Haha. Yesterday was fun. I played DDR from like... 2:00 until 10:30 XD; I'm so exhausted today and my legs are kind of sore, but it was definitely worth it. :D For one, I finally passed Drop Out... with a B! It took me 3 tries, but I still passed, and that's what's important.

But Kent didn't play. ;O; After all that work, too. He had said if I got 200 combo or more then he would play but he kept messing us up by talking to us and turning off the sound or whatever, and so we missed by about 3 steps. But finally, I got a 220 combo on a song... and Kent tried to run away! We chased him all over the house, and then finally he got outside and tried to run down the street. They went for like half a mile. When they finally dragged him back in, he claimed he was "too tired" to play and said he'd play after. But of course I had been playing for hours [I didn't bring any swimming stuff, so while everyone was swimming I was playing DDR] and was supposed to play against him, so I think he was waiting for me to collapse so he wouldn't have to play or something. *sigh* In the end, he ran away again for like an hour. So he didn't play. XD;

So yeahhh. Now I have to finish all of my homework. Even though I finished my Psychology homework yesterday, I think I should re-do my notes since they weren't very good. D:

I have a feeling that I won't last the year. Kent and Jennifer and Julien all noticed how stressed I seemed, and that was only on the 2nd day of Psych. I can't imagine what it will be like once AP testing comes along. I keep thinking I should just drop the class, but I know if I do, I'll end up regretting it after. So I'll stay, even if the class does kill me. ;O;

And not to mention my hexagon thing. I can't help but wonder if Max and Yuu are together? She seems close to him but I don't know. She could just be another Yuu fangirl, I have no idea. And Joe doesn't know anything about Mr. 5 so that didn't help me at all. I know Mike won't tell me but I'm tempted to ask him anyway. xD;;; All this love polygon stuff is going to make my head fall off.

But I'm hoping I'll stay alive at least until my birthday, for my Gloomy Plushies. Haha... wow I'm really strange. I'm staying alive, just so I can get Gloomy Bear stuff. xD;

Wow, it's been a while.

I'm not dead. I'm just exhausted.

Too much drama!! And homework. XD

I started Psychology AP last Tuesday so I've been really busy studying and I think I'm going to die in that class. It's really hard, and we have to go through about a chapter every two weeks. And those are LONG chapters. The test at the end is already scaring me since it's put out by the college board and determines whether I get college credits for the class or not. I guess I don't have to worry too much since I'm in 10th grade and I'm going to be taking a *lot* of college courses in 11th grade, but I *do* want to get a 5 so I can earn 5 credits and maybe save some money on college credits.

Yesterday some guy offered me a dollar for one of my onigiri during the DDRU meeting. o_O; It was... interesting. I ended up with 2 onigiri left. Which was plenty, since I had my little Japanese jelly cup thing too! I tried giving it away, but people told me I needed the sugar. XD

I was able to eat lunch with Yuu on Friday, just the two of us pretty much. But now he has his own little freshman fan club and some girl who seems particularly attatched to him, and I don't really know what to think.

I still haven't found out who Mr. 5 is, nor if he is indeed Mr. 5 or if he is really Mr. 4... Wahh. It's confusing. I don't like all this confusion. ;O;

Ok, I�fm taking a little time off of summer reading to properly blog about my trip. I won�ft finish today, but I�fll do as much as I can.

So on Friday [June 29] I had to wake up at 6:00 to go to the airport. My mom was nervous about me going through security on my own so she got one of those pass things that let the parent walk the kid through the airport and stuff. We waited for about 2 hours in the Gates, and while we waited I saw that there were these birds flying around. They looked like they had accidentally come in or something, and now they couldn�ft come out. I felt kind of sorry for them. ^^; But anyway, after that was the plane flight, which was okay. I sat next to this mother and her 16-month old daughter. She was really cute, and she liked my Rubiks cube. *lol* When the plane landed, they mentioned something about the baggage claim and how you have to go to one terminal instead of another, but I didn�ft hear it quite right.

