[\\:How does she know and JAPAN BASHING:\\]

[Playlist and Snippet]
Reaching out to catch the sun
To hold it in our hands
Longing for something strong to hide our weakness

Soon the light may disappear
Nothing is meant to last
Yet we believe our world
Searching for happiness
The blue bird flies away
- "Beyond the Bounds" - Maki Kimura - Zone Of The Enders: Second Runner OST

Well, nothing really interesting to report about work. Customers trickled in slowly, and left the same way. We weren't overrun either, so it was an easy night. I DID get "branded" by Princess and Brooke (tried to kill me she wrote so hard!)

Morgan has some info and everyone's pissed about it, so I'll have to backtrack my blogs to see if she read it from me (I didn't even know she held onto my screen name . .,) and let everyone know.

Speaking of screen names, I've made a new email addy and a new AIM name, of which I will give to those who chat with me.

I was reading some articles on MSNBC.COM, and I came across this one: (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/7846600/) "Toyota is showing such robust sales growth that some officials fear a replay of the 'Japan-bashing' trade friction of the 1980s, when Toyota and others were blamed for stealing U.S. jobs." How can we (as a nation) be so SMALL, as to blame Japan for stealing jobs because our manufacturers can't make a superior product in order to keep plants open. I think that, yes, its unfortunate that plants close because companies don't have the money to keep paying employees, but its just yet another reason for nations to frown on us because were blaming Japan like they're eeevil orientals for making a better car LOL. That's like saying, "I hate black men because they have big *******!!! It's an outrage, stealing all of the white women!!" LOL!!

[\\:Buffy?:\\]

[Playlist and Snippet]
Shut up and eat!
Too bad, no bon appetit!
Shut up and eat!
You know my love is sweet!

Yes, I’m cooking for my son and his wife
It’s his 30th birthday
Pour berries into my bowl
Add milk of two months ago
’it’s moldy mom, isn’t it? ’
I don’t give a flying f*ck though
- "Birthday Cake" - Cibo Matto - Jet Set Radio Future OST (its also on their own album)

[Weird Dreams]
This was the weirdest ever. I was w/ everyone from that Buffy the Vampire show, and Angel(I THINK it was Angel) was turning evil. We were in the middle of hiding from someone evil when he turned on us. He took a gun and shot EVERYONE (idk how he had enough bullets in one clip. . ,) including me in the back of my right calve. I remember him asking everyone to show him their wounds, and he saw some who didnt look acceptable so he shot them again. . .weird. I also remember seeing this arcade on some play Navy Ship. All of the controls and such were for play and theyre were arcade machines all over the place. Somehow the Angel thing and the arcade were connected because the sky had the same bleak, depressing look about it.

[The Oldest Sister. . ]
. .ok so I don't know her name. She's not working at the Bubble Tea thingy, so she was (maybe still is) at the store today!!! I went inside, and Truc was at the register, but she let her sister take over before I went to check out LOL. Of course, for one reason or another (???) she didn't say anything to me, but then, I didn't say anything to her either. I didn't know WHAT to say, so it was just silent .. . then Truc told her, "well speak to your customers!" but we still didn't say anything. . . . .I hope it wasn't because I was wearing my Mr. Bubble p-jammy pants LOL. I finally noticed the scar Truc told me about, and its still hard to see unless you know its there (like the red spot on the cashmere sweater on that Seinfeld episode LOL,) but it doesn't detract anything from her looks, she looks all the same to me. Now to come up w/ something to say. . . . hmmm . . .

[\\:Vive La Resis-TONCE and Minor Purchases:\\]

[Playlist and Snippet]
You're like a great interlude.
Every time I think about your body my body says "Oooh".
Every time I think about you heaven needs a prayer,
'Cuz you're married and ya even got a family too.
Pray that they don't hear you,
Now let me see ya dance on your tippy toe, ooh!

What a perfect life,
They think you've got right.
Problems kept inside,
Look neat and organized.
What ya need in life,
Is some wonder,
A new friend with visions like you!
- "Tippy Toe" - Utada Hikaru - Exodus - OMG, I just thought about what the songs about. . .that's the first song like it I've ever heard by Hikki!

[Ummm. . Huh??]
I have the weirdest dream that I was part of a resistance movement, and because of that, certain people wanted me dead. The weirdest part was when I'd hide in airshafts when patrols would pass by my friends rooms (because we lived in some sort of odd complex . .) looking for me.

