So... I left the house at 8 to go to work... I had plotted on getting food before I went to work so I figured an hour and a half would be enough time to get food... eat... then go to work. I wanted fried chicken... see... theres this awesome place half a block from my house that makes wonderful fried chicken... not to greasy.... the chicken is good... the fries are to die for... comes with salad.... almost a decent healthy meal if you cut out the fried part... So... I wander over there... They're closed. Sign on the door says they're out of chicken... *facepalm*. So... fine... I still want chicken... KFC is a block and a half to the north... I'll go there.... walk up there... at this point Im also talking to Zanorich on the phone... KFC... they were closed... only the actual restaruant part... Drive through was open.... but I was walking.... so... I turn around.... a little ticked at this point ((ok.... it was alot... I was hungry and I wanted chicken and I'm stubborn like that and this was a big deal)). So... a little at a loss for anywhere else to get actual chicken... I decide that McD's will just have to do.... which... is located in the south.... so... I walk the block and a half back to the good chicken place.... then the other three blocks to McD's... Get there... same thing as KFC... actual sit down part was closed.... Drive through was open... but HONESTLY! Its McDonalds.... they're ALWAYS open... at least till 10 or 11.... That irked me just alot more.... Wendy's was right next door... walk over there.... Doors are locked... People are inside eating... and the drive through is once again open... but the doors are locked.... I gave up on fast food right there.... this is at about 8:40 or so.... I'm a slow walker.... I wasnt expecting this much difficulty finding a place that served food... Decide if I want to actually have something to eat Im going to have to run to the grocery store ((I want to point out I have limited stores of food at home that mostly require stove top preperation... which is why I didnt just make a lunch to begin with)) So... walk the block and a half more to the grocery store.... consider having Timmy's instead ((Honestly.... not the biggest fan of Tim Hortons.... good now and then.... but I wasnt in the mood))... Run into the gorcery store... find food quickly... pay... run out the door as it was getting close to 9 and I was scared with my slow walking I might end up being late for work... speed up the walking and get to work about 5 minutes after 9 by my watch... enough time to eat my cold supper and get ready... The point of the story... It wasnt even 9 and I couldnt find one bloody place to get food.... this is unheard of expecially when dealing with the fast food variety... I wasnt a very happy Sita by the end of my walking.... I walk all night at work.... I think I wound have less problems finding food if I went out and slaughtered the cow myself...

Anyway... Saw pictures of Bruce's "Kids"... He has two tarantulas... one is a pink foot and I forget what species the other one is... Teddy and Spike.... Both are about 6 inches across... they looked so soft... I think the spider phobia applies more to small spiders for myself... I dont like the really small ones.... but I also dont mind them that much to begin with... unlike a few people who took one look and looked away shuddering...
