Hmm . . . Miss Vicky might be at the con right now and miss this . . .
. . . then again, maybe she will get this. Something to wonder about, I suppose . . .

So let's take a look at Miss BurningDeamon. She hooked up with all the other cool people before I knew about her, and like all the new kids on the block . . . . . I neglected her. I really do need to fix this some day, it's a horrible habit . . .

So let's see, we found out she lived in that same little area once described to me as "DC's Backyard" or something to that degree. I already knew two people living around there, and now I knew a third. Never say location is not key, hers has sprouted some amazing otaku in its time . . . . . but even if that wasn't the case, she'd still be a total cutie, an absolute sweetie who's a joy to play with.

Recently she got a webcam. Rock on. Before that, we had Skype . . . I'm still jealous that she got to chat with Shanny over Skype first, by the way . . . . . sure, I got to talk to her on a phone (not the first to do so but I have) but clearly that didn't work out in the end for us. So yeah, Vicky's special in that way too.

So what amuses me about her? For one thing, I don't know what it is, but I find it very easy to make the girl laugh. I know generally these sorts of posts go the other way around, talking about how someone can always make you laugh . . . but seriously! There've been a lot of times where she's told me to stop making her laugh or else she'd wake someone up . . . I dunno, it makes me happy to know she's happy. So yeah, she laughs easy. Not a bad thing at all.

And then there's her hispaniprocity. That's not a real word, but I hope the meaning comes out. The girl gave me a reason to look into Spanish. Up until this point I had the Chineses (another fake word), the Japanese, the Tagalog, the Dutch, Swedish and Portuguese to pretend to know. Now I have Spanish! I mean sure, Red sometimes said things in Spanish . . . heh, but now I care!
(Just kidding, Red, when you read this, but you guys know what I mean, right?). I dunno, I have this obsessive thing about me where I wanna learn as many things in as many languages as I can . . . I definitely loved getting another one to play with. That said, when I finally translated "osito", I was thoroughly amused.

You're a charm to ward off evil for us all, Miss Vicky. If happy-bringing could be measured in gas consumption, yours would be the Hummer of us all . . . but prettier and we wouldn't hate you just for being you. Just sayin'.
