Due to Circumstances where going to hold the contest earler, well put up our banners as soon as they become done. :3 we want to give all partipents a notice before they don't have any lead! that wouldn't be right.
The contest will be open on NOV 18th- Dec 15!

Rules
1. As you Know Follow all the rules that apply for the otaku, no nudity unless symbolic
2. Originality Counts, we can't have too many look-alikes that would bring to much controversy
3. You can draw all the mews in the banner, or draw one mew from the banner and yourself its good to have choices
4. CREATIVTY COUNTS!, NOT based on ARTWORK based on creativity! Moreover, you’re hard earned work.
5. Don't feel like you won’t win! Believe in yourself you can do it! Just because you see a new picture up and it looks super better then yours don't get discouraged go for it!
6. Only One of your Mews Submitted. If you have like six or seven mews choose the mew you like the most and submit that one, once you choose please don’t change unless you consult us.
7. No limit to pictures being submitted
8. Please tag your Entries RebirthContest, RebirthCon, RebirthWin, RebirthWinter you can choose any.
