C-Block - So strung out
Yeah, 2 more days and I'm free! School will be officially over in 2 days! (well at least for a week lol) Today the Maths teacher came and said he won't come to class tomorrow or Friday, and we had 2 hours of Maths tomorrow and Friday (each day!) So when he went out of the classroom, everyone jumped up and yelled "yeah!!" I think he heard us from the hallway XD Anyway, I'll wake up 2 hours later on Friday!! *gets excited for every extra hour of sleep she gets* Today I was so unusually happy that I almost forgot my sketch paper at school! >.> Careless me! Luckily, one of my dear classmates got it for me ^_^ Here's what I drew in the center of the poster: text art! I was thinking about a cover of a horror stories book ^_^

Yep, the song I've been listening to *points above* is from the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest soundtrack! And I love it! Strange thing though, I seemed to start developing a passion for creepy songs O.o Like Mitternacht (by E Nomine) and this one (this one is partly organ-played ^^). I can't wait for Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End to come out!
Concerning art, I've challenged myself and succeeded... somewhat. Well, the challenge was: draw a portrait of Orlando Bloom! I'm not particularly fond of him, but I love him in this poster! Just ignore the differences of colour ^_^;; So, how is it? I'm not done with the bottom part though, I've concentrated on the head mostly.
In other news, it's one week 'til the holiday! I can't wait to sleep late ^_^ This stress is killing me, I want to get up late again! Nelly Furtado - Say It Right
Hallelujah! The issue concerning FileXoom has been dealt with! I can now happily access my files ^_^ Good thing my files aren't lost! *shivers at the thought of uploading 106 files again and updating many more links*
Saturday I watched a movie, "A clockwork orange". I found it quite disturbing at some points, but I suppose that's what you get from a movie directed by Stanley Kubrick, right? (the one who also directed "The Shining") It was about a delinquent teenager who used to tell his parents he was working, while he was out picking on others and robbing houses with his friends to get money. He is sent to prison after one of his victims, whom he attacked and robbed the house of, dies in hospital. After a period of time spent in jail, he is sent to a clinic by his own will, since he had heard that that clinic provided "treatment" for people who did wrongdoings, and promised a "cure" for the urge to do evil. There, Alex DeLarge (the protagonist and also the narrator who accompanies you throughout the movie, narrating as the events are shown) is forced to watch disturbing and violent movies (people being beat up or raped) and his body starts to develop a certain rejection towards those deeds he had done before. After he gets back home, he discovers his old friends aren't what they used to be any more, and the movie ends with him in hospital after attempting to commit suicide.
There are more details, but it would take a lot of time to describe them all. I don't recommend it to narrow-minded people, because you have to be tolerant to leave out the surface part and understand the meaning. I'll remember this one for ever, Kubrick brings yet another masterpiece to the film industry!
I have to do a project for English class, with 2 more girls, and we originally decided to feature natural disasters. But now we switched to movies! And I'd like to hear some examples of movies you have seen and liked, besides the ones written here! Please? *puppy eyes*

Jewel - Intuition
I am so annoyed at this very moment! FileXoom doesn't let me access my files! *throws something at manager of FileXoom* To explain, FileXoom is the place where I keep my music files from my site, higher resolution wallpapers, PNGs, EVERYTHING! The same happened about 3 months ago, when Filelodge underwent some site maintaining which was never finished T_T I'll have to find a new host and upload the files again TT_TT I found one, but I'm really not comfortable with it, since I can't access the files later on if I lose the link to them *dies* Oh, the pain, the horror!
Oh well, might take some time to brag about this new wallpaper I made ^_^"" Big thumbnail! Big resolution (1600 x 1200)! Hmm, I've started thinking about making widescreen walls ^_^ Back to the wall: lousy extracted PNG, I had to extract the tricky parts myself (where the hair locks join together mostly >.<), after I had sworn to leave PNG extraction alone for a while! *throws sharp objects at person who extracted the PNG* Anyway, everything is hand-made here, except the sparkle/snowflake brushes around the rings, which were default PS brushes, by the way, and the characters of course. I think Carnelian is beginning to be my favorite artist ^_^
Here's another set of wallpapers I made. This time it's Rozen Maiden (I want to watch it, the art is gorgeous! >_<). Hope you like them ^_^ I made different colour schemes!

