   great day
todzy is my day for nysma i cant belive that it came so fast though i think i am ready on like last year when i didnt feel as strong anyway i should keep my hopes up

also today in swimming we played many games just for fun such as water polo were my team one 6-0 and then we played sharks and menios but then i had to leave becaue i had to get ready for nysma
