*sighs* No comments on my last post. You guys must've been pretty busy, ne?
Luckily (or maybe not), the school year has ended. And the last two days (including yesterday) were so fun! Here is a picture one of my classmates took with her digital camera :] The last one on the left is my desk mate, Nico, and the next one is me XD The rest are my crazy classmates, all of us on the football gate, with the stundent's entrance in the background (yep, that's my high school).

Aside from that, I don't know if I should be proud or not (but I definitely am!), I am now a very proud administrator of the Kaleido Star group on Minitokyo! So if you're a KS fan and have an account on MT, hurry up and join XD

Some new wallpapers, you can see them to the right, if you're interested, and a new fan art :] I've been thinking about making a new AMV as well, about Kiddy Grade, with the song "Sleeping Awake" by P.O.D. Hopefully, it will be ready soon. Two new vectors on the way as well. The Corner of Art is almost fully updated, if you want to go take a look; you can find a lot of new resources, like textures and new scans :]

Hi everyone! I missed you all! *hugs everyone* I've been on a hiatus for this long because of school - last 2 weeks, when all the teachers realize we don't have enough grades!

Well, I can't say I've done a lot all this time, I finished a vector (here), finished watching Red Dragon and began watching The Chronicles of Narnia (I read 5 out of the 7 books XD) I'm bored of vectoring, and simply out of ideas for any wallpapers. I have made a new fan art though, which you can find here:

These few last days it has been raining here. I love it, seeing the rain out my window, with the setting sun is in the background *daydreams* Yes, I can see the sun set from my window :]

As some of you might know, I haven't been around too often. That's because I'm going on a hiatus. Why? To tell the truth, nothing interesting has happened lately, so I don't have what to talk about.
I will try to come and visit, and I'll continue to submit wallpapers. While I'm gone, I hope you all will be doing great.

Hey everyone! As you can see, I changed the layout, having gotten bored of the old one.
Sorry for not visiting, I've been busy with school and everything. One more month (approximately), and hello summer holiday! Until then, I have to get grades and stuff. Another year of school... They go by so fast... and I'm starting to sound like an old woman *laughs* Seems like only yesterday I entered high school.
Well, on Monday I'm going to see the ballet "Pygmalion", with the Music teacher and another class! I can't wait, I haven't been to a ballet show before (I've seen it on TV, but it's not the same). I hope it's good, although almost all dances are beautiful in my opinion!
Aside from that, I've been watching "Red Dragon" for 2 weeks O_o Who knew it would take so long to see a movie? I don't find enough time to finish watching it!
I've done another vector, of Sora Naegino from Kaleido Star, which you can find here. I've started the "Kaleido Star vector series"; so far I've done Layla and Sora, and now I'm working on Rosetta :)
Of course, the wallpaper contest was canceled, for the very simple reason of almost nobody joining.
Oh, and as soon as I finish the vectors for Kaleido Star, I think I'll accept vector requests, if anyone has any ^_^ I love to vector, now that I've learned how.
Wow, so few things have been happening... I'm getting boring... Meh, might as well go and end this post already XD Have a great weekend!

Pink Floyd - Another brick in the wall part 2

First, the usual rant about the English project ^_^" That's why I'm upset. I think I'm never going to present it. And what annoys me is that I worked really hard on it to make it look good, and in the end it was pointless *cries* It hurts to see the other classmates ask "when are you going to present your project?"; even I can't tell them when, even I don't know T_T Gosh, I hate my English teacher for this.

Aside from that and boring myself to death in class, I had time to make an attempt at vectoring ^_^ You can see it above. Please tell me what you think: should I vector more images? For the wallpaper version click on the picture on the right.

I changed the song XD This song is so addictive for me! It's a remix of the original Pink Floyd one, and I think it's nice, if not great :) And the movie (Pink Floyd: The Wall) is awesome! Don't know if I've ranted about it before O_o Go see it! It's worth the time! I might also change the layout these days, what do you think?

More on school: on Wednesday I went to see a play set up by the theatrical group of my high school, "Orpheus". It was a Russian play, "Uncle Vanea". It was so special, I had almost forgotten the Russian atmosphere! I advise you to watch a Russian movie if you have the opportunity.

Good news: I passed my ECDL exams! (European Computer Driving License) First with 89/100, and second with 94/100! Which is pretty good, in my opinion!

