Yo. sorry about the Hiatus

Ok, sorry about how long it's taken me to get back. I still don't have internet yet... gonna have to get that set up in the apartment soon. But for now I'm gonna try to check in every now and then.

So I'm mostly all moved in and set up for school.
Animefest was awsm! I dunno how many of the people who read this went but I thought it was cool. The 3 vids I submitted to the competition were not only accepted but made it into the final viewing (a little bit more and one of 'em was supposed to have won!) So apparently I'm doing something right... when I get a chance I'll work on another.

Anyway, I've got some stuff I still need to go and work on getting set up (internet for one thing, hehe). So until later!

Hiatus? Certainly not!

Ok... so it's getting harder and harder to get on here... my bandwidth is being leeched... my siblings are constantly on... I'm doing a lot of work (yes, real job work). And then I've been spending a lot of time on console games for several reasons (reason 1... back to my roots, hehe).

So yes... those are some main reasons I've not been able to update in so long. Good news tho!
I've been watching Black Cat... which is very awsm (mainly because my family tends to be a family with pet cats so the jokes are hilarious). Add to that fact the intense music whenever he brandishes his gun... chillingly awsm!

Planning on watching Gigantic Formula and Solty Rei when I get a chance.

I did manage to play through all 3 Jak and Daxter games... very very awsm! If you have a PS2 I recommend them... classic Action adventure. Also been playing .Hack//Infection... I believe I'm at the very end. However, when you consider that the level 50 gamer of legend got pwn3d royally at the beginning of the game... my three lvl 30 people don't stand a chance... Anyway when I finish that game I'll move on to the second. Need to find 3 and 4 before I finish up number 2 though.

Gaming and anime aside... I move off to college August 30th... complete change of scenery everyone! From one extreme to the other... awsm!

Yo!

Hey all, what's goin on? Not been too much (aside from work) goin on with me in general.

But what have I been doing? Well I finished Jak and Daxter 2 at about 2 am Sunday... then I made it halfway through the game in just a few hours... Also I've been working a lot... (made 18.5 hours of overtime last week.. that's quite a bit...)

I would watch that movie if it were real, hehe...

So yes, just figured I'd drop people some lines to let 'em know what was going on. I'm getting prepped to head back to college. I'm also planning to go to AnimeFest this Labor day weekend (watch out for me, hehe).


Hmm... question... I want to see if anyone can outdo the one I thought up today...

Can anyone think of a superhero power that is more useless than that of Aquaman?

News

Ok.. so surprisingly I didn't launch any fireworks on July 4th.... was this Un-American? I must say no because I kept the point of freedom alive... A group of us went to see Transformers (A little too much language and vulgarity to be beyond awsm... but there were scenes that gave you that tingling feeling you get near the end of story... Like near the end of Kenshin's battle with Shishio). A movie about a fight for freedom and continued life (with friends, btw)... what better way to celebrate Independence!

In other news... I now have a deviant art account... (I still can't draw)... but I take pictures. Here's one of my more recent ones... we have a Fox running around in our backyard and I finally got a chance to grab a shot! Yesterday he walked past my parents outside and then lay down less than 100 meters away!

I got wheelz

Alas.. I seem to have lost my glasses.. which is a bad thing because I can't always get my contacts in before I have to leave to work... and seeing (pun intended) as how I have exceedingly bad eyesight (really bad... I checked my contacts and thought it was bad... but found out that was just the expiration date... then I found out my eyesight was worse and havign the expiration date as my prescription would've been better...) it's not cool to need to drive for an hour in the dark...

Went by a local flea market (really cool place btw) just to check some stuff out... found a nice anime/manga shop that gets imports and special orders... so I may be going back there (picked up a sheet of Slayers cards.. 'cause Gourry's cool).

And to top it all off... I finally got a car today... so now I have wheelz which means I can go where i need to as long as gas allows. for those who know what it is... I have a 98 Honda Accord LX. She's silver, gets good gas mileage, is roomy, and has a lot of nice accessories... I got an amazingly good deal on her (especially for a first car).


So now I'm planning on a new wallpaper and/or MV...I must make them... why is it taking me so long???

I make no apologies this time

Ok... so two weekends ago I went to A-Kon...

It was AWSM! Beyond belief! Things could've gone better in a few areas and they could've been worse in some others... but all in all it was great! Saw many different anime/vid game characters... voice actors and artists galore. I even ended up in a YouTube video (don't have the link now :( but I'm standing in line to get an autograph from Chris Patton [Sousuke Sagara's voice from FMP] for my little brother. I'm the one with the backpack, completely in blue a couple people behind Duo Maxwell if you've seen the vid). Anyway, lots of stuff to do there.. very cool!

Btw, while there I also got to do some basic voice dubbing (over an anime, FMP Second Raid actually) and took a basic computer coloring class... actually learned some stuff, yes indeed.

I have not been online recently for a few reasons...
1) I played through Guild Wars Factions and Nightfall (they needed to be beat... evil was getting close to winning and it needed to be stopped)
2) I have had very little access to my computer... I routed my limited dial-up connection as a shared and now I have up to 4 people running off it sometimes... not to mention that this past week I've had people on my PC...
3) Working... saving money to go and further my current degree.
4) I got a PS2 recently (he says this after sayign he's saving for college and he also went to A-Kon? To answer that question before I proceed... been saving for a looooong time) and rapid played through "Legend of Kay." In addition I'm currently playing .Hack//Infection. I have the first two games (need to get the next two) so now I get to see the original story finally!

So yes... while I make no promises as to availability of my PC... or being online... or anything at all really... I want to make wallpapers again. I've also started trying to color line art... if I get the first one I did uploaded somewhere (and get permission from the owner) I'll show you.

Anyway, that is all for now. Thanks to those of you whom have stayed and checked out my site still. (Those Turbines are really high up).

Agh! Sorry!

no I'm not dead, no I've not done anything new yet.... yes I am working!

Aye, I'm working.. the B-day bash for TSW is coming up and I'm trying to do some stuff... also I'm working on some MVs and some of my friends have come back recently. Plus there is the fact that my friend (I can say it's CecilTactition 'cause I don't think he's gonna be coming back here much any more) Cecil Tactition is getting married. Ahh I shall be groomsman he says! A tux for me mayhap?

So anyway.. yes busy busy busy.... yes I am also working ona sprite comic... so I shall attempt to make a wallpaper sometime this week (and do my bookkeeping too...)

Oh! In case I forgot to say it... I beat Star Ocean Second Story! And: I'm going to A-Kon at the beginning of next month! Woohoo!
