Flushed Away...
Saturday was hell at work...don't get me started on how angry I was...
Culture night was good... kiwi Club (New Zealand) did so awesome the were honoring auntie nicky who had just died... so powerful... I regret not having enough time so I could be in it...
Then I stayed up way to late (5am)... Supposedly I can go invisible and be forgotten for just long enough...
Slept all sunday...
a very cuddly kitty came and played while I was out on the front lawn with a couple of friends.
Then woke up for monday... Entrepreneurship midterm day... Crammed my brain and it wasnt to bad... Nice to take an actual test essays and short answer... I detest multiple choice.
I called in sick to work... needed the time for the midterm...and I didnt feel that awesome anyway...
Tuesday...wasnt bad at all, school wise nothing to worry about... Come to work... saw my assignment... Got angry... I refuse to do line for a long time... I will not forgive being left to handle a 2-3 person job on my own and having to stay later as i finish it on my own...Especially when I asked for helpand was told I would recieve it... thats what happened on saturday... I hate triple luau...
Anyway had fun being on area...
and today is only wed...well ok thursday now... this week is going slow... But I just went and saw flushed away... ITS REALLY GOOD! so many laughs I loved it specially the slugs.
Had fun being on area at work again... Hmm someone got the hint after yesterday and thursday is my day off this week. Also looks like I will have thanksgiving off to so I can go home! YAY! my dad was telling me off for being to excited today...you still got two weeks emo... Yeah yeah I know but I cant wait to see him and my siblings... To bad mum and jacob will still be in NZ... Jacob graduates high school next week and has his national exams to take. So exciting... they grow up so fast...sniff sniff :P
Anyway I've been slacking off way to much since I finished the midterm and I have alot to do before thanksgiving because there is no way anything will get done during it and I don't even want to try and get it done after it... Just want to worry about finals and a presentation after...
I should go to sleep now...
NIGHT...
Sigh I know what awaits me in the morning... I dont want to wake up emo Im so tired... I have to much work... I can only listen to my roommate whine so much and I'm at my limit...Everyone has stress and sleep deprevation... Deal with it!

Unltimate power!!
hehe I was controller at work today. Which equals I actually have a good time at work today... :D I have a favourite job at work now.
So what did i do... greet guest with a big smile and aloha as they come in, find out how many in their party and tell them which waiter to follow... thats it... way easy to handle and I can smile say aloha and really enjoy that my interaction with the guest is about 30 seconds... after everyone is in I just float from area to area helping whoever needs it.
I love it when I smile and it makes someone smile... I just enjoy seeing someone who is frowning look up and just grin because someone else is.
Funny story... little old man comes up "Aloha how many in you party?" two "ok please follow so and so..." I dont wanna follow her can i follow you "no sir I have to stay her and control, but she is really nice and will take care of you" your nicer then she is hehehe It was so cute. It just made me grin.
Last story Two cute little grandmas. You girls all look so beautiful... we love your dresses... hehe are dresses well there hawaiian and we got the bright hawaiian prints, puffy sleeves, frilly bottoms and they do not fit anyone right at all. so us girls usually complain about them... So it was kind of nice to know that someone appreciates them.
Work was good...minus the spilling of scalding coffee all over my hand, arm and floor. Praise bob I didnt get a guest! so after running around a little bit more...got the guest their coffee and someone some drinks... I got to nurse it with an ice pack for the rest of the night... You know it just keeps burning. But im fine. Im a tough one!
Well culture night tonight! (big show, Two nights, all clubs put on a dance of whatever culture they represent its really a blast... I need to participate one of these years...hehe only one year left...)

I have Gummie Dinos From NZ
It Has been raining for two days(not that im complaining but its cold)...I have gummies :D
I had to wipe every table in the large luau cause of a low count and nothing to do... I have gummies :D
My hands still smell like bleach from wiping down those tables for 2 and 1/2 hours... I have gummies :D
I hate finance and Entrepreneurship class... I have gummies :D
Got drenched walking to class... I have gummies :D
Class was so pointless today... I have gummies :D
The air conditioning was on to high at the gym... I have gummies :D
To much homework and a midterm thats gonna be way tough on friday... I have gummies :D

I got 5 packets of my favourite lollies from NZ in the mail today... I Have the Best Brother in the world!!!
Who sends them to me even though shipping from his island in the south pacific is a tonn to my island in the middle of the pacific.

