   Piece made, piece undone

I know that I have been promising to put up the piece I did on the computer, but I have changed my mind for now. I don't think that it is what I want it to be. So maybe at a later date I will put it in a post, but I don't think I will submit it. I have decided that I will start to hand draw on good ol' regular art paper with a plain ol' drawing pencil the next piece of art for you guys. Part of the reason I have changed my mind about the other piece is I feel cheated doing it with the computer alone. The quality is nowhere near what I want to produce for you guys. It is not what I see in my head. I have a much easier time with pencil and paper making things look like I see in my head. I guess that is cause I have always done it that way. I am really sorry if you were looking forward to the computer done piece. But think of it this way, I put alot more devotion into the pieces that I do by hand on paper, thus I am giving you my shadowy heart when I give you that kind of work. I am not sure when I will get it done though. I have a bachelor party this weekend and a wedding to be in next weekend. My wife and I are helping with all of the planning and cost so I am really busy when I get home. I will do the best that I can and hopefully make up for any of those that I have disappointed.    IGPX

Have any of you watched any of Immortal Gran Prix?? I guess it is on the Cartoon Network. I don't know cause the only tv I have is a public broadcast network. I was able to watch some of this show the other night, on an XBOX magazine disc of all things. I thought that the show was interesting. I like the animation itself, despite the low detail to the characters(only saying that cause I have been watching Gundam Wing, and there is a lot of detail in the art.)Of couse the mechs in the show have lots of detail(I think they are mostly cg generated). The plot and subplot are pretty much out in the open, but the creators may have some twists to come out of the show. For example one of the pilots is on the bench all the time and he is good statistically, he is mad at the manager for not letting him race. This to me says he is going to have a big fallout, sometime in the show, and or change teams. I have not mentioned the preface of the show. *silly me* So it is a racing show and they race on these huge tracks in mechs. There are two teams at one time on the track, with three members of each team going for the win(of course). They not only race but fight while moving at speeds over 400 mph. The star of the show and main pilot is not exactly skilled, but he has lots of natural talent, which is why he is point for his team. This causes problems(as plots always would have a wildcard be this way). The teams can win based on points as a whole, however individuals within a team can gain points as well. Well, being as I have only seen, what I assume was, the pilot episode I can not give any other details. If any of you have seen this show, let me know what you think about it.    All Hallow's Eve

   My next piece....

... is getting really close to done. I hope that you guys like it. Keep in mind I have absolutely no experience at this and my computer is very old. I have major limits to the technology I can put on it. I hopefully will have it up in a couple of days. Remember I love criticizm, so when I put it up I want honest descriptive feedback. Don't just say "I do/n't like it." Also I am about half way through re-watching the entire Gundam Wing series. I had forgotten how much I love mecca-anime too. Ahhhhh... shiny metal.......

   Is it just.....

.....me, or are there times recently when the server goes down big time????? Anyway, I had an interesting weekend. I went to that house in the country, very relaxing, and then I went to a party where I only knew a handful of people. The beer was lame. (By the way I am a total beer snob. If it is not dark or stout I rarely drink it, and to be more specific if it is a major brand I don't even like seeing it at drinking establishments. I drink microbrews and that is about it. The Trader and Rogue all the way.) I had a some fun though cause the people I did know, I am really good friends with. Oh speaking of friends, my wife and I are going to be moving in the next couple of months. Sounds normal right, well it is not. We are going to look for a three or four bedroom place and move in with my best friend and his wife. My wife and I want a bigger place and they want to move to our town, but we all want to save money, so we are going to find a big place and share it until we all get through school. I am soooooo excited. Well I will see you all later.

   Weekend............

Have a good weekend everyone. I will be taking a nice little trip to my friends parents house. Her, her husband and my wife and I will be staying out there until her parents get back. It is a huge house out in the middle of nowhere. I love it out there cause it is so peaceful. And at night we usually have a fire, and hot chocolate with butterscotch schnapps in it. Talk about a night cap. That sweet little drink will put you to bed before you finish the cup sometimes. Well have fun everyone.

   Samurai Champloo Vol. 5

I must say things are taking some unpleasant turns for our travelling trio. At the end of volume four they had taken off from each other. During the course of volume 5 they get back together. Jin's past becomes another surface topic. Fuu finally reveals more about the "Samurai who smells of Sunflowers" and why she wants to find him so much. (Geez it only took fricken 19 episodes, selfish little 16 year old.) Fuu starts to realize that she has grown close in her own fashion to having Jin and Mugen around and begins to wonder if she really wants to reach her ultimate destination for fear that she may never see them after that. If any of you remember I mentioned in a past post that they were going to meet a much stronger foe than ever before, well you still will not know who it is but the first hint is dropped about this individual in the course of volume five. Also a new travelling companion throws a new set of bolts into the mix for your mind to wrench on. She questions Fuu on her life with these two would-be heros and asks her to make a very hard choice, which Fuu becomes very emotional over. Over course good ol Mugen is trying like hell to get into the newcomers clothes as he always does when a hottie appears on the scene. The end of the last episode is a real hanger. Jin is in a fight with one who knows something of his past, and it makes me wonder if this is the fight that near mortally wounds him. This was another of the things that I mentioned in a past post. Well I hope that I did not reveal to much info for those who are not as far into the series as I am. But I do hope it was enough to tantalize you to buy it and watch it too.

   FL part 2

Dilemma is right. At first I was using it to keep track of people I had visited, but then I started having a hard time keeping track of who to visit. Well it is all good cause I have the people that should be on it, there. Thanks to those who stopped and commented. Oh, and Chibi Duo, you have come by plenty, so don't fret it I like your visits, and anyway you had me on you FL so I did not boot you from the list. Oh and for anybody new that sees this and signs my GB, please make the last two characters of your GB sigjnig "FL" if you add me to yours and I will add you to mine and make future visits to your page. Thank you to everybody in the community. You rock.

   With a few exceptions.......

.... I have down sized my FL. I have decided that to make a better effort to reach sites of people in my FL that if I am not listed in their FL, they are not going to be in mine. If someone new visits I will visit them once, unless I am added to their FL. This is not to be mean to anyone, it is just that I realized I was having a hard time keeping track of who to visit often. I will give people sometime to respond to me when I visit their site, if I made the first contact. If they do not add me to the FL I will remove them from mine. I totally appreciate those who have added me and those who visit me regularly. I will continue to visit with you all. I have visited everyone of you on my FL today, and I spent this morning checking everyones site to see if I was on their FL and, except for those who I just recently visited, removed anyone who did not have in. Well anyway have to get to work now. Have a great day everyone, and I will see you soon.
