   SA-KUR-A-CON!
I made it. So many lessons learned from my first anime con. Number 1 rule of all time if you really want to have a blast then go dressed up. Glomping can be fun and its too cool to see all your favorite characters. I was one of like 7 people not in costume.

Another lesson that I learned is that you will spend money. I blew $250 on stuff just because it was so cool. I bought 4 figurines and 2 books and my prized purchase was a how to draw character book. I have already started working on incorporating its style and learning from it. I think I am about to start a manga style soon just because thats what this book is teaching me.

Sakura Con was a blast all in all through and through. I went on two of the three days also so I think I got a great feeling for it. Next year I am totally entering in some contests. I have some new work already drawn too from this weekend I just need to get it into the computer and decide what I want to do with it. OH what a blast. Ok I start spring quarter tomorrow so I need to get some sleep. Special thanks to everyone who gave me such great advice for my first con, they will only get better from here.
