went to Arby’s to eat supper. We went inside to order the food, and as we were waiting for our food to get done, a guy who came earlier with two of his friends went and stood near the wall next to where we were. I noticed that he was looking at me at least once, and when I noticed, I tried hiding a little behind my dad. He wasn’t the type of guy I really wanted looking at me, either...he looked to be in his late 30's. *shudder* After the guy left, I kind of whispered to my dad that he had been looking at me and he nodded. We grabbed our orders to-go and went back to the car when my mom asked why I was freaking out a little (she had gone to the bathroom at the time). We explained to her the guy looking at me, my father mentioning that he caught him looking at me at least three times if not more. DX After we got done eating our food, we went into the mall. I got several shirts at JCPenny’s, oddly enough, all of them cutting awfully low collar wise. We ventured further and ended up going to Aeropostale. I didn’t get any actual clothes, but I got four new pairs of cute undies. ^o~ When we left there, it had begun to storm outside, so my dad went to get the car for us. Our last stop before going home was Kohl’s. I got a few more shirts and some pants there.

Yesterday was the first day of school, and I decided to wear one of my new outfits I got the night before. So I picked out one of my tops that was like a short sleeved black hoodie that had butterflies on the lower corner, but the collar was supposed to be really low cut, so that you needed to wear a camisole or tank top underneath it. I did, only the camisole I got was low cut itself, so I had to safety-pin it to my bra. O__< This would have been fine if I hadn’t had to keep pulling my shirt up to cover meh boobs. XD I don’t really need anymore attention drawn to them...*sigh* Next time I wear that shirt, I’m going to wear a real shirt under it instead of a cami. >__< Aside from minor near-wardrobe malfunctions, my first day was okay. I was happy to see all my friends again and we talked. I have Kayla in a lot of my classes...let’s see...1) American Literature: Kayla, Yumi, and Austin; 2) Computer Application 3: no one...; 3) U.S. History: Kayla, Austin, Josh, and Holly; 4) Photography: Kayla and Justin Hayworth; 5)P.E.: Yumi, Kayla, Austin, Jade, and Nancy (a really awesome Freshman who’s Chinese! She was teaching Kayla how to say things at lunch today...); Our new lunch table: Yumi, Kayla, Austin, Shelbey, Ashley, Jade, Nancy, and Amanda; 6) Algebra II: no one...; 7) Anatomy and Physiology: no one...actually, there are only nine people in my class...; 8) Advisory: no one, again...my afternoons are rather depressing after lunch. XD

Today we actually began doing stuff in each class. Luckily it’s nothing to difficult yet. All our new teachers are nice, especially the teacher for Computer App. 3. She’s fairly young-looking, and she tends to be a little ditzy at times, but she is really nice. ^-^ Holy crap, that reminds me! Today, it was storming all day...like, lighting, thunder, rain, and it hailed for nearly 5 minutes during second period. O__O It was really loud in the computer lab because we have a thinner ceiling and the roof is I think shingled with some sort of metal. It was scary...

I’ve been reading some GazettE fanfics on Quizilla (band member x original character) recently, and I’ve found two that are my favorites. The first one is a Ruki story. It’s so well written, you’d think the author was a novelist. XD It’s still on going, but I can’t remember what it’s called...The second one I finished reading yesterday, called “Even Through Dark” is a Reita story. I don’t think I’ve ever made noises of expressed cuteness so much while reading a fanfic before until this one! It just the most adorable/sad love story ever, and luckily the author is writing a short sequel to it, called “Falling in Love”. I e-mailed her yesterday and thanked her for renewing my creativity and love for both Reita and the GazettE. XD If you guys get the chance, I highly recommend it! Hee...she just e-mailed me back! >w< She’s so nice...! Well, I hope everyone is having a good week so far! I’ll be visiting sites now! Ja ne~!

If you open the video in it’s original address, here, there is a translation of what they are saying. ^^ I LOVE Reita’s voice!!!

