Mood: Exanimate

Someone got me into almost telling a story the other day and instead I said I would save it for a post.
To shorten it I will just say when I was a kid/younger teen, I was not a happy camper.
I had several habits, biting my nails which I was always told I would grow out of (never happened), eating a lot when i was little, yada yada.
So not until a few months ago that within like one week it turned my life around completely and it's really neat actually when i think about it.
my routine before was getting up last minute and going to school, coming home, eating something, going in my room and that's it. very lame and depressing.
Now it's completely different though. There's this gym down the street and I finally got tired of always being tired i guess you could put it. I never had any energy but you know how when you haven't ran in over a year, you just want to do it? this was kinda like that. I joined the gym down the street which is on the way home from school and I started going every day after school.
First day I was so sore i couldn't sleep that night lol I was in so much pain that's all i could think about.
So now I have so much more energy. I get up, get ready, go to school, go to the gym right after, run errands or go home and do anything that needs to be done around the house, get a shower then eat dinner and THEN go to my room around 7:00 if not later.
I've completely stopped biting my nails too and that was ... a nervous habit I guess. I'm really not sure because i couldn't stand them long AT ALL until just recently and now it's just like how on earth could i have bit my nails?
I feel a lot better and I'm not so cranky and miserable anymore. I definitely plan to keep going so if anyone's considering doing something like this i definitely recommend it.