[Spending money's FUN. . .]
. .yeah right! Got paid today, and now I am almost broke. I gave Bob some money for his birthday, so that's really good. I also bought 2 Microsoft Sidewinder gamepads for the PC so I can play 2 players on most of my games (especially emulated.) That brings my total count of unecessary gaming peripherals to 5: 2 Joysticks (one arcade and one precision,) 3 gamepads! I also traded Scott my ZIP drive I purchased from him for a JAZZ drive (both made my iOmega.) Scott doesn't have a need for the JAZZ drive, so I definitely got the better deal. The ZIP drive I bought from him stores 100MB on a specially made ZIP diskette. The JAZZ drive, on the other hand, can store 1 TO 2 GIGABYTES on its special JAZZ cartridge (diskette?) That's godly mobile storage space. I'm just waiting on the data adapter so I can start using it!

I made my daily visit to the store, bought my water I always drink, and spoke to Truc for a little while. She was mean online for some reason or another. . I assumed it was because she was tired (she left the store early and her brothers took over.)

Con hurt her fingers today, twice, and I have to come up w/ some way to make them better all the way from here! Any ideas??

[Sunday's Suck In The Buffet]
Sunday's suck in the buffet, at least this one did more than any other Sunday. I sweated and sweated all morning long as everyone and their mother's kept coming in, wanting to seat families of 15-20 down. 9 out of 10 times they were black people, so Joe was saying "BLACK B*STARDS, I WON'T GET SH*T!," because its a rarity that a table with black people tip (though I pride myself in being a good tipper)

[Big Bag, Little Package]
So, I buy some medicine for mom tonight. Truc, puts that little package of Excedrin™ IN A BIG OL BAG! She then has the audacity to tell me this:

[20:38] Chuckiemunkie: if you want me to laugh then you have to make that blog funnier like she puts two tablets in a 15" by 15" bag!
[20:38] Chuckiemunkie: lol
[20:38] Chuckiemunkie: lol
[20:38] Chuckiemunkie: lol
[20:39] Genocidic187: LOL UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
[20:39] Genocidic187: watch me
[20:39] Genocidic187: lol
[20:39] Chuckiemunkie: nooope
[20:39] Chuckiemunkie: i want pplz to think your weird...
[20:39] Chuckiemunkie: lol
[20:39] Chuckiemunkie: and you make me look good

Now if that isn't evil, I don't know what is!

Once again, im b*tching about this stupid job. I'm noticing that I never have time to do anything I really want anymore: No time to take care of myself (Except to shave before I goto work,) no time to complete projects I start, no time to clean my desk, or finish organizing my files. Its 1 AM, I just got in, and I have to be to work for 10:30, because I work on the stupidest schedule imaginable. I work nights every single night, and on the LATEST NIGHT, Saturday, I have to come in the morning the next day.

Well, work was boring as usual. Nothing out of the oridinary happened, and I made 12 bucks in tips (i counted 11 but i rememebred that I spent some):

Anjanette **whispers**: Hey Winn, Ladaisha told me that she bought a see-through thong (she whispered because Ladaisha was sitting in front of us, Derrick, Anjanette and myself, about freaky things.)
Me: O. . . .M. . . .G. . .
Derrick: She musta went in the big-womens section for that sh*t . ..

I had this freaky dream that I was in a movie made by Trey Parker and Matt Stone (the Team America/South Park people) Of course I saved the day (from my perspective it was REAL LIFE, but somehow it was a given that it was really a movie)

The ending song in the movie was called "Sucks To Be You" LOL

   [\\:Plusizzzz -n- Minusizzzzz:\\]

[Playlist and Snippet]

You said you wanted to see PARIS
So I took you to the movie
"Bon Amie" or something french like that
And then you said you were embarrassed
Because I never bought you jewelry
Television shopping fixed all that

Funny thing
'Cause I haven't seen you lately
When I called your house
It wasn't you who told me

I heard it all
from your dad
I used up all my money on you BABY
and I want it back
- "Want It All Back" - Yoko Kanno - Cowboy Bebop OST 2

[Dolla Dolla Bills Yall. . . in Canada!]

Con says: fifteen percent increase?! that's crazy!!
Winn says: nah that's nothing lol
Con says: haha! it is when you're talking about the Canadian dollar!
Con says: bleh
Winn says: lol oh crap i forgot!

[My Positives]
Well there are no more worries about mom's promotion. She's got alot of people in the right place behind her, and it helps that the loss prevention department's been after her current boss for a long time. This stacks unbelievable odds in her favor.

I've been working out paying all of my debt off so I don't have a bad credit record. So far I'm just about successsful . . . .

[My Negatives]
Unfortunately, my next upgrade (adding 200GB's of GODLY space to my computer's 40GB+80GB) will have to wait, because after doing some calculations (and alot of crying LOL jk,) I still owe about 600.00 to two companies. Of course the large chunk of that pie goes to .. . . that's right. . . A CREDIT CARD COMPANY! If I weren't living in America, I'd scream 'capitalist pigs!' but since I am American, I will just say, 'ingenious b*stards!' I've calculated that if I don't make any sidetrack purchases, I can knock out the total debt in under three pay periods. . .

I need to start taking pride in my appearance again like I used to do.

