Okies, of this post seems a little screwy it because I've been taking these weird pain killers...
But why? Well the my recent ordeal started about three, no maybe four years ago. I had lots of holes in my teeth that needed to be filled, I also had a phobia of needles. Thus I went to the dentist twice before pushing the issue to one side and hoping it would just go away.
Now you see once a tooth has started to decay it doesn't actually fix it self (oh my god who could have guessed that?) and I had one of the teeth start to rot out of my skull. So a year later I was pressuring mum/mom to return to the dentist, as I needed her medicare cards aand things. Believe it or not it took me the next eighteen months, possibly more, to get back to the dentist...
I returned to find that, along with the original fillings, I also had a half rotten tooth that needed removing. Eventually, after like a month of staggered appointments the dental surgeon was booked and I was ready to have my tooth removed.
Okay, earlier this week I goes into the denstist think: "Hey its surgerory[sp?], surely they'll knock me out.".
Now I've heard from many a person that going under general anesthetic was incredibly unpleasant, so naturally my anxiety levels were through the roof. Anyways I lay there expecting to be knocked out, only to find the dentist sticks the first of four needles into my mouth. Okay I can handle that...
Half an hour later I'm laying in the surprisingly comfotrtable dentist chair with a numb jaw and some indian lady jamming a pair of pliers into my gums, not to mention half choking on my own blood (I didn't mind, I happen to like the taste of blood.).
Turns out she had to remove part of my skull, doing so through my gum, that had bgun to rot between the roots of my tooth. This explained the excessive amounts of blood I could see all over her hands as she worked.
Thus I am sitting at home, to sore to go to school but to well to lay in bed, writting this post. Oh and pain killers are god, it took no less than six stitches to do my gum back up.
Anyways. Until next time,