When I got out, I had a choice between two baggage claims. Terminal 1, or Terminal 2. Terminal 2 was clearly marked Southwest Airlines so I thought, �gOf course, this is where I should go.�h But then I remembered the announcement and thought, �gWhat if they had to change it?�h But then, I decided maybe I should just go to Terminal 2 and see what happened. So I got to Terminal 2, all the time wondering if I should go back, but I ended up staying there. There were 3 baggage claims, and one said Flight 1274 or something to that extent, the other said something like Flight 437 and the last one was blank. My flight had been 801 but since I couldn�ft see it, I panicked. So I waited by the last baggage claim until suddenly it flashed Flight 801 on the screen and I was so~~~ relieved. XD;

So as I waited for my baggage, I saw Sano-chan coming up from behind me, and so we greeted each other and stuff. Then we waited for my baggage for what seemed like forever, and when we finally found it, we had to go find Sano-chan�fs mom. When we did, we went to the car, and we listened to ZZ. Then we talked about our teachers and what we had been doing for the last year.

We pulled in to the El Rancho Steak House and Sano-chan�fs mom said that Sano-chan�fs sister, �gHotohori�h, would be meeting us there. We didn�ft know what we wanted to order, until I saw the clam chowder in a bread bowl and remembered what Yuki had told me. So I ordered that, and Sano-chan ordered popcorn shrimp�c. I found that the dish I ordered came with quite a big salad, and so I wondered how big the actual dish could be�c XD;;; It seemed quite huge, so I started eating the soup part of it, until I had a good amount of bread at the top. But, I was kind of confused because I didn�ft know how to get the bread off. I got a knife and started cutting little bread rectangles out of the bread, dipping them in the soup, and eating them. Sano-chan started laughing hysterically, since my pieces were exactly porportional. XD;; She still won�ft let it go, lol.

So after we went to lunch, we went back to Sano-chan�fs house~ And she showed me her room, and we talked for a while, and I gave her some gifts and SMILE stickers, I met her pets, and then Hotohori had to clean out her room, so we helped her by organizing a box of stuff, and then some more by putting more stuff in other boxes. We had to work fast, because we couldn�ft leave to go pick up Neko-chan until we finished, and we didn�ft want her to get in trouble for being home alone. So as soon as we finished, we picked up Neko-chan. But, as we were going to get in the car, Hotohori kept driving away! XD;;; It was kind of funny, but annoying at the same time.

We got back to the house, and we tried to get Neko-chan to like Going Under Ground because I had given her a poster of them, except I didn�ft know she didn�ft like them. ^^; We also gave her the SMILE stickers and we wore them�c on our faces. I was the only one to wear it on my forehead though�c the others chose the cheek. XD; We went outside to take pictures of our Laruku-ness but Neko-chan wouldn�ft take off her hat because she didn�ft like her haircut. I stole it for a second, but then gave it back. But Sano-chan still tried to get it off, and succeeded once, so Sano-chan said that Neko-chan owed her a pearl drink. We went through a couple of hand-me-downs from Hotohori, and I got 2 pairs of pants and a jacket that I want to use for JRock cosplay. Don�ft know how I�fll do that though�c haha.

When Hotohori finished cleaning her room, she dropped us off at Golf Land, the local arcade. We played so much DDR but I wasn�ft used to metal, so I got lower scores than I usually do. I almost passed Twilight Zone though. Then we played Rush2049�c ahhh that thing was addicting. And then Beatmania but I wasn�ft that good at it. So�c I didn�ft play it again. We wanted to play Drummania but we didn�ft have our ID cards with us�c -o-; So they wouldn�ft give us our sticks.

