Revenge Cascade

Comments!

Pyro: Oh yes, things have certainly gotten exciting... I really wish people were more committed at this stage, though. It's getting to be a joke.

But I am being strict with myself about sleeping, heh ^_^ Thank you

RaeRae: *squishyhugs* Eee, thank you ^_^ It's not much longer now. I'm starting to get nervous about actually performing, though.

Doc G: That's true. I plan to spend most, if not all, of Sunday resting. It's mainly evening performances anyway, so it's not as if I won't be able to have lie-ins for the most part. This week is going to be the test, though.

Godel: *nods* I know what you mean, heh ^_^;

Monkey: *pose* I shall!

Well, things got rather interesting yesterday. First day of production week and someone drops a bombshell about something that happened in March. It's nothing to do with me, but it's dropped a horriblly tense atmosphere over the class. It could have waited a few more days, but I guess sometimes the urge to say something to someone is too overwhelming to take. But considering how many people knew in the first place...

I can't go into details about what happened, because it's not fair to those involved if I did. But either way I'm not sure that what the person (henceforth known as TR) said is entirely accurate, mostly because the other person (henceforth TB) told me first. The stories are so different it's hard to know what kind of compromise you could reach between them. When heard on their own, both seem to be pretty incredible. Of course, there's a chance that TB may be lying (and who wouldn't want to play down a huge, rather embarrassing indiscrepancy?), but even so, I think the truth probably lies somewhere inbetween the two.

There's a problem with any kind of memory that's been recalled and recounted over and over again- they can become distorted depending on your beliefs, insecurities, uncertainties in the memory itself and the views of people around you. That's why eyewitness accounts can (but not always) be so unreliable as evidence in court cases, and why things like conversations become summarised/paraphrased during recall and hence can be misinterpreted when further analysed.

It's not as if you can take a dictaphone to log everything that happens to you wherever you go. For one thing, you'd need a heck of a lot of tapes. But I don't take anything as read any more. You need to see both sides of an argument before deciding where your opinion properly lies.

I like Psychology. It's my friend ^_^

Old Dusty Trail...
Long day today- we're in till about 8 in the evening, and I expect I'll be there even longer. I've armour to polish before it dissolves in rust. Bloody people with greasy fingers *grumbles*

*hugs* See you later ^_^
