Let's see if this works tonight . . .
Yeah, myO's been on the fritz a bit, it seems. Phantom updates, refusals to let me add posts . . . then there was that one night when it wouldn't login either . . . . . I'd guess it was because of a ghost or something, but I'm sure there are better websites to haunt than this one . . . not to say that this site isn't worth haunting, just that there's probably bigger sites such ghosts could be getting into . . . . . ooh, imagine a ghost haunting Amazon, that'd be wild . . . . ahem, anyways . . .
Got Molly's wedding present a few days back. Gonna mail that sometime soon so I don't have to worry about it on the plane ride next week (holy crap, I'm going to Kansas in a little over a week!). I'd talk more about this present, but we can't spoil the surprise, y'know?
That said . . . Molls', you better not open it the second it arrives! I'll tell Jordan!
School started up again. Really looking forward to discussing "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire", and I'm sad again that I'm gonna miss the last third of the lectures. I'm sure I'll live, though . . . heh, and to add to the suffering, I think I need to pick up "Order of the Phoenix" some time .. . that ending was cool but now I need more! Damnit!
I have a lot of "Beowulf" to read soon, too . . . like, all of it . . . totally forgot about it during reading week . . . ah well . . .
. . . just before I finish with the school topic . . . I finally saw "The Butterfly Effect" the other day. One of the later realities he springs upon was filmed at UBC, and it looks pretty good. The movie itself looks pretty good too, I think I need to buy it . . . . . that and "Saw", apparently that movie's huge in Australia and is quite good . . . I'll give it a shot, I suppose . . .
I fear that some of you may be a little concerned about my concern for the "Bleach" anime and the nature of filler arcs. Don't get me wrong, I do understand what the deal is with those things. I just found it nice to finally understand what was going on in the new ending credits.
Life's going well enough on my end at the moment. I guess I'll finish by reminding everyone that Chuck Norris died ten years ago, but the Grim Reaper can't get up the courage to tell him.