We were exhausted when we got back, so we watched a movie. I finally got to see Moon Child! lol�c but Gackt can�ft act if his life depended on it. There was one scene that would have been really sad�c if Gackt hadn�ft messed it up. XD; He can�ft write, either. So many plot holes~~ Like when Hyde�fs friend was burning up in the sun because he was a vampire, why wasn�ft Hyde burning around, while he watched from like�c 2 feet away? And then they talked in English, and Japanese, AND Chinese. But the Aussie English was awful. And then there was that little girl, Hana�c we renamed her 50 Language Girl because she seemed fluent in everything. Hyde said something that no one understood, we just heard something about �gno 3 f***ing ninjas in Japan�h or whatever. Then they always shot their guns sideways and always missed. And Gackt�fs scary when he smiles. Hyde can�ft smile, he looks like he�fs trying to, but he can�ft quite do it. But at the end, he did, and we were like, �gOMG Hyde~! We�fre so proud of you!�h Haha. Then there was that scene at the end where Gackt shoots a bunch of holes in the roof to let the sunlight in, but the roof doesn�ft fall in! And when Gackt�fs going to do the last shot with him and that Chinese guy, the Chinese guy goes �gHeiiiiii�h and then Gackt says �gArrrrrr�h. It makes no sense, but it�fs so fun to laugh at. At the end, they�fre like �gThe sun�fs coming�h when it�fs already like directly above them�c XD;; Ahhhh, such a fun movie to laugh at. XD;;;;

After that we watched the DVD that Neko-chan had bought off of eBay. It was a ripoff, but nevertheless, it was still a MYV concert and we got to watch MYV�fs crazy dances that make him so cute and adorable. We were dancing to POP is Dead with the backwards P and we almost did a Picture Story but it didn�ft go through because we were so tired. By the way, MYV�fs cage dancer is really creepy. He was entertaining at first�c but after it was just kind of scary.

Then, I brought out my Sailor Uniform, and Hotohori tried it on and looked really American. XD; Neko-chan was really cute in it, but refused to take pictures. ToT; So I put it on, and we had a 3-picture photoshoot, since the camera wasn�ft doing well with the light. I�fll try to post them up if Neko-chan sends me the data discs.

Neko-chan slept over, and we fell asleep at around 3:30, after eating a lot of fortune cookies and ramen snacks�c lol. So�c that was the end of Friday.

On Saturday [June 30], I woke up first, so I just kind of hung out until the others got up. Sano-chan woke up second. Neko-chan was last. Haha. Neko-chan and I looked in the living room, only to find out that Sano-chan�fs dog had eaten all the fortun cookies and ramen! We were afraid it was bad for the digestive system or whatever, but Sano-chan said it was ok. XD;

We went on the computer for a little bit, and checked out Rasaya, a Japanese hairstyle website. As we were browsing hairstyles, one stood out to us. We clicked it and to our surprise, we found�c A MYV HAIRSTYLE! We all wanted our hair like that, but I�fll have to wait a little bit since I just trimmed my hair, and my mom doesn�ft want to have to pay for another hair cut. XD;;

Neko-chan went home, and Sano-chan and I set out to go to SJ Japan Town. She put in the Plastic Tree CD [シロクロニクル]. It was such a long ride, that we probably listened to that CD at least 15 times. I liked National Kid�c a LOT. And we heard Baka ni natta no ni so much~! It kept me awake when I was about to fall asleep. Haha. As we were driving, I saw a Walmart for the first time in my life. When Sano found out that I had never seen a Walmart before, she laughed so~~~ much. Then she started teasing me about, �gDo you not have a Costco?�h or �gDo you even have a Target?�h Haha. This went on for about 3 days I think�c We finally got to SJ, but we couldn�ft find JTown! We were driving around the same area for a long time, until we called back home to get directions.

When we finally go there, we started looking for a place to eat, and when we did, both Sano and I ordered curry rice. There was this little baby next to our table, and he kept staring at me. Even as we were leaving the restaurant, he was still staring at me. Really cute, but it was weird that he kept staring at me. xD;;;

Then we walked to the Manju Store and bought LOTS of manju. Ahh it tasted so~~ good. We went to the Japanese Grocery Store as well, and I tried RAMUNE for the first time. Even though I don�ft like soda that much. Since I had never tried it before, and I hadn�ft seen a Walmart before, Sano-chan decided that I was some sort of deprived child. *lol* I didn�ft even know how to open the bottle, and I still can�ft do it quite right.. XD;

Sano-chan took me to the Japanese Garden which was really beautiful. I wish I had brought more film. I took lots of pictures of the bamboo garden�c it was so nice to look at. Very relaxing. At one point, we saw all these turtles on this rock. I think there were three of them. They looked like they were sunbathing�c haha. It was really fun to look at.