   You are already dead
Post time: 8:46p.m. CT
Music: “Carry?” by The GazettE

Ugh...*pats stomach* I’m so full...I just got done eating supper; my second cheeseburger (with lettuce and tomato) today, plus my mom’s homemade potato salad. ^3^ Today my mom’s Aunt Pauline came over to our house with my Grandma Thompson (her sister), and my Aunt Cindy for Grandma and Mom’s birthday party and so Pauline could visit. Cindy brought her boyfriend, Will, and he made a very interesting vegetable trey; in the middle of a cookie sheet, he made a palm tree with a half a potato (the base), a carrot (the trunk), and half a pepper (the leaves). I was so amazed at it that I took some pictures. ^o^ He is a very creative culinary person, he even made the cake they brought from scratch! It was so good...not too sweet or rich. Mom (and myself) hope they stay together because he’s so awesome. XD It was nice seeing Pauline again. She lives in Manhattan, Kansas, and I haven’t seen her for several years. She’s so nice...when I opened the door for her and Grandma, the first thing she said was, “You keep getting more and more beautiful every time I see you.” ^///^; She also complemented me on all my art work I showed her, and seemed a little interested in that I listened to Japanese music. “At least you’re not into all this rap and stuff around with all it’s cuss words...” XD I love her! Before I move on to the sleep over, has anyone seen the newest Barbie commercial? I forgot what the doll was called, and that’s not really what matters. What matters is (and thank you, Yumi, for giving me the heads up about it!) there’s a Papillon in it!!! >w< I squee every time I see it.

Okay, now onto Thursday. I got up and got ready to go. My mom gave me $40 ($15 going to Kayla for b-day money) and told me not to spend it all at one place. Kayla and her parents picked me up and got Yumi, then we headed to the mall. When we got there, the first place we went to was Hot Topic. They have these adorable Hello Kitty t-shirts with her dressed as a super hero and ‘super cute’ written in English, and below that Japanese (I think that’s what it says at least. ^-^;). I also saw this adorable short sleeved pullover hoodie thing that was black and red stripped that I really wanted, plus they had both red and black and white and black thigh-highs. I really wanted to get them, but I wanted to get my J-magazine fix too badly. We helped Kayla pick out a top and eye make-up before I looked for ‘Shoxx’ or ‘Cure’. I couldn’t find either (TT__TT), but I did find the spring issue of ‘purple SKY’ which is almost as good. XD I was happy because I could actually read what was in the magazine, though I was sad it wasn’t the summer issue with Miyavi on the cover. D= We bought our stuff and I gave Kayla her money (I needed to make change) After that, we went to D.E.B. and helped Kayla find more clothes. She got a skirt that would go with her top, a yellow shirt, a pair of black pants with red lines on them, and a pair of high heels that were Lolita-esque. After that we stopped at Game Stop and looked at some games longingly before going to get lunch. I went to the Chinese food place and got some fried rice, orange chicken, and a crab rangoon and shared it with Kayla and Yumi since I couldn’t finish it all. When we were done eating, we went over to FYE and luckily Pin Man (a guy who likes DIRU and used to work at Hot Topic and had tons of pins on his shirt) and his Asian cohort were working. Kayla wanted to see what Dir en grey CDs they had, so we showed her, and then we looked at the movies and anime they had. I totally saw this movie called Little Monster there! I don’t know how many of you have seen it before (it’s an early 90's movie...I remember seeing it when I was real little), but it’s about this boy, and under his bed is this different realm thing where monsters live, and a blue monster in a letterman’s jacket and horns likes messing with them, but they eventually become friends. I miss that movie...;__; And on the other side of the aisle-thing, were all the Godzilla movies. XD I <3 Gojira. It was my first taste of Japanese culture! Pin Man came over to talk to us as we were geeking out over the movies. He looked at Kayla and went, “You really need to get a Dir en grey shirt...” She was the only one of us three who wasn’t wearing one. XD “You need to join the cult!” he said. Yumi and I went “Yeah!” at the same time, and then Pin Man told us about this Japanese band similar to DIRU, only a little more black metal called Sigh. We thanked him, then went red-hair dye hunting for Kayla. We passed by a store that had these adorable stuffed animals, and one was a Chihuahua! I squeed over it before we returned to Hot Topic and got Kayla her hair dye. We spent the remaining time we had at Barnes & Nobel looking at dog and cat books. A lady that worked there also ordered me a book called Jrock Inc. by Josephine Yun.

