   chapter 2







Chapter
2 the meaning of friends


 


I
could see that Amy was scared but for some strange reason so was I, was
I scared because of them was I scared because of them, maybe not but one
thing I do know is that they are friends. I had never seen people with
so much trust and hope. As for me I have never had friends never found
out what it was like until today. Josh was trying his best to try us his
sword. I walked up to him, took hold of my sword and waved it in the air
as he watched I said “let your sword be a part of you, let it move
like the water, let it become you” after I told him this it was as if
he had been in many wars. He looked so happy all I could do was give a
gentle smile. Just then Amy came running up to us screaming “ORKS”
she was right but then she told us “Mats out their” the fear on my
face was like a ghost “what, hurry we must get to him before any thing
happens” we ran until the orks where 15 steps away from us. Yes it was
true poor Mat was out their all on his own. “We must help him” as
josh, said josh ran started to attack but as for Amy she just stood
there. An ork went after her I went to help her, She was hurt bad. This
ork was strong very strong I had to move out off the way so many times
but I did not move at the way in time the orks blade hit my leg I fell
as I did I stabbed the evil thing. I could not walk so I pulled my self
to Amy to see if she was ok. She was fine in fact she was in less pain
then me. It’s a good thing that josh was with us he kill the rest of
the orks. And found out the Mat had climbed up a tree. He climbed of the
tree and ran with josh to help me and Amy; they took us back to the
camp. I had never been so weak, josh and mat help Amy she was feeling
better in no time at all as for me I was trying to rap up my leg only
the part that was cut but the pain was so bad that tears came from my
eyes. Josh came to helped me as he did I said to him “I am so weak”
he looked at me “no your not you saved Amy that’s all that
matters” he sat next to me all night taking care of me keep. It was so
cold that night I could feel the cold floor the icey wind on my face.
Josh put his arms around me I asked, “what are you doing” he
answered “its cold im trying to keep you warm” we sat their and I
was feeling a lot warmer. I was blushing so much my face was like a rose
the funny thing is so was he but I did see. I feel asleep now I found
out the true meaning of friends to trust and to be there in bad times.
