End of the year brings more work & more anime
Well, I've now entered the final stretch. I have about nine days left of actual school, including two exam days. As of the afternoon of May 6th, I'll be on Summer mode. But right now, it seems so far away, and I have a ton of work that needs to be done before hand.
Also, if anyone hasn't noticed yet, there has been a recent string of new anime being released and broadcasted on TV. Last night was my first viewing of two new series: Gundum Seed and Wolf's Rain. I know Gundum Seed debuted last week, but I chose not to see it then because after Transformers Armada, I swore that I'd never watch another giant robot anime again. But after hearing so much praise for Gundum Seed, I desided to give it a try and I wasn't disapointed. Wolf's Rain I aproched like I do any new anime, I watch the first episode and decide from there whether its worth my time. I was greatly impressed by the originality of the plot and the fluid animation style that any artist has to admire. Also, the fact that Yoko Kanno does some of the music for it, doesn't hurt either.
