Lovely hat, Banner Goddess!
Miss Aurus. Miss Tracy C. The Banner Goddess of THAT and theOtaku. Your brilliance has filled us with too many doses, and now we are starting to get an attraction. How many ways doth thou rocketh? Allow us to count thine ways . . .
Sometimes she seems a little strange, a little out there. She's a little quiet at times, has her own things to take care of now and then. Makes you wonder sometimes . . . has she lost her mind? Can she see or is she blind?
No! She's just very west coast, is all. It's a good coast to be on, y'know. And it shows through her. She's very political, very advocate..advo....advocational? We'll say advocational . . . she likes to raise awareness, is what I'm getting at. Like, a lot. And she isn't just saying stuff, either, she really does this stuff! Remember that day of silence? She did that! She's a powerful one. She also only lives a few hours away from me - not including time waiting in line at the Peace Arch crossing - so that's automatic bonus points.
She's been invaluable for this community as well! For lack of a better word, she's probably one of the most . . . intuned, people at this site. She really knows what it is to enjoy the culture; she's got a good chunk of the language under her belt, she knows her histories, she's taken kendo . . . . . and we're still barely scratching das surface . . . . . She. She has. She has us. She has us asked. She has us asked, and we started a fandub. We're still in the works for it, but she did get a lot of it moving.
Aurus is a pal, through and through. Definitely the kind of person you'd just wanna go wreak havoc with on the town. She has fuel, she has fire, she is that which we desire . . . and she has tons of it.
She hath infatuated us all with her Hees and Squees. We have all fallen in love with her wit and charm. And nothing else matters. Rawk on, Miss Aurus, rawk on!
