Mood: Indifferent (like i know what that means without a dictionary)
Date: Monday, January 5th, 2009
=_= Okay I understand people have difficulty with their parents but this is just ridiculous.
At my school. If you are a Senior (which I am) you do not have to take exams. However you have to take an EOC if you are in a class that is required to have one. (US history)
The schedule for next week at my school:
THIS FIRDAY: E.O.C.
NEXT MONDAY: regular school day
NEXT TUESDAY: exams (1st&4th)
NEXT WEDNESDAY: exams (2nd&3A)
NEXT THURSDAY: exams (3B; other students do not attend)
NEXT FRIDAY: Teacher work day
See the thing is seniors do not come on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Friday is no school.
You are allowed to miss Monday if you have enough days. Which I do:
The only thing that counts toward your days is unexcused absences. I have two absences in first period because I was late one day and it was too much to count.
My mom however thinks they ALL count. so i go on a field trip or something and it counts. the activity is from nation honor society inauguration. Well that's counted as an absence according to her. I'm in the honor society but hey guess what, you were counted absent. well there goes out attendance record for those perfect attendance students in NTHS. This is just ridiculous. She thinks I'm lying so i can miss school. If i was lying, i would have to completely retake the 12th grade. I worked so hard to skip a grade. why the hell would I do that?
