Village of the Hidden Art
This isn’t just a club, but a “village”. Quite made-up, but a village as in those in Kishimoto’s Naruto. Its like a club in that people may join, but a village in that every member will be ranked and will be “devoted” to their village.

When I say ranked, I mean as in an Art Shinobi. The following will help me determine your rank…
1. Since it is an Art Village, your art will be evaluated. (Your actual fan-art, wallpapers, greetings, your layout, any banners, fan-fics, poetry, etc…) If you feel that your rank may be higher if I saw your art, (non-anime art that may not be loaded on Otaku…) please email it to me, KatieBiese07@aol.com, or pm me a link or html of the picture.

!!!!!!!!!! *note* Please don’t think you cannot be a member if you don’t have actual art, like I said, your layout counts... as does anything else you can think of. !!!!!!!!!!!

2. You must be a Naruto fan. and if your not, ill still accept you if you blow me away.. ^_^

3. You can higher your rank by being a devoted resident to the village… What I mean here is, making banners, gifs, avatars, etc for the “club”, or simply advertising, or getting new members.

After you have been given a rank, I will send you your own personalized banner that states your user-name and your rank.

Why should you join this club? We’ll be having contests and other exciting things. And for example, if you win a contest or post great art/wallpapers/layout/anything, your rank may be moved to a higher level.

The ranks available are Academy Student, Genin, Chuunin, Jounin, Special Jounin, Missing-Nin (hopefully we don’t have any of these), Sennin, and I am the Kage.

I will personally make banners and whatnot, just haven’t gotten around to it.
