i know no-one will read this but i'd like to give it a try

SO LONG

so long you say
so long we say back
so long to what?
do not ask
to say so long is like saying good bye
but to us it's all a lie.
to us saying so long is like saying "I will not see you for a long time"
we are fine with that.
but if that was all it ment,
why not say good bye ending it right then?
for we will NOT see you in a long time
we will never see you again.
i heard you and mom talking,
this is the end.

you will never be here again

i wrote that about a year ago when my dad was leaving, and they both kept trying to cover it up...anyways! whad ya think?
