   Ah-llo!!!
Feelin a little better today thankfully! but I now look like a certain red nosed deer more than ever.^_^ yes ya can laugh at my expense I can take it.
Just hopin I don't have to spend my entire break when I have the house to myself and can actually go out and venture around with no time tables... otherwise it'll suck to high heavens. Also if ya know any remedies for reducin swelling in ya sinuses please do share I'm gettin desperate. (No I will not rip them outta my head even though I want to, can't take meds cause I'm on dayquill, and already tried Ice packs so I'm outta options.) Other than that not much goin on.

Hope all of ya had an awesome, but safe New Years cause I know I did.... well sorta.. I only lasted till 10:30 cause my nyquill made me go and read that unbelievably good book that someone printed on the inside of my eyelids. hehe, sorry little pun there. Well I'm gonna leave ya alone on that note cause who knows what could come out of this medicine head brain. hahaha!!!!!!

“My weight must have changed dramatically.” She looked up at the now clear sky, it was the deep navy like she had expected and the bright full moon. She recalled her wings and spread them out letting the breeze run through the soft feathers, and the moonlight glittering off the glossy coat. She practiced the flapping motion to catch air for a moment then started a slight running trot. As she almost got to the end of the roof of her building she kicked and jumped off hard, spreading her wings. Expecting to hit the top of the roof she closed her eyes until she felt the feeling of floating. Slowly opening one eye she looked down and saw she was riding a small thermal drift up. A large smile crossed her face as she found she was flying. Riding the thermal further up she looked down over the bustling streets and people walking on the sides.
“This is amazing…” She whispered to herself, and then flew up higher. She kept going up till she hit the clouds and went through one. The mist of water droplets hitting her skin softly, as she passed through the could until she reached the end. She looked up at the sky, which was amazingly clear. Looking at every star and even the moon how much bigger it looked. Hovering for a moment above the clouds admiring the view no one had ever seen except the pilots that had flown before her. She breathed deeply taking in the fresh air, noticing that even the low oxygen level that high didn’t bother her. She took one last look around her then dived down through the cloud again. Akio flew over to the empire state building landing on the very tip of the antenna. She folded her wings behind her and looked over the cityscape all around her. She turned around to face her building she had taken off from and saw a figure walking around the roof. She looked closer and saw it was Ronin. He was walking around scratching his head slightly. Akio smirked and took off from the antenna and flew towards him. She had picked up some snow from another building and dropped a little on his head. Feeling the light powdery snow fall on him he looked up.
“What are ya doin?” She smirked and flew down lower landing softly on top of the blanket of snow again. “Was doin what I told ya. Was testing out my wings.” He smiled at her.
“Ya musta been flyin high too ya got some ice crystals in ya hair.” She nodded excitedly.
“I had gone as far as to just above the clouds.” He looked at her eyes as they widened a little.
“Ya went up that far?! How’d it look?” She smiled even more her eyes slightly twinkling with the moonlight.
“It was one of the most beautiful and peaceful scenes I have ever seen.” He smiled pleased with the answer. She looked back up at the sky then at Ronin.
“Hold onto me.” He looked slightly confused at her. “Just hold on, I wanna try somethin.” He wrapped his arms around her waist and she held onto him. She spread her wings and lifted them into the air with a few flaps of her wings. Ronin held onto her tighter so he wouldn’t slip. She glided on the air flows for a few moments as he looked around them as they moved through the air. She turned in the air and headed up above the clouds again. Ronin’s eyes widened with the sight he beheld around them. The air above the clouds being so clean, and the vision of the night sky so crisp and clear. She flew around a few times through the clouds seeing that Ronin was loving the feeling of free flight.
“Akio this is amazing!” His voice was slightly cracking with the amount of shock that he had been given with the flight above the clouds.
“I told ya.” She gave a smile and went again through the clouds sending another wave of mist over them. Ronin was laughing with Akio at how they were so afraid of transforming into the form that had always meant to be in. She flew down to the top of the building setting him down then landing softly on the snow herself. Akio stretched and recalled her wings in a dense cloud of black mist. She looked at Ronin slightly with a smirk. “How was that?” He just gawked at her not sure what to say.
“Akio that was unbelievable!” She smiled at him and ran over with a running tackle knocking him to the snowy roof. She sat on his chest and looked down at him. She noticed he looked at her slightly confused.
“Did you get really light or something?” She nodded to him.
“Yea I did so that I could fly with no problems. If ya notice when I walk on the snow I don’t even leave a trace.” He thought for a moment then remembered when he had come up on the roof he had seen no trace of her being up there.
“Well that will come in handy. I think that we should go see that bartender since he seems to know what we have to do. Then at least maybe we can put these abilities to good use.” Akio agreed with him and started to the door. Ronin ran up behind her and flipped her hair over her eyes.
“Ronin! Ya jerk!” She flipped her hair back and ran after him as he ran down the stairs to the entrance.
