   Life is wonderful...?
YAY NO MORE EXAMS!! (Except for the crazy people who decided on doing Physics ;D ) Me and physics just don't go together.

ANYWHO, yes, my exams are over until the summer. Of course I did have my actual GCSE Biology exam within that (as I keep saying hundreds of times. Don't worry, I'll shut up about that eventually.) And after taking that test I am 99.9% sure I'm gonna have to retake it =3= Yeah, if you haven't already guessed, I'm pretty sure I fucked it up. If I manage to scrape a C grade then I won't bother. It would be a pass, and I'm fine with that :D As for the rest of my exams, well... I guess they /were/ only mocks ^-^;; But I already got one of the results for my english paper 1, and guess what? I GOT AN A-!! HOLY EFFING SHIT! I haven't had an A in english for AGES! So I was really pleased with myself. Of course my teacher said that he didn't expect anyone to do well in the literature papers. Thanks for the optimism *sarcasm* And in my German exams I think I got a B overall. The german reading paper was SO difficult. But somehow I got an A, my highest scoring mark out of the examinations I did for the subject. That was another pleasant surprise. I normally do well in French and German anyway - languages are my strongest subjects.

HOWEVER, my ICT mark just ruined my day. XD I got an...E. Oh well. It was just a mock. And in my defence our stupid teacher hadn't told us to revise some of the things on the goddamn paper. (AND there was a powercut in my whole village the night before so I couldn't exactly revise in the dark.) Sheesh... my IT teacher is a waste of space, I swear. She's so two-faced and no one likes her anyway :P

But that's all the results I've had back so far. Frankly I don't want to know anymore results because I know they'll be bad. Hmm, I have to work hard for the real thing.

Now, time to talk about stuff other than school. My internet has been down for the past week and so that's why I haven't been on. For some reason I wasn't getting a signal from our broadband, but it seems to be fine now. I really wanted to kill myself *internet junkie* Especially since I've developed a new love for the anime Katekyo Hitman REBORN! SO good! Go check it out now if you haven't heard of or seen it yet.

I also want to kill myself since I've lost the DVD of Howl's Moving Castle ;A; I haven't seen it for ages, and I really want to watch it tonight DX I've got popcorn and everything!!

And to finish off this waste of space, I'll end with something random. It was one of my friends' birthday on the 17th, so now he's 16. We were all teasing him about how he's now at the legal age here in the UK to have sex XD ROFL, I'll be the legal age as well in just over 6 months! 8D; Oh dear, we're all such perverts.

Have a good weekend everyone! ^.^

   mock exams...
Well the mock exams started today D: Only problem is, Biology is the real thing! >3> *spazzes* I'm screwed. I /can/ retake it in the summer, but I don't want to. After all, that will be one exam less to worry about then. I'll have so much more shit to do extra work won't help X_X;; But whatever. I need to shut up about that exam. I had my first english and maths paper today. I still have 3 more papers for english and the calculator paper for maths (today was non-calculator.) I think it went okay. English was a little harder that I expected. The last question was stupid - we had to write about someone we admire. All I can say to that is WTF!?! Is this an english exam or one of those 'Real Life Stories' you read about in magazines. Seriously o_o The exam boards think up some pretty weird shit sometimes. But anyway, I just made up a load of crap about a non-existent person. I didn't even bother with a name, I didn't have time.
Tomorrow my exams are religious studies, my second english paper and... geography. *shudders* And that one's only the FIRST! I have another geo paper to sit next week as well! T_T Stupid mocks. And then yesterday in the mail, I discoverd my mom has entered me for an art scholarship for next year... SHIT! (This seems to be my favourite word today) I only have 3 weeks to prepare myself for the scholarship exam and for the majority of those weeks I'm doing mock exams! O_O;; I'm gonna kill my mom for this. She didn't even ask me if this was what I wanted to do - and it isn't. I was so pissed of last night. This is going to be a complete waste of time.
But I have to say, I was very much amused just before I sat my first exam today. When we were all waiting to go in, one of the boys came into the hall dressed in an Akatsuki outfit! XDD (Just the robe, but still.) I wanted to laugh so hard when I saw him, but because anime and manga isn't really that popular in my school, not many people understood the point of the coat (with the exception of the Chinese students who were incredibly amused) so everyone thought he looked like a total moron. And he did. But it was still funny. Sadly he wasn't allowed to wear it in the exam, but I still got a chuckle (^-^)

Anywho, I have to take a shower before it's too late. I just came on quick to write this, but I don't have time to sign guestbooks tonight or tomorrow. I'll try to get round to that during the weekend ;___; Sorry!

   =o
I'm back after a lovely holiday! Now back to studying. Ugh. Next year I would like a permanant vacation perlease! >:/ (Or rather this year XD) So yes, Happy belated New year everyone! And I hope you all had a great holiday as well. I was meant to be studying for Biology and Religious Studies over Christmas... but as we all know I am the laziest person on the planet who hardly did 5 minutes of revision. Which is not good. Because I have a week and a half of exams. Starting on wednesday. Some are the real thing.