Kayla’s parents picked us up, and we went back to her house. Yumi had to go to X-country practice, so we dropped her off after she got ready. We got back and sat around for a bit before loading up stuff to take down to Grandma’s house (their grandma; not mine, but awfully damn close) for the cook-out. Kayla’s cousin Lynn was there and we watched some TV before going to get Yumi and returning to eat and watch the finale of So You Think You Can Dance. We went back to Kayla’s house so Yumi could take a shower and I helped Kayla name the songs she uploaded onto her laptop. We generally goofed around all night, playing FFXII and listening to Jrock. I also read out some of my favorite bits from the LM.C interview in purple SKY, like where Maya and Aiji talk about idols not needing to go to the bathroom and how they don’t grow beards. XD Kayla also did her hair dye with my help. When we were putting it in, it looked like her head was all bloody. =P It turned out looking awesome, though! Well, this thing is pretty long, so I’ll stop here...Ja ne~!

I know he’s not wearing any in this picture, but Ruki is one of the few people (man or woman) who can pull black lipstick off...

   So sore...
Post time: 9:10p.m. CT
Music: “Shishi gatsu youka” by GazettE

I’m glad that those who watched the video enjoyed it. Masumi has earned the nickname (for me at least...) My Little Stripper. X3 And Tiger, I did end up finding the video where Yomi/Chiba strips and watched it. XD I love that man despite his uber perversion. Too bad the elephant was in the way–I mean... *shifty glances* I’ll try to watch the other one you mentioned sometime, too. From the screen shot for it, it looks rather...mmm....interesting? *ahem* And I can’t believe I forgot to mention it in my post, but yesterday (Tuesday) was Kayla’s birthday! And Monday was my mom’s! >__<;; I can be so brainless sometimes...

I’m writing this right after my shower from getting back from cross country pactice. I’s a clean now! ^o^ Though, our (Kayla and me) adventure in running was short-lived...we were in much too much pain to move very gracefully today because of yesterday’s practice. We had to run 3 miles today up Cemetery Hill, which, as you’ve guessed, runs past a cemetery. Kayla and I barely made it half way down the side walk to the water tower before we had to stop and walk. So that’s what we did the whole time, which I preferred much more than trying to jog. We talked as we did so, too. At one house we walked past, there were two small dogs; a little black and tan marked Chihuahua, and a little brown Dachshund. They were so adorable despite them barking at us. ^-^ The next house we came across, which was further up the road and getting on to gravel, had some horses and a little gray donkey. We aww’ed some more at that before going up the hill past the cemetery and walking down the busy road back into town. We decided to quite through a combination of not being used to so much exercise and soreness, our coach kind of creeped us out, and feeling like we were holding the team back. We really felt bad when we told Yumi on the way home, because she was so happy we had joined in the first place. Gomen nasai, Yumi-chan!!!

Tomorrow all three of us will be going to the mall for Kayla’s birthday party. I’m not sure if I’ll have any money to spend for myself, let alone give Kayla spending money as a present. My mom said she was going to try and get some money for me tonight, so we’ll see what happens. Yumi and I are going to be spending the night as well. It turns out Kayla’s brother got her a laptop, and she’s going to be able to get free Internet with it because of her other brother’s Internet service, so she’ll be able to download music and videos all she wants! But first she needs to get a new battery for it because the one she has now doesn’t have enough juice left for long periods of usage, despite charging it all the way. I’m happy for her, but also jealous because I want one, too! XD Also, Kayla got her hair cut today! It looks so awesome...she hasn’t done the tips yet, and I think she still is going to dye her hair red again to get the bits of blonde still left. Bleh...we start school next Tuesday, so my brothers and I need to start going to bed sooner...I’ll be sure to post about our adventure when I get the chance! Ja ne~!

All work and no play makes for a bad Shiko-chan >=D
Post time: p.m. CT
Music: “Dear my Friend" by Miyavi

I hope everyone’s Monday was good. ^^ On Saturday my brothers and I went with my mom to work so that Drew and I could get our eyes checked before school. For those who didn’t know, yes, I have glasses, but I prefer contacts. I’m nearsighted, so I can’t see very good when it comes to distances. My vision hasn’t gotten much worse, just by a quarter of a unit. So I have some new contacts now to fit my new prescription. Oh yeah! I’m also getting new glasses! They have kind of a marbled grey and black for the frames, and they come out a little on the sides with little butterfly shaped holes in them. They’re so cute! ^o^

Sunday I went over to Kayla’s. She ended up making the Oreo pudding salad my mom makes; it was pretty good, though you could tell she didn’t put enough milk in because it was a little thicker than it should have been. It still tasted good, though. ^^ We went outside and played with Kiyara...I should post a picture of her so you can see what she looks like...