Well, I'm off to visit sites and complain to my loved ones about the English project XD I hope your week goes better than mine did! *hugs everyone* Take care!

Hans Zimmer - Davy Jones

Yep, long time no see! I'll get straight to the point. From Friday to Tuesday there was a small "holiday", since Tuesday was the 1st of May, a.k.a. Labour Day, so everyone had a day off and, frankly, no one would come to school/work on Monday, so that was a day off too ^-^ I went on a trip to the mountains, so that's why I wasn't able to be online, I have to make the prize for the contest now T_T I'm never organizing something like this again; no one wants to join it T-T Thank you, Icebox, for joining, though, your wallpaper is very lovely! You'll get your prize soon ^_^

Now I'm annoyed! *drastic mood change* Remember that project for English class? Well, after postponing it for more than a month, I think I won't be able to present it tomorrow either! Darn those activities taking place in the high school >_< I haven't presented it earlier because I need a computer + projector for the videos, and the respective classroom seems to be always taken! >_< I hate this!

First of all, we have classes with the head teacher on Thursday and Friday (when we work on the computer), in different laboratories each day. One of them has an internet connection, the other doesn't. Last Thursday we were in the internet-less one, and my deskmate was Nico this time. We took the opportunity of the teacher not looking and started to watch the videos we had made for the project. There were 2 idiots sitting in front of us, and they were always trying to see what we were doing! So when we wouldn't let them, they pulled the mouse cord! *strangles idiots in her fantasy* Unfortunately, all I could do was glare at them like even a cockroach was more important than them - luckily, I'm pretty good at that XD Heh, they didn't get to see what we were watching though >:] By the way, it was the footage we had made for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest XD

Depeche Mode - Never let me down again

School has started T_T The first week has been a little strange, since everyone was tired from holiday *laughs* So the first 2 classes everyday were spent on sleeping (in some cases on waking up!). The History teacher complained that we were too sleepy during his class (Tuesday, from 7:30 to 8:20 a.m.). We really looked like zombies, if someone entered the classroom they'd have thought they were in a graveyard!

Yesterday (Friday) we were supposed to have Computer Programming class, but the teacher didn't come, so we all went online for the whole hour XD And Nico, my dear deskmate who is obssessed with Blue (the pop ex-band), has a crush on Zac Efron (another celebrity guy >.>). She wanted to trick her cousin into believeing Zac was from our high school (Nico even said his name was Claudiu, since her cousin believed her!). So how would we make things more believable? That's right, by giving "Claudiu" a Yahoo! Messenger ID of his own! We were plotting the details, while another classmate (Flori) was behind us (luckily, she didn't hear what we were saying), and she asked for "Claudiu"'s ID! Nico gave it to her, and they started talking to one another when they got home! Flori didn't know she was talking to Nico, she thought she was talking to a guy! And she even started flirting with Nico at one point O_o"" I told Nico: "she's going to skin you alive when she finds out you tricked her!" but I have to admit it's fun! ^_^
I told Nico not to add to many lies in, but she did >.> Such as: Claudiu is the captain of the high school's basketball team, he also sings, he's cute (in Nico's opinion anyway XD), he's very rich and has good grades! Where on Earth do you find a guy like that?! A girl almost realized "Claudiu" was fake! Meh, figures. I don't even want to know when Flori finds out about this! It's my fault too, I helped Nico get the other ID ^^"" (gosh, being a computer geek is a dangerous job!)

Sadly, only two entries for the wallpaper contest *sighs* The deadline is tomorrow, so you'd better hurry up if you want to submit your entry! If there are no more entries, I won't cancel the contest, but there won't be any prizes by number, but by categories.
By the way, I made some new wallpapers, which you can see on the left *points* No higher resolutions for most of them, sorry, I felt like making 1024 x 768 only this time. And I've decided to accept requests on wallpapers. PM me if you want to request a wallpaper, and be as specific as you can ^_^ Colour schemes, style (ghosting or not) etc. etc.

I'm sure this is not all I have to say, but if it is, I forgot about it XD Have a great weekend, and hope school isn't too hard on you guys!

Various Artists - Unbalance Na Kiss Wo Shite (Yu Yu Hakusho OST 2)

So what have I been wasting my spring break with? Movies, more or less! Especially since the Internet connection seems to have gone crazy and increased from 60 KB/second to 120 KB/second! O.O That's a lot for my connection, believe me!

