   Oof . . . . .
Alright, so a lot of us here play or practice sports or other such athletic whatevers, right? So you know what I'm talking about when I speak of when you have a "good day", right? Ya know, the run doesn't seem so tiring, you're making all your shots, you're jumping higher than you usually are . . . you're just feelin' it, right?

Well, Sunday morning at kung-fu, I was having one of those days. I was stretching farther, jumping higher, taking my stances lower, and all-around just going out more than usual. It feels good, I gotta tell ya . . .

. . well . . . . . the next day, it didn't feel quite so good . . . my hamstrings are killing me right now! Aiya! Heh . . . . . oh yeah, and at some point, I torqued my back funny too. Now, it's nothing too serious, and it'll go away in the next day or two, but I'm just sayin' that that kinda hurts too.

Yeah, I broke myself . . . tee hee . . . . .

Ah, well, at least RotK won . . .
(Sweep! Sweep! SWEEEP!!!)

Hehe . . . I'll think of some meat to post about tomorrow, savvy?
