Fear the wrath of earbuds....
Well, I'm always amazed by the games that develop in my school. For example:
Student Curling
Get someone to sit on a chair. Then, push them forward, and shove them down the hall. Two other students rapidly sweep the floor in front of the rocketing chair. Extra points are awarded for the students being thrown forcibly from the chair.
Brush cricket
This is simply cricket, using brushes as bats.
And finally theres a game I play with one of my friends: iPod battles. My friend and I will be chatting, listening to music (one earbud in, one out) and we get onto the topic of bands (now, my friend listens to the Beatles, Queen, U2, and Disney songs. I listen to Green Day, Foo Fighters, Slipknot and Korn. He believes that Korn and Slipknot are evil) and then we start a iPod battle. We each cup one earbud in some form of amplifier (usually hands or paper) and crank the volume, trying to drown the other out. I usually win, because the Beatles (nothing against them, they're cool) could never beat Slipknot in a battle of volume. And I won't even get started on U2 (not bad either) or Disney (.....).
Anyway, I'm happy. Its almost the end of the week, which means DRAMA!!!! YAY!!! And the rehearsals for the play I'm in. I love the weekends! And I finally got a name for a place I was trying to name in my book. Only problem is...I still can't break the main writer's block...