By then it was getting really hot, and we drove to a coffee shop. It was really nice because it had air conditioning and there was a Noah�fs Bagel right next to it�c haha. Sano loves that place.

After we got the coffee, we went to Kinokunya and I saw a Seventeen so I looked at it for ideas of what to do at Print Club. I still needed to buy Hotohori and Neko-chan gifts, so I went to the stationery section. Sano-chan told me that Hotohori really likes clover patterns, and Neko-chan loves random stuff [although I kind of already knew that]. So I found a clover print stationery set for Hotohori, and for Neko-chan I got the most random stationery in the world. The pictures on it were really cute, but really random: a white shirt hanging out to dry, a glass of orange juice, a bunch of plants, another white shirt, and a shoe. I loved that shoe. XD;;

Later, we walked across to Mitsuwa Market and we bought snacks and drinks. Sano-chan wanted so many drinks that she dropped them and dented a can of Calpico Soda! Haha. We bought so~~~~ much: Calpico Soda, Mitsuya Cider, Calpico flavor drinks, etc�c XDDDD By then, it was getting really hot again, so we went to Clover Bakery and bought some kakigigori which is like Japanese shaved ice�c except really really sweet. Sano-chan got a brain freeze. And we found out something about each other: I always buy strawberry flavored things, and she always buys melon flavored things.

When we got home, I taught Sano-chan how to make a website layout, and use Photoshop. We created a new layout, that was supposed to be just an example but I was really happy with it. Yuki gave us some space on FTorg, but I still haven�ft taught her how to use FTP�c I gave Hotohori her gift, but she decided that now we�fre in some sort of competition, and that she has to get me a better gift than I gave her. o_O;

Sano-chan took me on a secret trip, and wouldn�ft tell me where we were going. So I just waited until we got there. XD; First, we went to her favorite childhood restaurant~~ That stuff was so~~~ good, I wanted to eat so much, but I got full too easily. -o-;; Then she took me to a Morman Temple that was really beautiful, but we got there too late so we didn�ft get a chance to go in. After that, Sano-chan took me to Treasure Island to see the night view of the Bay Bridge�c Too bad our picture didn�ft turn out, though�c x_x

Tomorrow!

I was so excited about going, and nervous about traveling alone, and whatever other words there are, that I only got 3 hours of sleep last night. I couldn't fall asleep until like 1, and then I woke up at 4. ^^; I'm so tired today~ I hope I'm not too tired when I get there...

Sano made a list of what she wants to do when I come visit:

I found out what Anime V is today. It's this big anime store. Its online store is known as e-anime. I've actually seen that place before. I want Coo's Fluffy Fleece Hat... X3

I need to find out what I should do with Sano-chan when she's here. We'll be helping in VBS during the day, but after that, we might hang out at the mall, stay home and watch anime, go to Mulligans... I"m not sure yet.

When I come back in 2 weeks or so [but I might add entries while I'm on vacation], I'll get some new smiley face things to match the colors of the blog.

Well, I can't leave without talking about more Marmalade Boy stuff. *sigh* I hate it x 468,197,201,651,046.. and 9/10, like gas prices. xD. Prepare for a rant. D:

I have to go to Nachan's house to work with his mom, so that I can get community service hours for my school. But on Tuesday, Nachan invited friends over or something so I worked alone (:])... When his friends went up to his room and stuff [which happens to be next to the computer room where I was], I kind of saw them and looked up or something, and they looked at me but didn't say anything. Then they went into the room. Ten seconds later I heard them all asking him, "Is that her??" and, "Is that the one you were talking about?" or whatever... Ehhhh. Does he tell everyone that he likes me or something?