So, as you can see from the avatar, I've watched Hannibal Rising too. Aaand Johnny Depp's got serious competition thanks to Gaspard Ulliel *points to guy in avatar* Yeah, that's the guy XD I finished downloading Nightwalker: Midnight Detective (anime with vampires XD *crowd: figures... -_-"*) and almooost all the episodes of Kiddy Grade! And I've also watched Stephen King's "Desperation". No, Stephen King's not desperate, that's the name of the movie -_-" I've also been downloading some artbooks: Lineage II, Air TV, Shining Tears, War of Genesis and The art of Halo, and I plan to make wallpapers out of the Shining Tears one (that game has such lovely graphics!) If you want any pictures from the ones mentioned above, let me know in the comments (or in a PM, whichever you want). I'm also hunting down Kaleido Star artbooks (to download for free XD), so if you have any links or pictures, please let me know! Pwetty pweeaaase! *big teary puppy eyes*

Aaand I don't know if I'm going to make any more wallpapers for a while. I'm currently busy reconditioning the W.I.T.C.H. scans. Here's one of them, reconditioned by me (text erased, colors modified a little): reconditioned scan. If I can find some time, I'll edit all of them and put them in a ZIP or RAR archive for better download >.>

HIM - Wicked game

No! HIM didn't butcher the original song! >_< I've seen people say that around the internet. Well, I've listened to the original one too, and both versions are good! *nods*

Ahem. Like I promised, I posted the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest video on Youtube, and posted it here ^_^ You'll find it below, at the end of the post. I guarantee laughter. And no major spoilers XD The first scene with Elizabeth is from Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl.

In other news, I'm happily enjoying spring break. Although it does get kind of boring. All the school year me and my classmates yearn for a vacation, but when we get it we don't know what to do with it *sighs* So I'm just here, in front of the computer, making graphics, listening to music and watching movies. These last days I've been going to bed late (around 1 a.m.), because I've been staying up to watch movies and stuff. On Friday I managed to stay up until 3 a.m., because I watched The Passion of the Christ, directed by Mel Gibson. At first I thought "meh, another religious movie, I bet I'm going to fall asleep before it even starts!", but was I in for a surprise! Those who have seen it know what I'm talking about. And now I don't find it hard to believe that a man suffered a heart attack during the crucifixion scene! All I can say is that Rosalinda Celentano was brilliant in the role of Satan, since she looks exactly like an angel should - fallen or not (angels are said to be genderless, and frankly I was asking myself "Is this character a man or a woman?" before I found out). Then on Saturday I watched All That Jazz. Old movies are awesome ^_^

Ok, I'd better run off now! I uploaded some new wallpapers, hope you like them! Thank you, everyone who commented on my wallpapers and added them to their favorites! I really appreciate it! *hugs everyone* By the way, does anyone know how I can request a category? Tears for Fears - All of the angels

Phew, spring break is finally here! Technically, I was supposed to go to school today too, but who's in the mood for school a day before the holiday?! Believe me, not even the teachers are.

As some of you might now, I previously tried to download Vampire Hunter D (Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust made me curious :D), but every time it was the Italian dub! And I tried to download it again, and I got the Italian dub again!! >.< But I got to download episodes 24 and 25 of Death Note yesterday ^_^ (I'm happy because my connection is so crappy that I download a movie in a week *dies*)

The project for English class is almost finished, since the teacher didn't come to class on Wednesday, so we decided to modify it a bit, make it better. We'll include footage from movies! I chose Pirates of the Caribbean (obviously!) and The Shining (I don't know if anyone can understand what it's about if they don't see the whole movie, though). I'll upload the POTC video on YouTube and then post it here later, maybe ^_^ Nico got Jeepers Creepers, Ghost Rider and Eragon. We included a lot of parts from these movies (Movie Maker has never been so tortured ^_^"), so the presentation will take an hour, I think (about 20 minutes of movies + explanation of each of the 16 genres we listed!) So a few days ago me and Nico were talking about what parts from JC she should include:
me: "How about the part where the Creeper cuts that guy's head off and replaces his own with it?"
Nico: "Yeah, and they're all [more teenagers involved] scared and run out of the crashed bus and on the field where the Creeper can kill them better! Stupid people!"
And many more XD It's interesting to watch a horror movie, just to see how many cliches there are in it *laughs*
