Kansas rocks . . . whoda thunkit . . . . .
So, I'm back. And now I get to go back to school. Dang . . .
I think my midwestern accent has eased down a bit since I got back over the mountains . . . oh, for the record, Vancouver at night from the sky is gorgeous! I expected there'd be a lot of lit up streets and stuff, but man . . . it's a cool sight.
Many, many things I could say about that trip . . . I just loved every part of it. So . . . here's a quick rundown in photo-form . . .
Molly loved her wedding gift. So did Jordan. And Molly's whole family. And Molly's friends.
Molly snogging in front of her parents. She loves her man . . .
This is a given, but I love Molly tons . . .
All brides should be this happy on their wedding days . . .
Lady Lea, Duo, Molly . . . . . me loves these girls . . .
Just to finish off, I love Molly's family so much. They're all such wonderful people. I told her dad how much I was impressed by how they all came together for her when she needed them. He brushed it off quickly, saying "hey, that's what family's for," but I know that quite often that's not the case. But yeah, her parents, her sister, her brothers (including THE brother, Brother Victor, the coolest monk I have ever known), her nephews and niece (adorable kids, those ones) . . . her friends . . . . . heh, seriously, I didn't travel all that distance for nothing, no question.
So Milady, and Angel, thank you for being such wonderful hosts to a li'l ol' city boy from some other country. I hope to come by again soon . . . . . turns out, it's quite fun speaking with an American Midwestern accent and being normal for it.
