   Love vs. Lust...wtfhuh?
Yeah. So. Last night/early this morning, I had a crazy 4hr. long conversation with Cogs on the phone.

Ho'muh gawd damn. We...wow...it's...wow...

It's funny how two of my closests friends are Pisces (my sister/Chelsea), one is a total break-the-rules-of-all-astrological-normality (Lolly's an Aquarius, and water and air are supposed to be like, bitter enemies, yet I totally get along with her and trust her beyond belief)....and now Cogs is...well...I told him I trusted him. I'm not sure I do, but I did let him in to my life a bit. Oh. And he's a Pisces, OMFGWTF. D=

FISHIES! I must love you all! xDDDDDDDD

Yeah, but one big thing we got into is the subject of who we love, why we love them, etc. 'Cause both of us suffer from unrequited love, and yeah, whatever. But as we talked, he kept insisting that I'm in "lust" with THE GUY, not "love".

And I say that's BULLSHIT. Why? Well, here's Megumi's version of "Love vs. Lust":

Lust: you want them for something. You understand why you like them. You think they are perfect and have no faults. Yet! You would give up nothing for them. They envoke limited emotions in you. You hate seeing unfavorable emotions in them. You don't care what they think, as long as it's about you, and you're in their good favor. You get bored easily with them. You refuse to see past your fantasies of them. They're perfect for you, yet you aren't willing to change or be perfect for them.

Love: You don't know why you like them. They're a mystery to you, yet you always want to know more. They have many faults in your eyes, yet you still care about them. You would sacrifice part of your self or your world for them. You care about their emotions, because you feel so many different ones for them. You would do almost anything to see them happy, even if it was something that hurt you. You feel the need to protect them from anything and everyone. They never bore you; they're always a new, fresh breath of air in your life. It's unconditional; you would give yourself to them, and for them. Because, even if they're not perfect, or you aren't, you don't care.

Try and guess which category has more of my emotions towards the guy. Uh huh. <3

But Cogs insists that I only lust after him, especially after I told him that I didn't care whatever happened to us, that I'd always want to experience THE GUY because, "It's better to have had something, then never to have had anything at all."

*sigh* What do you guys think? Is it lust? Or do you, like I, really think I know what love is, and I'm feeling it for him? 'Cause, really...*laugh* You hear me talk about him enough.

Love,
-Megumi