Amazing how one kind act from someone you love can make everything better even as it still sucks...

Busy weekend and sore shoulder...
More like a busy saturday... I did alot more then what I usually do...
Lets start friday night... Work, 3 luaus is always such a blast:P...then last half of the play I had already seen the night before. I had three friends in it and a couple behind the scenes... Hmm all my friends appear to be theatre geeks oh well... Then once the play was done and the boys had washed off their makeup and changed we did a midnight trip to walmart... Which as I have explained before im sure is an hour drive there and an hour drive back... So we got home at about 3am.
Then woke up at 930am to participate in some sort of relay race competition... I am much to nice to my Sport science major friend...anyway that was fun... though crab walk makes you hurt ie. sore shoulder...
Then a midterm... passed out for a nap and woke up for work. After work ate the left over enchiladas with the friend who helped make them and then went to a dance...
Yup I've been busy wooo... top all of this off with computer issues and life is one grand parade... Well the laptop is ok for now... But is definetly getting taken to the apple store when I go home for thanksgiving in three weeks... HOME IN THREE WEEKS I cant wait even if it is for a few days and I will only have three weeks left of the semester by the time I get back... But I so need the break... Just got to ask work for the time off... that'll be fun...
well I should be sleeping...

Friends, Enchiladas and Chocolate
Today was good even though I had a marketing midterm.
Actually I as really busy so the evening is what made it good. No work today and so a couple friends came over and I actually cooked. Made chicken enchiladas...So yummy and Im so full. Then one friend had brang some lovely NZ chocolate BEST IN THE WORLD!!! and so we melted it and had graham crackers and marshmellows and apples to dip in it. It was oh so good and just a little while to forget about all the things I need to do.
Food makes the world good.

Its good im not an egg...
Or I wouldve cracked my head today...yeah lovely red mark on my forehead thats gonna be a bruise along my hair line where I whacked my head into the mail box... I have the worst depth perception...
Count at the luau was low but huge at another restaraunt in park... so I got sent there and got to be scrapper...Im always scrapper the day I wash my uniforms... Not fair...and I wanted to stay at luau...Its much more fun and easy and you finish alot earlier...But spent the night working with a very happy korean chap that just couldnt stop singing apparently...Even if he didnt know the words...
Im about ready to be done with school...No I am... but to bad its still only october. Anyway im sure you all are sick of hearing me complain about school and jerk proffesors... So laugh about me banging my head while tired... Trust me I wont care... It makes me laugh that I managed to do that on top of everything... Im to tired right now...

I AM NOT A BUSINESS MAJOR!!! and I hate this class so much and if it wasnt required I wouldve ugh...stupid school... Only reason they make HTM take it is so they have the numbers they need... BASTARDS!

At least thats over...
It has been a very interesting 24 hours in Hawaii land. There was an earthquake off the coast of the big island, sunday morning, which was felt throughout the islands... and which knocked all power and internet off through out the islands... Also left us being very conservative about water. It is very interesting to wake up, sit up in bed and have the earth start growling and shaking... The main fear was a chance of a tsunami... thank goodness that didn't happen or I seriously doubt that we'd be in as good of shape as we are today... We were Very very lucky.
But yeah yesterday was a day of no electricity and random wanderings... I ended up staying over at a friends last night... I seriously hate the dark... I woke up again this morning and the power was back... Just in time for classes... ohh goody...
I have finally done my bloody finance midterm...I was worried I wasn't going to be able to take it being that this morning the testing center was still closed...wouldve been a good excuse but I wanted to get it done and off my back. But it opened and I finally dont have to worry about that stupid thing anymore... Just have to worry about the one on wed and the two next week and the one after that...and hopefully no more earthquakes and power outages...

What is
Its a book actually the last in the Series of unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket. Ive been reading them since they came out... That was back in 2000 or so... seems like awhile ago eh? But I enjoy them the twist the turns and now the final book is out... But that must wait till christmas... No time for fun while being an adult and during midterms... I remember when i started reading them... I could pick up a book whenever I wanted... Life was simpler... I was still in NZ. Oh well guess thats a part of growing up...
Does anyone have a spare jar my brain is oozing...
