Alo! ^^
I'm posting now, because my guests (Lindsay and Cassie) are still sleeping.
Mom said we might get a new dog before shadow dies, because shadow is lonely. We are thinking about getting a Yorkie. Then I could name it Ein. ^^
wait.... Ein's a Welsh Corgie.... I want a Welsh Corgie.
Anyone who can guess where Ein's from gets a Hug! ^^
Well, I have yet to have the others vote on the name, but we haven't had any other suggestion, and I had to come up with it, while I had namer's block. "The Anime Alliance," seeing as we're going to have uniforms (required during open meetings only) that are based off of the school uniforms in The Gentleman's Alliance Cross by Arina Tanemura.
If you have any suggestions, you can put it in your comment, or PM, I don't care which.
We're looking into getting the River Center to let us meet there during bad weather. It's the size of a regular old Wal-Mart, not the superstores, but it’s run by a church, and they’re rather charitable, and we'd be meeting on Saturday afternoons.
We'll meet outside in good weather, because we can. I'm planning to get a MyO account for the club, and a fanfiction, fictionpress, youtube, and freewebs account too. Because, we're going to have contests. Contest categories: AMV, Cosplay Skit, Cosplay, fanfiction, original story, poetry, fan art, original art, fan comic, original comic, karaoke (not going to be put online), and if I think of anything else, that too. XD Our system will be that judges are randomly chosen, and will not be allowed to participate in the contest. Winner will have their winning "item" placed on the appropriate site (i.e. a winning fanfiction goes on fanfiction.net)
We'll have dues, which will be fairly cheap compared to other organizations, at about $15 a year.
I might start an internet branch here, but I’d have to design a banner first.
The club is for anime fans in general, and we'll have a major cosplay production each year, kind of like a play, but shorter.
I need Kira to come home long enough to design a flyer for us to hand out.