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Aw! Lookit her! She’s not trying to kill the camera! XD

Kiyara is Kayla’s year and a half old Siberian husky/wolf mix. Yes, I said wolf. You can see it when she’s walking and the way she acts when she’s not being playful. She’s a really sweet dog, but tends to get over excited at times, especially when a new person comes. I think she’s getting used to the fact that I come over all the time because she didn’t try to jump on me like she usually does. Well, tossing around her new toy for her probably helped drain some energy, too...^-^; After that, Kayla and I went inside and watched The Bridge to Terabithia. It was a good movie, but it’s surprisingly depressing and slightly dark for a Disney movie. O__o We went back outside and it was sort of sprinkling, so we went to play with Kiyara again since she’s got a big tree right by her dog house. Don’t worry though; they have a little forested area in their back yard, so there are tons of other trees. We went back inside and looked through the issues of Cure and Shoxx that I brought so she could find a good picture of Bou to show her hair stylist on Wednesday. We also ended up finding some new bands to listen to. It’s funny; Yumi and I were the original Jrock fans and we’ve infected Kayla, but Kayla knows almost more bands than we do! She said she was watching IMF again, and she saw another live review thing for Jrock Revolution and some other stuff. She especially like DuelJewel and Vidoll. We ended up looking at trying DuelJewel, Wizard, and Vidoll. We ate supper, watched some videos from my Jrock DVD, then they took me home.

Yesterday I watched some videos by Wizard, and ended up finding this wonderful video of the guitarist I’ve grown fond of, Masumi, stripping. X3~ Oh my...that was a very wonderful thing to watch! It didn’t show anything too revealing, but it got really close! It started off with him (I’m assuming, since I don’t speak Japanese) telling the audience about what he was going to do. Yes, he did this in front of a crowd at a live. There was a little booth set up in the middle of the stage that had red fabric all around so that it was like a little closet or something, but it had a camera in it so we could see what he was doing. The lights dimmed and he went to work at shyly taking of his outfit bit-by-bit, then went into the booth and took off the rest, right down to his underwear, (which was more of a thong) posing sexily the whole time. XD He grabbed a robe and put it on before coming out and posing some more. He eventually took off that last bit of clothing (with the robe covering himself) and flung it into the audience of frothing screaming fangirls. He went back into the booth, and before we could see anything on the camera, he tosses the robe away. O////O He then began posing very carefully. X////X The camera eventually “malfunctions” and turns off while another person dressed up in this ridiculous outfit comes out and starts examining the discarded clothing. He checks out the booth, and tears it down, revealing...Masumi dressed in the same outrageous outfit. XD You can find the video here. Now remember, he’s stripping, so obviously there’s going to be nudity, though not to the point of showing his penis or anything, otherwise it wouldn’t have been on YouTube since March. XD It also happens to be nearly 9 minutes long so...yeah. Here’s a picture of him for those who don’t want to watch something like that:

=D~~~~

Hee...I also watched the infamous Hand Elephants video from Nightmare. XD Dear god, those boys are naughty! But I love them all the same. =D Oh! Yumi is back from her vacation now. She didn’t end up going to Ohio at all; she went up to Iowa City and went to the AnimeIowa convention. I’m sure she’s going to post eventually about her adventure there. We’ve already started to discuss plans for next year so that both of us could go. XD I’m also going out for Cross Country this year. Hopefully my parents will get me some soy diet stuff so that I can lose to weight. Ja ne~!

