   boat ride
i went on a cruise today! ok...not really. the country in which i live is made up of 2 islands , and one of the ways to go between the islands is the inter-island ferry, and they just got a new boat, so they took the new ferry for a spin today, and a friend of my mom's got us free tickets! and the fun part was when we passed through the Bocas(a stretch of really rough water along the nothern coast) and about half the ppl on the ship threw up! you couldn't move from one place to another without swaying and having to grab onto something! but it was fun, and the trip back was uneventful, because we were going with the current instead of against it. the only part that really sucked was that we couldn't go onto the top deck, and it rained most of the voyage. and we're supposed to be in the dry season! it rained non-stop on friday.
p.s. i am proud to say i am not one of the ppl on the ship who threw up!