Crap.

Ah well. I'm the kind of person who can normally get away with doing hardly anything for an exam and (usually) pass. Though that is not how I want to tackle things this year. I don't want to risk it. Especially not Biology, since that's the only science I'm taking for GCSE :/ I think I can get through all this. I need to think positive dammit! My summer holiday will start early this year because our GCSEs finish in the middle of June! (School finishes at the beginning of July here in the UK) And when we finish all our exams, there's no point going back to lessons.
I was also kinda hoping to go back to school without a cold... so much for that. I can barely talk because of my throat and I feel dizzy (but that's my own fault for not drinking enough.. 8D;; ) They've been saying that honey is really good for sore throats, so I'll have to ask my mom to pick some up for me. Still, I'm glad I've got a cold and not that norovirus stomach bug thing. *shivers* It's like a freakin' epidemic in the UK, and it's bringing up my stupid Emetophobia (fear of throwing up.) So I've started taking all these precautions, including not going outside (yes I'm that paranoid) I don't even want to go to school tomorrow >_>;; I'll just have to try and be a man and not worry about it. XDD;
Aside from the exams, I think this is going to be a good term. A lot of the coursework is finished now (except ICT *stabs*) and also in Feb my dad is coming to visit for a week which I'm excited about. :) I need to ask him to pick up a couple things for me in the States since it's so much cheaper over there O_O;; Why does England have to be so expensive...

I'd better wrap things up for now. Have a good week everyone ^.^

   Byeee!
Goodbye forever!!

Nah, not really. But tomorrow me and my mom leave for Scotland for three weeks... and we're driving... with my dog in the back of the car... this is going to be fun! :D Anyway, I don't know if I'll have the internet up there (I think I will) but I just wanted to let everyone know where I'll be for a few weeks.
And if I don't have an internet connection, have a good Christmas and New Year!! :3 *spreads love*

   o_o?
AAAHGEODEADLINEONTHURSDAYIAMSOSCREWED!!!!!

...

*ahem* Had to get that off my chest.
Normally I'd look forward to the last week of term, but this week is going to be so hectic for me. First, on Monday and Tuesday - I have an Art mock exam BOTH days which is going to be 10 hours long in total. On Tuesday I have my French oral mock exam as well. Then on Wednesday I have a GERMAN oral mock too! (Why did I take two languages!?) And last but not least, I have to hand in my crappy geo coursework on Thursday -.- *sigh* The only free day I have is Friday... oh joy. I'm SO glad I didn't take drama as a subject, otherwise I'd have a drama mock as well. That would have been way too much for me to handle.
Well, I better wrap this up for now. Gotta do as much as I can for geography, prepare for art, and start learning my german oral (unfortunately yesterday I just realised my french oral is on the school network not at home...) My luck keeps getting better :D

   I'm back!
Whee, just came back from my art trip to Paris yesterday! ^_^ It was so good, I really want to go back again. Not as a school trip though, just as a normal holiday with plenty of shopping. That city is just so beautiful, the buildings are really stunning. I tried to take as many pictures as I could, especially of the Eiffel Tower. I think the only thing I didn't like about the trip was going to all the museums... well, I guess it /was/ an art trip, but everyone was absolutely exhausted afterwards from walking around so much.
The hotel wasn't brilliant either. It was meant to be a 3 star hotel, but I'd barely give it 1. It was only for 2 nights though, so I wasn't that bothered about it.
Definately the best part of the trip was shopping at the Galeries Lafayette. It was so busy though because of the Christmas shopping >_> All I bought was some knee-high socks which I LOVE!! XDD I never knew where to get them in England, and just as we were leaving I spotted some leg warmers on sale - something else I've always looked for. But I didn't have enought time to buy them T_T Everything else was too expensive, so I didn't buy anything else.
It was a good trip though. My dad was really worried about me going because of the riots going on in the city suburbs XD There were Police walking around a lot of the time, and I saw a lot of police cars going around too. We also had to look out for pickpocketers around the Eiffel Tower. I've neve held onto my bag so tightly before :P
But now it's back to reality and I have Geo coursework to get done in under 2 weeks :) God, that's a scary thought.

   *pain*
Eurgh, I sprained my ankle during hockey today... and it hurrrrts! >_>;; A lot. I don't think I've ever really injured myself like this before. I'm usually quite careful. But it was my own fault, so I shouldn't complain. When I went to the nurse, she began putting the support bandage on and I started swearing under my breath from the pain XDD; I even needed to take some painkillers, but it's not as sore now. Hopefully it'll feel better by tomorrow!
And I finally finished a sketch yesterday THAT I ACTUALLY LIKED!! :D OMG! I know, I surprised myself too. This time I might actually try to Photoshop it as well! =o *gasp* Full of surprises today, aren't I? XD Oh dear... even when I'm in pain I try to see the lighter side of things X);
Well, don't work to hard this week guys. Just think, it's gonna be Christmas soon!! Isn't that a great thought? Ahh, the only thing I don't look forward to is snow -3- We don't get much anyway here, but it's still a pain in the arse from my point of view.