You are trampled or plucked, you can blossom again, just keep on believing in it

How has everyone's week been? Mine's been slightly more eventful than usual...Tuesday, Kayla called me in the morning telling me she got some red hair dye, and she asked for my opinion if she should wait until she got her hair-cut before she dyes it, or just go ahead and do it. I told her that it would be better if she did it sooner than later, so she decided to color it that day. Later that afternoon, I was talking to Yumi via Yahoo!, and there's a knock at the door. I get up to see who it is, and it was Kayla! x3 She said she couldn't wait to show me how well it turned out, so she had her mom drive her over. xD And it turned out excellent! What she plans on doing, is she's going to get her hair cut similar to Bou's (ex-An Cafe), what with that slanting bangs and all, and since her hair is already red, she's going to dye the tips black. I'm all for the hairstyle, probably because I can't get my hair dyed anything to drasticly different from my own hair color. D=

Wednesday night I talked to Yumi on the phone. That was the last time I talked to her, too...I won't be able to until at least Wednesday of next week because her, her dad, and her little brother are going on vacation to Ohio (or at least I think that's where...). But anyway, she said that she was showing her dad that they didn't have the Japanese language pack on their computer, and went to Miyavi's site to prove it. She forgot that you couldn't copy-paste on his site, so she sent to a different one, but then, she heard a familiar voice on the TV behind her. She turned around, and it was Miyavi's new video on IMF!

Sakihokoru Hana no you ni -Neo Visualizm- ..::Miyavi::..

I really like it! ^o^ A lot of people who commented on the video on YouTube were complaining about how different he looks, and how they don't like what he's doing with his music, or how much he's changed since the "old days". I was rather appalled that they called themselves fans, but everyone's entitled to their opinon...even the one's who said he looked like a girl. XD I love teh Meevers anyway, no matter what style he's using, or how odd he looks; that's what makes him unique and completely different from other artists out there! And I like it! >=3 I especially love the beginning of the song when he first starts singing...so beautiful...;__;

Okay, the last semi-interesting thing that happened was yesterday: We all went to Cherokee to do some grocery shopping (I live out in the country, and Cherokee is the closest city, though it's more like a large town than a small city...). We went to Hy-Vee (does anybody else have those? Or is it a Midwest-exclusive like I'm thinking it is?), and it one of the aisles, my friend Jessie was there, stocking shelves with her co-workers! My parents left (partailly because the aisle was too crowded), and said that I could stay and talk to her if I wanted. I walked over to her and we hugged. ^-^ It's been a while since I last saw her (oddly enough, it was at the store, too...). She asked how my summer was going and what I've been up to, and I told her, quite truthfully, nothing. xD She said that she had been visiting a few colleges (she's graduating this school year), and she really liked Morningside. That's a college in the closest big city, Sioux City. She said that all of their students get a laptop to use, but the art kids get special ones with cameras. >=D Jessie also said that she was going to look at Beuna Vista as well. I asked her if they had a art program and she said that they did! If some of you remember, this is the same college (even closer to home), that has the Japanese available! >w< I will definitly be looking there for college, as well as Morningside. I was talking to my mom about it, and she said that she would be fine with me going to Morningside, though it's the most expensive college around here. They have a really good art program, though, so we'll see when the time comes. I ended up randomly seeing and talking to Jessie at least three more times throughout the store trip. xD Well, off to visit sites now, and then read some more of Yumehito's blog. <333

Thanks again for the awesome comments! ^o^ You guys really know how to cheer a girl up! *hugs all* Well, Thursday we got registered for school. I didn’t get the chance to talk with Mr. Belson about possibly taking Japanese because he was rather busy, but he was free enough to add photography to my classes. He’s going to see if he can fit in an independent painting class for me next semester since I wouldn’t be able to take the regular class due to several conflicts in my schedule. We’re not going to worry about it that much until we get closer to the second semester, though. So, here’s my schedule for my first semester of school!

1) American Literature
2) Computer Application 3 (Web design)
3) U.S. History
4) Photography
5) P.E.
6) Algebra II
7) Anatomy and Physiology

I’m sort of looking forward to school because I’ll be able to see all my friends I don’t see otherwise. Plus, this is my junior year, so we get to host prom this spring. The only thing bad about that is that I know that Kayla, Yumi and I will be the ones stuck with all the work because we’re “the artsy people”. It’s been like this for every “class project”. For the float and poster for Homecoming last year, we had to beg people to help us on the last two days because nobody did anything until then. *sigh* That’s okay, perhaps we’ll get rewarded for our hard work more-so than the others...And we get Mrs. Harris for a class sponsor! =D She’s our art teacher as well as what Yumi and I call our “At-School Mom.” ^o^

