---[Darrens Back and Mom's Car]---

So Darren's back from Iraq today and I hung out w/ him all night long. I was really pissed because it was like one big ol excuse for his mom to get high w/ a friend. She so said wanted Darren to meet this girl. It turns out that we ended up going to some guys house where they all got high (minus me and darren of course.) I had remembered that I had to come home and wake everyone up and bring Mikel to school so we both went to sleep at about 2:30-3 to wake up for 4-4:30 so I could be home for 5:30 to wake everyone up. I swear, those ppl stayed up all night long, no sleep. I slept on and off in that hour and a half-two hours and I never saw them sleep not once. . . .though it was a damn shame, it was also an interesting observation. I was just worried about Darren just coming home and getting in trouble because of his own damn mother and some other woman (rock jokes ensued.) I was really dissappointed that we didn't hang out like I'd originally intended to. . .

More good news, I also picked up mom's car, a black (I can't remember the year) Volkswagen Jetta. It's a pretty nice car, but it's easy to tell that its used if you look carefully at the fact that the antenna doesn't extend, or that a button is missing on the radio (lol,) but overall its an awesome car. Since its not paid in full, theres this really neat feature where you put in a code every month into this little device in order for the car to start. When she pays the car completely off, they'll take the device off, but I think it'd be great if they just left it on and programmed it w/ a permanant code, cause it's really cool to put in a code.