   *_*;;
Ugh, I can't believe I'm saying this, but... I can't wait to get back to school on monday. THEREISAIDIT!! *inhales* Why? My mom's sick with food poisoning so now I'm gonna have to take care of her >o<;; *groanssss* Sheesh, it had to be food poisoning. I'm really not good with people throwing up. (It's a phobia I guess.. sounds kinda stupid, I know, but that's how it is) I was panicking this morning when she told me what was wrong. So I've locked myself in my room all day, only coming downstairs to eat and to make my mom a cup of tea XDD; Yes I'm /that/ paranoid. Though I guess I spend most of my time in my room anyway.. hmmm... *ponders*
BUT, my mom was still feeling well enough to get on to me for slacking in my school work. And now she's threatening that if I don't pull my weight this weekend I'm not going on my art trip to Paris on thursday T^T PARIS!! I haven't been to Paris for aaages, and I can't remember what it's like so I'm gonna have to refresh my memory (and practice my french of course :P) EEP I'm really excited about it now!! I'll have to bring loads of Euros for spending >3< *spazzes*
And to end my completely pointless post, my english teach gave out a sheet to us yesterday which had a compilation of actual GCSE answers (for History and Religious Studies I think) which were complete and utter bullsh*t. Seriously. I really feel bad for the idiots who wrote those answers. None of them made any sense at all!! (Bloody hilarious though) Here's the answer that made me crack up the most:
"It was an age of great inventions and discoveries. Gutenberg invented removable type and the bible. Another important invention was the circulation of blood. Sir Walter Raleigh is a historical figure because he invented cigarettes and started smoking. And Sir Francis Drake circumcised the world with a 100-foot clipper."
ROFL, enjoy your weekend guys! <3

   >_>;;
Ugh, I'm so sick of school, I wish it would just disappear already :( Though I think after this term it will ease up a little since most of our coursework will be almost finished (except ICT... curse the day I chose that subject) But once again I did shit all for my Geo this weekend. I have seriously screwed it up now :/ Only 3-4 more weekends to finish it in and I have barely even started (and I had the rest of this term to do it too.) I really don't feel like I'm gonna pass my GCSEs right now. I need 5 grades at least C grade or above and right now I don't feel like I'm gonna do it ;A; I might just barely make it, but I've done such a half-assed job so far I'm really not thinking optimistic anymore. But if all else fails, I'll try and convince my mom to let me move to the States to live with my dad instead (which is what I've wanted for ages anyway) and let me finish off my education there to get a High School diploma. Argh, school is so stressful these days >_>;;
I might actually stay up all night to get my Geo done, which is something I've never done for any of my work, but I might have to start pulling all-nighters anyway at this rate XD;;
But when I've had time, I've been experimenting with different styles of drawings. I've been obsessed with big eyes recently, but I started toning them down today.
I've no idea when I'll upload more art. Probably never at the rate I'm going at. We'll just have to see.
Hope you all had a good weekend
xx

   D:
Whoever invented GCSE's ought to be shot >_> Seriously. This year is really starting to take it's toll on me now. The amount of coursework I have to do is unbelieveable. ICT, Geography, French, German, Art, pretty much every subject I have to do has coursework. My Maths coursework finishes on Tuesday and my final bit of WRITTEN English coursework is handed in tomorrow at last (then we have to do drama! Ugh.. I dropped Drama GCSE for a reason...) I'm not worried about my French and German stuff, I'm good with languages. The only hard part is staying under the maximum amount of words (150 max) which I discovered, is actually a lot harder than it sounds. HOWEVER, I'm not doing well in ICT and I've done bugger all for my Geography - it's all piling up and has to be handed in at the end of this term. Art would be easy but my art teacher had a little bike accident during mid-term, so now he's been in hospital since the second half to the term with an irregular heart beat (Get well soon! >o< )
All this work is the reason I haven't been on at all. This is really difficult for me, and the fact that I like to procrastinate doesn't help :> I still haven't got my hopes down though, I'm confident that if I get my act together now I can catch up with my Geography (to hell with ICT) And as for the rest of my subjects, I guess I just have to study harder. My first real Biology module is on the very first day we get back from the Christmas holidays, which I think is kinda unfair since it means I have to study during Christmas too, but it's kinda good as well because hopefully all the information will be fresh in my memory when I sit the exam.
And to any other people out there who are going to do their GCSEs NEXT year, my main bit of advice is: don't leave everything to the last minute. You will regret it. Take it from someone who knows *cough* 8D;
I've still been finding time to draw though. I found the prismas my mom brought back for me back in June at last. Prismas = love 8D Now all I need is copics (PFFT! Dream on me, huh?) They're like over 1000 British pounds for the whole set of them! XDD Maybe I'll go on a little shopping spree with my college funds... lol! jk, I wouldn't waste that kind of money on them.
Anyway, enjoy the weekend while it lasts everyone! I will try to be more active T^T