When I told him that I didn't like him [and this was all through AIM], immediately after he said, "Oh, okay," I got an IM from his friend, Bobby. He said, "Why didn't you say yes?" and I told him because I don't like him. And then Bobby said, "But you two make a perfect couple!". Erm, excuse me if I'm wrong about the following, but... I knew Bobby for 1 week and we didn't even say anything to each other. And I don't think he can make that assumption that I make the perfect girlfriend for his friend if he doesn't even know me. And, you know, this might just be me, but... To make a perfect couple, don't both people in the relationship have to like each other?

Gahhhhh stuff like this is just so.. eh. I mean, the fact that it took like 2 seconds after I told Nachan for his friend to IM me... and that it seems like everyone new about the love letter, even people who don't know me..... and Kent helping Nachan try to take pictures of me.... x_x I think I need to find a new seat on the bus.

I still can't believe all of this drama is coming from CAMS, the so-called "Nerd School". I thought, "This isn't supposed to happen at a place like this!" but I guess it doesn't matter. I feel sorry for the people in shoujo mangas. In almost all cases, their life must suck. Since in mangas it's like 486,123,579 times worse. [And by the way, I've discovered that I like pressing random numbers in order ot exaggerate]

To ShadowDarkness54: Obon = Japanese Carnival.

So there's only 3 days left. I'm so happy about going~! I haven't seen Sano-chan for like a year and a half.

Oh, and I made a mistake yesterday when I was talking to Brian. We were talking about cosplay and stuff and we have this inside joke about "hot suicidal nihonjin" and stuff so I said "my friend was almost a hot suicidal nihonjin, but that would be really hard to cosplay, and... he's like already dead" but I shouldn't have brought it up. XD;; Hah, I'm going to win the bet. ._.;; I don't think I'm meant to have a boyfriend. Maybe I'll stay single forever. *nod*

Well anyway, I have a new layout up on Slice of Black Chocolate. I spent a lot of time on it, so I'm happy with the way it turned out. Sirius Black looks pretty~~~. xD Except it only works in 1024x768 resolution browsers. Sorry to all of you who use 800x600. xD; I also have an About Me page now. 1. I'm leaving to SF in 4 days. :D
---Which means I won't have to deal with IMs from Josh or phone calls from Brad.
---And that I can take a break from my summer homework.
---And that I can finally meet Neko-chan, and all of Sano's friends.

2. I went to the obon today.
---Lots of food.
---Taiko Drums.
---Japanese dance.
---More food.

3. Cosplay plans.
---I'm not L anymore because my hair is too long.
---I'm going to trade with Neko and be Raito instead.
---I don't know if the Goth Loli thing will work out. Lack of time and such.

Hahaha... I can't speak/write Japanese for my life. XD I wish my parents had sent me to Japanese school when I was a little kid. Sure, I would have hated it, but who cares? *sigh* I want to know what my grandma says about me, and what my mom says on the phone [Although I can kind of understand now]. And I want to be able to talk to the people at Asahiya and not be like a mute when I buy the Gothic Lolita Mooks there. xD; Actually, I haven't bought any of them yet. But I want to. I'm kind of afraid of what my mom might do to me if I do. ^^; She doesn't even like the fact that I wear black all the time, so I can imagine she'd not like me to wear black, gothic clothing.

Right, so anyway...

ELLEGARDEN is becoming a new obsession. Fast. The I'll [CKBC] songs are my favorite. I think I like Kaze no Hi better than Migite, but I like them both. It's too bad there aren't more English fansites. ^^; But whatever. I'll get my information from Katherine, she knows more about JRock than anyone else I know.