Friday and Saturday were relatively boring, but Sunday I went to Kayla’s again. We walked Kiyara and Cimarron while it wasn’t sweltering hot outside. They were grateful for the exercise, too. We went back inside and played re-played a new game Kayla started on Kingdom Hearts. Holy crap! I almost forgot! Kayla has decided that she’s going to draw each member of Dir en grey, and if we are able to see them again in the future, she’s going to try to give them the pictures. ^^ She has two done of Die, and Kaoru’s picture is done. It looks so freaking awesome...next time I’ll have to take pictures of them or something. She drew them with pencil and oil pastels. She had started on Kyo’s, and the hair was going awesome, but she ended up messing up on his lips and neck, so she stopped on his for now. She also has Shinya’s started, and it looks great. ^^ We’re still trying to find a picture of Toshiya, so if anybody has a picture of him (preferably with lots of dark shadows), I’d be happy to give it to Kayla so she can start on it! After a while, we watched the movie Pathfinder. It was really good! It’s about this tribe of Native Americans on the East coast who fight off invading Vikings. A Native woman finds a ruined Viking ship and the bodies of her kin, but also a scared boy who was the son of the Viking leader. The village adopts him (calling him Ghost), and fifteen years later a neighboring village visits them with the Pathfinder, who’s what you would call a shaman of sorts. They leave, and a few days later Ghost accompanies a little girl while she collects herbs. They eventually get separated, and Vikings find the little girl and attack the village. Ghost sees what happens and goes to warn the other village so they have time to leave. It’s a really good movie, and the only thing about it that we didn’t like was the historical accuracy of the animals used. The Native American village has a scruffy-looking terrier type dog, when they would have more than likely had a wolf-like canine. The Vikings had what looked like Rotweilers with them, as well as what appeared to be a Bullmastiff. Those two breeds weren’t anywhere near where the Vikings were. Other than that, it was very good. Very gory, mind you, but good. Kayla and I found that we often were questioning the accuracy of blood-spurtage when a limb or head was smashed or cut off. XD

Thank you all so so much for your kind words and support on my last post! I've definitely cheered up a lot more since. ^-^ My dad buried him last night underneath our willow tree in the backyard, where all our pets (and the previous house owners' pets) are laid to rest. We don't seem to have very good luck with keeping our light colored kittens around very long...they usually get adopted or "go on a big adventure" (as my parents put it) and we never see them again. I only hope for the best in those instances. I remember one of the cat's in Braveheart's litter was white with orange on his paws, nose, and tail, similar to a Siamese's markings...in fact, we did have a little girl like that, too! Her name is Luna and my Uncle Rick and Aunt Sam ended up taking her. They both had pretty light blue eyes. ^w^ But anyways, the white one we named Casper and he just took off one day and we haven't seen him since...

Okay, now to move on...As you can see, August brought a new layout, and it's An Café this time around! Which surprises me, because I'm more in an Ayabie mood...That's part of the reason I was able to get over my loss rather quickly; I was reading some translated blog entries on a livejournal community called ayabie_diaries. It's mostly Yumehito's doing...he posts about nine times a day, complete with adorable pictures of random things. I also got a new Maron picture from one of Intetsu's entries! It shall be at the end of this post, don't worry. ^o^ I was able to watch their latest video on YouTube, as well!

It makes me love them so much more...*squishes them all* Everytime I watch/listen to it, I bounce around in my seat and bob my head. X3 Make me want to kidnap them all and take them to the mall with Yumi and me. Wow...that would be fun! Well...despite the whole language barrier...^-^; I'm sure we could figure something out! And suddenly I was reminded that my brother had me turn it to the weather channel yesterday, and there was a big typhoon headed for Japan! D,= The odd thing is the storm's name is Usagi...why name it ‘rabbit’? Oh well...I just hope that when it hits it won't be devastating like some of our hurricanes have been...Not too much has happened today. Registration for school is this afternoon, and I hope to talk to Mr. Belson about possibly taking Japanese at Buena Vista if it’s available. The only foreign language we have is Spanish, and that doesn’t really interest me at all. I should also be getting my class schedule, too! ^o^