20th of March || sleepy...
Fatboy Slim - Wicked Game 2005
Hmm, it's not my usual style to update so frequently, but today was awesome ^_^ I skipped Chemistry and a bit of Physics, since the whole class had to go to the festivities hall for something related to the "francophonie" (don't blame me for crappy spelling T_T).
Anyway, we went there, and some people started to speak in French. I study Spanish, and don't know even the most decent amount of French a non-speaker should know. Plus that I read terrible in French XD So I was sitting there next to Nico, my deskmate who studies French (my class is divided in French-studiers and Spanish-studiers), asking her from time to time "what are they saying?!" After a while I got bored and tried to guess what the words meant. Of course I got everything wrong! The best part was the "show" of 2 Canadian students! One of them was so cute! Tall, with a little blonde moustache *daydreams* I had an argument with Nico over who saw him first :] And we both like him, but he's Canadian and he has to go back T_T He sang some songs, and did some "tricks" to entertain the public (there were more classes in the hall). He was very funny ^__^
After that, no one was in the mood for classes any more - we still had 3 more classes: Physics (20 minutes of it, anyway!), Arts and Religion. Me and 5 other girls decided to attend Religion class, since the teacher said he was going to give us grades. Since we were 6 out of 28, we "shared" the class with another class, and took a test. So the ones who stayed got a 10, while the ones who left are going to take a harder test ^__^
Please, the next time I want to extract a PNG like the Kaleido Star one above, someone lock me away somewhere! >< It took a lot of time, and now I've had too much of it to make a wallpaper out of it! But I like the picture ^_^ Those flowers were horrible to extract though O_o The pain, the agony... Feel free to use it ^_^

Wowwie, I haven't updated in almost 2 weeks O_o" That's a lot. But I'm not dead (yet)!
School hasn't been so bad. Me and another 2 classmates were supposed to hand in a project for Music class, about the music of the Renaissance, since 2 weeks ago. But 2 weeks ago the whole class and the teacher went to see a movie in one of the classes (with a projector ^_^). It was called Jeux d'enfants - hope I spelled it right, I don't know French. It was pretty interesting, and had some funny parts too, but it was mostly dramatic. This week we went to the festivities hall, because some people had come to recite poetry. What annoyed me the most was that the moderator said, after a student recited one of her poems, "you should write about this in your magazine, Pie of... whatever it is" (the high school magazine is called Pumpkin Pie, since pumpkins are a symbol of the high school). And what's more, one of the people who had come to recite poetry added that "I attended this high school too, but now it's very different from what it used to be", and he also mentioned that they had went to another high school too, and had been asked a lot of questions by the students there, while here no one asked anything. To explain better:
- my high school = Mihai Viteazu ("Michael the Brave")
- Sfantul Sava ("Sava the Holy" = the other high school they were talking about)
These 2 are the best high schools in the city (and among the best in the country), and are BIG rivals!
There was a "competition" too, 2 weeks ago, between Sava and Viteazu. The ones in Sava had put 17 boys in a single toilet compartment... So Viteazu decided to break their record. And put 20! Crazy people... Girls joined in too!
Ugh, enough about school. As usual, I haven't finished the projects I mentioned before. Yep, I started new ones and forgot about the old ones XP One is a AIR wallpaper, and the other is a Kaleido Star PNG. There are just no Kaleido Star PNGs on the internet and I want to make wallpapers! >.< Yay, I finished the Card Captor Sakura one >.> The last is a Carnelian wallpaper.

