I really liked your “What makes a Chibi”! ^-^ Question: How did you get your MS Paint fanart to fit the requirements? I did a fanart in Paint, but I can’t get it to be under 200 KB. The pixel size isn’t the problem. Making the image smaller doesn’t help, it just distorts the image. I keep experimenting with it, but so far no luck. Bah. I think that computers just hate me and conspire against me...yeah, that’s probably it...
