Backlog
Yikes, I seem to be behind in everything of late o_o; Too much work and things, heh.
I had a really good time last night. David invited me over for a meal with Kim and Dan. It's been ages since I last saw Dan, heh. I hadn't realised how much I missed him until I opened the door to him, holding a dagger towards his face ^_^;
We watched Dr Strangelove while eating some of David's odd (but extremely nice) quasi-bolognese sauce with pasta. It's made up of bolognese, sweet and sour sauce, ketchup, brown stuff and this vegetarian substitute for mince which aparrently can make people throw up quite violently.
I didn't throw up, though, although I did feel a little ill when eating any of the meaty stuff. That's probably down to having eaten something a little while beforehand, though.
After that, David told us all about this movie idea that he wants to make. It sounds great, but very ambitious. I'm not entirely sure we'll be able to do it, but I'd certainly like to at least record the voice acting bits.
Dan and I slept in the Lounge ^_^ We stayed up watching Star Wars Episode II until about 2am, which was great fun. Although sleeping on the floor wasn't. I migrated to the leather sofa what seemed like two hours later and eventually got to sleep. But leather sofas aren't exactly comfortable either, mind you...
This morning was relatively uneventful- I came back home at about midday, did things that needed to be done and then had lunch, came online, took the dogs for a walk, had tea, watched Metropolis and came online again, where I am now.
So yeah. A good day, but a rather tiring one. Chapter 3 will have to wait one more day- I need to add another scene in the Adventure Arena. |