I had a very disappointing conversation with Casey, to the point that I just didn't talk to her after that. Since when do I find conversations about touching your friends significant other's
"winkerdoodle (as she called it)" and other nasty talk with them interesting? Who the hell is she, Darren (then HE even knows not to talk like that to/around me.) She sure didn't sound like herself tonight, more like she was out of her godd*mn mind, but then this coming from teh person who recently told me that I'm 'too traditional' to be with someone. . . . maybe its time to cut her off. . .

[Cancels Out?]
Bobby went over to Backstop and told (John?) my comment about how one of the girls there is really pretty, and that I wondered how old she was. I found out because when I went there, the youngest daughter kept smiling at me, and finally, said to me, "I heard something about you . . . .you LIKE someone!" LOL, that godd*mn Bobby. . .I went into the store and they kept giggling for some reason . . .hmmmm. . . . I wonder if that has to do with . . ..

[Files Abundant]
On my archive hard disk (80GB of goodies, and junk, labeled KUNTA cause its the slave hard drive) I keep a junk folder, where I stash programs/videos/music/images that I need to sort out later, to determind of they're worth putting in the archive folders, or going into the trash can LOL. Apparently, I've accumulated over 26,000 files (am I lazy or what??,) and I've decided to start sorting them out today.

OpenOffice Logo

I'm always looking for that free alternative to software we otherwise have to pay for, and I've found yet another one. I've downloaded/installed OpenOffice 2.0 beta. It's a great ABSOLUTELY FREE office suite. Why pay $2-300.00 for MSOffice or Wordperfect Office when you can get one that's almost better AND free??? It has support for most of the major document filetypes and everything; its pretty awesome software. I downloaded the software so I can complete the "what if they battle project."

[\\:Good, no wait, PROGRESSIVE News, and other things. . .:\\]

[Playlist and Snippet]
You know how to get eternal life
in the center of the lightning-speed waltz.
Feel your soul cut by a rusty knife
as you head for the self-destructive edge.

Our satori are just floating in the core, [1]
where we can spiritually go through the door.
We'll know how to get eternal life
while we catch the pulse from unknown satellites

If we get the transient facts,
then we feel the info high.
If we get the transient facts,
then we are really free
to fly high
in space.
- "Information High" - Yoko Kanno - Macross Plus OST

[Yahoo Supercam]

Dustin: how do i get super webcam
genocidic187: i think you have to have a specific speed connection
Dustin: really
Dustin: wow
genocidic187: or you have to be screwing the yahoo network admin
Dustin: im shocked

[Progressive News]
Microsoft has confirmed talks that Internet Explorer 7 is in development, under the codename "Rincon." It's said to be built around improving internet security, but I've also read that it will be tabbed (like MOZILLA YAY!) AND will be Longhorn independent, so they can/will release a beta in the summer.

In other more disappointing news, Mom was written up at work for something she didn't do, and she's sure that her boss did it to her to screw up her chances of getting promoted, so she's relying on me to help her get a job.

[No Work, Desktop Mod Again]
Well, it wasn't busy tonight in the buffet, so I asked to take the evening off. I've been here, bored as hell (but anything's better than working that buffet,) so I've decided to make another change to my desktop enviornment! Here are the images of the past 3 changes:
Image hosted by Photobucket.com
This is my super-fancy theme, loaded with widgets and other desktop modifications. Unfortunately, its all VERY resource intensive and due to a motherboard changeout, I lost the 768MB of ram I had to handle all of this (now I just have 512MB,) so this had to go. It also made things very complicated. The visual style is the critically acclaimed (so awesome, beautiful, sleek, ok enough praise) Royal Inspirat theme. Note: Don't let this desktop fool you, its Windows XP Pro, not a Mac OS!!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
This is my Armored Core theme. Totally black and a little grey. The Winamp theme is in fact a black MAC skin (you can see the blue apple if you look close enough.)

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
This is how my desktop looks now; sleek, modern, not too fancy to save system resources. Taken after the upcoming Microsoft™ Longhorn™ Operating System. You can't really tell the difference between the two unless you use them! Unfortunately you can't really see the mouse cursor (the blue rectangle at the top of my buddy list window,) because over the web page its in 'text highlighting' mode. Its a 3-dimensional Starcraft mouse cursor, modeled after the one when youre playing the game. Also, if you look closely, you'll notice that I'm taking advantage of Windows XP's built in alpha blending features; my Trillian buddy list, chat window, and Windows taskbar are all transparent!

All of the tools, widgets, bars, and other desktop modification themes, mouse cursors, icons, etc are FREE and are not too difficult to apply to your own computer. For a better description on how to do it yourself (takes a LITTLE experience,) send me an instant message (Spaceboy2501) or an email (Genocidic187@gmail.com) and I will gladly try and explain it to you!