Yesterday, I was listening to Shadows Temple, by Moi dix Mois. I'm wondering if the voice I heard really *does* belong to Mana, or if Shadow X is some other random guy. I remember this song from when I put it on my old xanga. Yuki told me the song scared him. And now what did he do? Went out to Japan and bought the album. o_O;

There are certain songs that make me think of events that happened around the time I was listening to them.

bravery by L'arc~en~ciel makes me think of when one of my friends almost jumped off a building... It was right about the time of IDP [the biggest project of the year... besides the rocket racers] and I sat there in the college library when no one showed up for our meeting worrying about him... It was really embarrassing sitting there with all the college students so I went outside but I started crying. x.x; So I stayed out there because I didn't want to go into the college library with all the college people there, especially if my eyes were all watery and whatever. And it started to rain. So I sat underneath the stairs. XD; It was.. awkward to sit there. I had to kind of crouch and sit at the same time. But it was ok I guess. Better than inside with all the college students. I felt so out of place. ^^; They were all studying and doing papers and whatever. And I was just sitting there wondering if my friend would be alive the next day, and if our powerpoint would ever get finished, and what happened to the other group members.

Melancholic by Plastic Tree makes me think of right after I bought my first issue of Zappy. It was actually a couple days later, and my friend told me she wanted a sketch of one of her character ideas. I wasn't sure what I should draw for her based on his personality, so I decided to use my magazine as inspiration. I flipped through the pages, saw "Plastic Tree" in big letters at the top of a page, and looked at the band to see what they were like. Ahh, that was the first time I saw Ryuu-chan. X3 I modeled her character after Tadashi, though. ^^; And then I went online to songjapan to check out the song they were talking about. Which, of course, was Melancholic.

Sanbika by Plastic Tree makes me think of the last week of school. Ahh, good times. lol. XD; The last day of computer applications, we were allowed to do whatever we wanted. It was like a big party. Our teacher brought us Gatorade and Cookies. While everyone was chatting or whatever, I downloaded the Sanbika PV since it was too big for me to download on my own computer. As I watched it, I realized... "omg... Ryuu-chan got... hot. o_O" XD There was something about him, I don't know what. He just seemed hotter.

Shallow Sleep by Hyde makes me think of... The Ring. Haha. The manga version anyway. When the guy is thinking that everything is solved now and everything's ok, Sadako comes out of the TV and kills him. All the while, he's thinking stuff like, "But we solved the mystery!" It was sad. And this song makes me think of while I was reading it. ^^; Haha, maybe it's because in the PV he's got that blanket thing over his head (in Moon Child as well xD) And it makes Hyde look like that character who got killed. The character who got killed has like a big cloth over his head as he appears to his ex-wife and points to the video tape so that she can save her son from dying. So maybe I made some sort of connection. Hyde = The guy with the blanket on his head. XD

Love Letter by Moon Hee Jun.... makes me want a boyfriend. It's such a cute song. I found the translation of it and it made it even cuter. And it makes me want Yuu to not reject me... haha. But I don't think that will ever work out, so I'll stop thinking about it before I get my hopes up. ^^;

Shooting to My Eyes! by RUN&GUN.. makes me think of.. watching popjapan.tv. ^^; Haha. And Revolution. The first time I saw it, I thought, "They look cool, but what does 'Shooting to My Eyes' mean?" ^^; I ended up developing a huge obsession. But I couldn't find any info or pictures, until I found Run&Gun Paradise by some girl in England. It was never updated enough though. I used to like Akira. And then I decided that I liked Ryuchi more. XD But yeah, I think it was because Akira dyed his hair back to black with this weird blonde streak and I didn't like that. RUN&GUN was my first idol group. Actually, they were kind of my only idol group. I've never heard that much by w-inds, or Lead, or FLAME. So yeah... ^^;

Hello by Hyde was one of the first JRock songs I ever listened to. I saw him on popjapan.tv. My mom didn't like him at all. But I thought he looked kind of cool. And thus, I began listening to Jrock...

Haha. That's all for now. Can't think of anything else to write, so I'm going to go finish my essay for school...

PART 1. {normal...}
I'll start out with the *normal* part of my blog. Today was ok I guess. Nothing really happened. I finished "The Picture of Dorian Gray," so I decided to start the essay portion of my reading assignment. I'm nearly done. Once I finish, I'll start reading my third book, then write that essay, and once I'm done, I'll read Farenheit 451.
