hello eveyone! sorry it's been so long since i've been on (from the looks of the last post, it seems as if i've been gone for about 2 months...sorry!) my computer got spyware and some viruses so i couldn't use the internet, and it took 3 weeks to get the computer fixed cuz that all messed up the hard-drive and all that stuff but i'm back now! ^_^

ok, so i can't really remember what happened during the last 2 months. but most recently, i've started tennis, which i stink at btw. i can never really hit the ball in the right direction...oh well, hopefully i'll get better at it

in other news lint has started. yay! in case u don't know what that is, it's a catholic thing which u give up one thing u love for 40 days, or until easter. and i, sugar high nut, have given up the one thing that has given me my edge:
candy
so for the next 40 days i'm going to have to temporairly change my name. i'm not sure to what yet, but i'll think of one...or at least try to.

ok, so that's pretty much it. sorry if i can't get to ur site, but tennis practice lasts till five and my sister may be on the computer. but i will try to.

SHN's random fact of the day: ok this is sorta gothic, but kinda weird too. ring around the rosie is about the plauge, right? well, here's what it means line for line:
ring around the rosie: when one contracted the plauge, their limphoid(sp?) glands would swell up with puss. (ur limphoid glands are locate on ur neck, armpits, abdomen, thighs, and ankles). hey would call these burised swellings "rosies" and there would be a red ring around it (...disgusting)
a pocket full of posies:the infected ppl would put posies in their pockets to try to smell better
ashes, ashes:cremation
we all fall down:death

the holding hands part comes from their belief that when the grim reaper comes for u, he takes u by ur hand and leads u into hell.

yeah, i'll try to make the next one more happy ^_^;
