*tired grin*
Comments!
elfpirate: Labyrinth has been one of my favourite films since I was very young. Perhaps needless to say, Sir Didymus was my character of choice. I was a little irritated he was so silly, though, but he was a fox so that immediately cancelled out any ill effects of personality ^_~
Pumpkin: *waves* Hello ^_^ It's funny you should say that about the weather, actually- it's been roastingly hot the last few days, then suddenly the heaens opened and storms swept throughout the entire country. Anyone who knows about the Glastonbury Festival this year can attest, heh.
Monkey Orange: There were bits of it that I thought were unpleasant when I first watched it (in particular the peach and bag-woman bits), but The Dark Crystal scared me more when I was younger. I wouldn't mind watching it again, though.
-^_^- I like shoujo. Rayearth was one of the first anime DVDs I bought, hehe. I'm relly glad that my sister likes it, though. She and I have very similar tastes when it comes to anime. Not so much with manga, though- she seems to have a slight aversion to reading, but I'll try and persuade her to read Reservoir Chronicle sometime soon. I've even managed to get my mum and a friend of mine who I never expected to like anime into Fruits Basket. It's quite extraordinary.
Azure: I've never played any of the games myself, but I love the manga ^_^ It even has a namebank at the end of it, hee. And it explains the story of the first two games for context. Nice ^_^
Hevn: Me too. The only reason I haven't bought the soundtrack is because I'm not sure how often I'd actually listen to it. As much as I love the songs, I think they go best when with the movie proper.
I've been out pretty much all of this afternoon, but not before getting in a good run of Fruits Basket episodes before I left ^_^
My sister now has fish- two goldfish and a loach. They're very prettysome to watch. If there are two types of animal I could watch indefinitely, it's fish and birds. I wouldn't like to keep birds myself (I don't feel it's right, unless they're kiwis or something flightless, thought preferably smaller than an ostrich), but watching them walk and hop about just makes me feel fuzzy. Magpies especially- they're the prettiest birds I get to see regularly. I always hope to catch sight of a Raven in London, but I haven't yet. Pretty pretty ^_^
But now I must rest. It's another murder mystery tomorrow, and doing up my hose with only one working thumb is going to be bloody tricky >.>
*hugs* Take care ^_^ |
