So I called my dad this morning as soon as I woke up. of course my truck is still in the shop so I have absolutely no mode of transportation. Did I mention that it was raining as well? Its been storming here for three days. So I called my dad and asked if he could take Emma to school so that we wouldn't have to walk in the rain. I don't want her to catch pneumonia afterall. Of course he said yes and then he asked me if I would go to the doctor with him. Huh?

Being the good daughter that I am, I said yes. I knew it wouldn't take that long and if he needed the moral support to get it done, then I was there. (He pulled a muscle in his back and can hardly walk now. It seems pretty painful.)

After the trip to the doctor, I had him stop by my own doctor so that I could get my newest dosage of happy pills. Yay!

Seriously though, I was on anti-depressants when I was 15. I really needed them then but I stopped taking them after a couple of months because they made me jittery. Now I come to find out from my doctor that the psychiatrist that prescribed those particular pills to me must have been a complete idiot because 15 year olds shouldn't be on such high dosages of Paxil because they tend to commit suicide. WTF?

I thanked the kind doctor and asked for Zoloft. So, thats what I got. I'll start taking them tomorrow.

By the way, did I mention that I got a new puppy? His name's Pete and he's da shit. I'll post some pictures once I get around to taking some.