I don't know how everyone else is feeling, but I've been bored all week. It's not only the fact that I'm bored of drawing anime stuff. I was actually thinking at one point to try my hand at drawing portraits from posters (I have a Keira Knightley one in mind).
I've also been working on a Card Captor Sakura wallpaper. So far, it's pretty girlish XD I had the intention of making her rise from the clouds, but the fact that her wings were partly chopped off didn't help at all! So, seeing as I am no master of the pen tool (basic tool for drawing), the only way out was to cover the wings with sparkles and stuff XD Here are the projects I'm currently working on:
- a Sailor Moon PNG
- a Card Captor Sakura wallpaper
- a Ah! my Goddess wallpaper
Not much to say about school, since it's been the same boredom all week. I usually start school at 7:30 a.m. (on 2 days I start at 8:30), so me and another classmate invented our schedule: we sleep from 7:30/8:30 to 10:30, then we start to wake up - until 12:30, then we go back to a light sleep again until 2:30 p.m., when the classes are over (one day it's until 1:30 p.m.). That's pretty much the sleep schedule we have XD
I finally watched Saw 3 on Wednesday! It was intriguing, bloody and with a lot of plot twists. But aren't we all used to plot twists in the Saw series? *smiles sarcastically* Here is some interesting information I found on Wikipedia: list of traps in the Saw film series. It has very detailed explainations and contains major spoilers. It even has the tapes Jigsaw used! And what I like most about the Saw series is that aside from the gore and blood, there also is a lot of life philosophy, Jigsaw wants to make people who hate their life think things over and realize how important life is to them. Magnificent series. I can’t wait for the fourth one to come out in October!

Wow, I can't believe I've been gone for more than a week! And I haven't been commenting either! Well, I have commented on some wallpapers here and there, but today I promise to make up for it ^_^
School has been quite boring, nothing new. The Maths teacher promised a test for Thursday, 1st March ~_~ On that date there's a holiday, when girls receive some sort of present from boys (something like this). It's so unfair! But the teacher promised that the test won't be too difficult.
One good thing about this week, concerning school. No Chemistry classes! *jumps for joy* Because my Chemistry teacher is the most evil person I know (and I hope to know lol)! It is rumored that he broke his leg. So, during Chemistry class, me and a classmate, Simona (who is also my deskmate in Chemistry class) made rather...indecent jokes about [do NOT read forward unless you are peverted like me and Simona XD]the teacher breaking his middle leg.
So yeah, we're both pretty crazy XD

I'm back! Lol. Well, well, how have you spent Valentine's Day? Mine was crazy and chaotic. Aside from pretending that one of my classmates (a girl) was my girlfriend and saying "sweet" stuff to each other (you would actually feel quite sick if you heard what we said to each other XD), I finished the Miss Christina drawing. Finally! This is the last Miss Christina I draw. I've had enough of her, time to move on! *super hero pose* I'll submit the drawing another time, I'm too lazy to scan it now XD

What have I noticed on Valentine's Day from singles? That they think this holiday is stupid and worthless. For once, I agree with them, but not completely. I think this holiday is just like an ordinary day. I mean, you don't need a holiday to tell the one you love that you love them, right? :]

Hi everyone! How have you been doing? I've been on holiday this whole week, slacking off and being lazy as usual. It didn't turn out to be fun, so most of the time I was just talking to my desk mate Nico and to one of my ex-classmates, Octavian.
Having had so much time on my hands, I made some new wallpapers! And this time they weren't the usual 20-minute/5-layer ones. Here they are, if you're interested ^_^:

My inspiration for drawing is completely gone, so I guess I'll be submitting some old works from now on. Anyway, I've noticed the "viewing" system for fan arts, and the "favorite" system for wallpapers, greetings and fan arts. It is a very good thing, and keeping it anonymous is also good for avoiding...arguments ^_^; That was a good decision.
Aside from making wallpapers, I've been watching Trigun and Death Note. Today I watched episodes 16 and 17 of DN on YouTube, and my eyes hurt a lot after trying so hard to read those subs @_@; Damn people on YouTube. Saving movies in Flash format on there definitely destroys any good quality. I can't wait for the other ones to come out! By the way, I've looked through some sites, and most of them say there will be 20 episodes. However, Octavian (I got most of the DN episodes from him) told me there would be more! Aww, I really wish there were, but it seems these are the only ones *sighs* Great anime. The Death Note deal was an exchange with Octavian („you give me Death Note, I give you Hellsing” XD).
In other news, I must confess. I’m a terrible cook XD Every time my dad wants to prepare rice with milk, he „entrusts” me to take care of it, so it won’t burn. And I always forget to stir and stuff XD The same happened this week, and it was all because of Octavian, who made me make a music video for him >_< The video featured Christina Aguilera, and the song was „Every time we touch” by Maggie Reilly. And now I love the song and the video so much that I’m going to sync all of it (I only synced about 40 seconds of it to the song, then cut out the rest XD).
