My wallet belongs to the moths.
Because I spent a heck of a lot today. I never like my balance getting below a certain amount, and it plummeted below that today. Egh, I need a job or something.
But it's all good spending ^_^ And I get paid back for some of it, which is a bonus.
I finally managed to grab myself a copy of RahXephon Orchestration 2. I've only watched the first two episodes of it so far, but it seems to be getting better as it goes on. I like the Major person (I can't remember his name, but he definately reminds me of myself), but in general all of the characters seem decent.
I also bought myself the Matrix Revolutions soundtrack. And wow, the last track is amazing. If you ran out before the credits started or got into full swing, you really missed a fantastic piece of music. The choral voice sounds great, and the orchestration behind that is greatly good, too. The 'Trinity Definately' track is beautiful. Probably as good (if not better) than some of John William's stuff.
I also found myself a really nice jumper. i don't tend to wear them, but this one's nice. It's got a zip running down the front, is primarily black with a single cream piece of material running across the middle of the chest. I likes ^_^ I also likes the bracelet thing I bought from Next, although I took them off because they kept pinching the hairs on my arm rather painfully. My left wrist is covered in tiny pink marks now, heh.
What else have I done? Uhm... not an awful lot, I don't think. The research at the library went as well as could be expected- I took out two collections of plays; one by Oscar Wilde and one by John Marsden. They both seem really entertaining from what I've read so far. Which makes choosing one to perform that much better, heh.
I'm still a little concerned about our tutor who collapsed, though. Although he threatened to jump on us if we didn't get some work done (and with a guy his size it's no joke), he's a nice person. I'll ask John how he's doing on Monday.
In the meantime, I have some writing to do. Have fun ^_^ |
