I may not know how to add my pictures, but I know how to put up my story! I'm so happy :D here is the first chapter
Wind and Strings
Ch.1
Behind the door
I stood in front of a door that was there, but shouldn’t been. I had been to my Grandfather’s house numerous times before, and this door had been there only once. That time must have been a dream though, my childhood imagination at work. Or could it have been really true?
I had been so excited exploring my grandparent’s house had always been my favorite thing to do. It was always changing and had feel of magic to it. That magic seemed to go away when grand mum died though. It was replaced by a sense of wild untold that made scared to be there and look behind your back to try and see it. Looking at the door though that magic seemed to come back and it was soothing to my aching heart. I hope to open the door and see grand mum and have everything go back to normal, everyone happy again, especially grandfather.
Opening the door, I heard shouts of rage as my grandfather yelled and attacked a man, which was stick thin, wearing a blue and white blocked suite; he was tied up by four strings at his and calves like puppet. He wasn’t responding to any of my grandfather’s blows, accept from the blood that flowed freely from his nose. I was afraid the man was dead and started to cry. The next thing I new I was in my grandfather’s arms and he was caring me out of the room, but before he shut the door I saw a red glowing from behind dark green hair staring at me.
That’s the last I saw of any of them, the man, the door, my grandfather, and even the house for eight years. My mom and dad and I moved to Florida, where I go to privet school, my dad is mangier of a big business, and mom is working on her first novel, “Seeds to Flowers”. Grandfather stayed Maine in his house, we didn’t hear from him much. We found out he had died about two weeks ago because of a heart attack. We’ve already have had the funeral and everything. Grandfather didn’t leave a will so everything will go to his only son, my dad. My mom thought would be a good idea to move into the house for the summer. So that’s why I’m here in the first, in front a door that shouldn’t be there.
