I HAVE RETURNED!!!! AND LET IT BE KNOWN... I didn't freeze to death. lol I actually wore flip-flops half of the time lmao!! (this will be a little long sry)
The ski trip was fun but I couldn't go snowboarding. You had to put a deposit of $300 down incase you broke the board… I didn’t plan on breaking the board but I didn’t have $300 at that time, wish I did but oh well. Instead I tried skiing… who knows why they don’t make you put a deposit down on the skis but oh well. Skiing was a total failure. I took a ski lesson for about an hour and learned latterly NOTHING. Nothing that I didn’t already know… I learned more from the guy that gave me my shoes! Anyway, when that was over I still didn’t know how to stop and if anyone’s ever tried skiing it’s really hard. My cousins came up to me and said we were going to one of the slopes, well I didn’t know that the slope was going to be HARD till I got there. This is my first time and I don’t even know how to stop and they want me to go down a mountain on skis. When we first got off the ski lift… I fell mhm I was freaked out because it wasn’t really snow it was ice with a little snow (aka fake snow) which is really hard to ski on and is slippery. Eventually I tried skiing but was going to fast to stop the way the guy showed us how to in the ski class so I crashed on purpose so I wouldn’t hit anyone. I was so mad at my cousins for forcing me up on that ridge I took off my skis and walked down the mountain.
I’ll post something tomorrow that was really funny, well I’m going to try to get to site! But I’m not sure if I can since I have to do my homework from the days I’ve been gone! Sry if I don’t get by! later
