I think Ghibli Studios in general is amazing! They make you laugh, they make you cry, from serious realism (Grave of the Fireflies) to whimsical adventures (Totoro)all of their characters are unforgettable! The only one I haven't totally fallen in love with so far is My Neighbors the Yamadas. Anyone else agree? They made a live action film of Grave of the Fireflies, but I don't know of any others. Any help here?

Evangelion the live action movie
Yay! With the budget supposedly set on this movie for $100 million dollars I can't wait to see how it comes out! Definitely one of my fave series. I hope they cast it well. From what I hear it's not going to come out until 2010.
Storyline: "The movie will focus on the first few episodes of the series. From the production images it can be gathered that the movie is set to feature "Ramiel" the cube with the wonderful drilling device - an episode that showed us the beauty of japanese power and big guns - something ripe for special effects."
