   Holiday Break is Awesome!

Even though this is going to be counted as the next day's post, I'll talk about what I did yesterday! XD We decided to do this Family Day where we went to Iceworld for a while, then went to Boondocks (which is like this Fun Center). My dad got fascinated with the music videos (he didn't even realize that music vids were around for a long time XD) What was amazing was that they were playing a song by Darren Hayes! Yay! He's such an amazing artist. The song they were playing was "On the Verge of Something Wonderful". The one I have on my blog is a different song, but it's still cool. We got carried away with the games and we ended up getting around 170 tickets (yet we spent about 10 dollars there XD) We went to dinner, did some shopping, then went to another arcade. They have the newest DDR for arcade...which happens to be SuperNova. It may be new over here in my city, but when I went to New York in June, they already had DDR SuperNova in the arcades XD It was still very fun to play! I decided to burn the rest of the CDs that I ripped into this laptop. I now have to organize it into my CD binders (both of them hold 12 CDs each) so I have to filter out the ones that I don't really listen to. Tomorrow (which I guess will be later today XD) I'll be going over to Kenji's place to check out his new lava lamp and play some Guitar Hero. I hope I have a good time playing that game. I guess if I get DDR, Guitar Hero shouldn't be that bad. lol Check out my cosplay gallery!

MERRY X-MAS!

Hey everyone! I'm at home and enjoying it ^_^ I got some really neat gifts! I cannot believe I got the newest DDR from Kenji! *Squee* I've already played a few songs on there and it's really cool! (BTW, the newest one is called DDR SuperNova 2). I also got some foundation and other makeup stuff from my mom's co-worker. ^^;; I don't even wear makeup, but I decided to give it a try...it's not exactly the right shade lol It's slightly too dark. Although the makeup said it's for a medium tone...which is what I have...during the summer XD Oh well, I can't just let it go to waste. I also got some scrunchies, an oven mitt and hair ties from Kenji's mom. That was awfully nice of her. I also got a $10 gift card to Old Navy from my cousin. Whoot! Also, a pair of really pretty earrings from another friend of mine (Thanks a bunch, Momo!) Finally, a resident that I take care of gave me (and my co-workers) a box of chocolate (I think I wiped out most of it today XD) .I think that's pretty much it ^_^ What I find funny is that Kenji's mom and my mom's co-worker gave us a box of Almond Roca. However, we bought our own box just for the heck of it. So now we have three boxes of it. Nice huh? We also got a box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts! Yay for donuts! They're my favorite pastry. Plus, it's Krispy Kreme so it's even more awesome! Well, I'm just waiting for my parents to get home (they get home early tonight because it's X-mas). We're going out tonight. I think we'll be hanging out at the Spectrum and going home for dinner. I think I'll be going over to Kenji's place tomorrow to play his new Guitar Hero 3 (I'm so jealous XD) I can't wait!    Merry Christmas Eve!

Hey everyone! How are you? I'm trying to burn some CDs. Particularly the ones that Hikari gave me. She put them on a DVD-R, which can't be played on a standard CD player because it's a DVD. Also, it's in .wma format which is used in conjunction with Windows Media Player...not for my iTunes that I've been using. So I had to download this music converter. It's quite awesome and now I'm in the process of getting the newest Darren Hayes CD: This Delicate Thing We've Made. Apparently, there's so many songs on this album, that it had to be made into 2 separate discs! I've listened to a few of the songs and I'm already liking it. (For those of you who aren't familiar with his music, he used to be the lead singer of Savage Garden...but now he's singing solo ^_^) He has such the most awesome voice! *swoon* Instead of the current song that I've got now, I think I'll switch with one of the Darren Hayes songs that I had originally from his first album, Spin. Does the song even work for those of you with Windows computers? I have it in a .m4a format, so I'm not sure how well that's going to work. Perhaps I should convert it into an MP3? ^^;; I'm excited to open what Kenji got me for Christmas (it's wrapped up and definitely looks bigger than a skateboard wheel XD). His family gave my family something too. It really makes me feel special that his mom included me into her Christmas gift list. Although, my mom got them something beforehand. However, Kenji says that his mom was planning on getting my family something in the first place ^_^ Getting along with your BF's parents certainly pays off! *snickers* If you guys ended up looking on that quiz leaderboard and find out that this "Sayuri T" person got a 100 on my "who knows me best?" quiz, that person's actually Kenji. He took it while we were on my account, so it showed up as my nickname XD It wasn't like I was trying to take my own quiz (because that'd just be weird) For this week, I plan on mailing the Savage Garden CDs that I'll be giving to Hikari, mailing the Christmas card (that's going to be late for sure) to swtanimelvr, and replying to Yuki's letter. Also, I hope to get all of my homework done. I've got some AP Stats work, some HOSA stuff (for info on HOSA, click here), and type up an Econ paper. I hope I don't slack off. I also want to finish reading Wicked Lovely, which is the book that swtanimelvr got me for my birthday.    Holiday Break!

Whee! I'm on Christmas break now! I bet you anything it's going to fly by like nothing -.- Granted, work is awesome (because one of my bosses gave me a $20 gift card to Fred Meyer's). However, one of my co-workers (who does the scheduling), ended up sticking me to work on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day >.< I wouldn't mind it, but my parents work those days and if I were to work too, then that means that my brother is left alone and he can't do that. I managed to switch with someone on New Year's, but that means I've still got 2 other days to worry about. Kenji's being weird and hasn't gotten me a gift for Christmas yet. He was joking and said that he's getting me the skateboard wheel that he found on his front lawn (it actually belongs to his brother XD). He's going to the mall tomorrow, so I hope he finds something. I suppose it's fine if he doesn't get me anything. I don't mind, although it would be nice ^_^ I still have to write that letter to Yuki-chan XD I also would like to give Hikari her gift (I burnt her 3 CDs and I made her a friendship bracelet). I also still have to return a card to swtanimelvr. XD Geez, I've got no time anymore! Check out my cosplay gallery!

Hi there! Not much going on except for the usual shopping day. Well, my dad was supposed to get today off, but since he borrowed too much money from his co-worker, he's working today to repay him. -_- It'd be better if he just stopped betting at those horse races... In other news, my mom and I went shopping. We went to the mall because my mom likes going there to get her hair cut. In my opinion, I don't really like it. It looks too masculine on her. Then we went to Wet Seal because they were having a sale. I gained a few pounds because of my job. (I work as a med aide at a retirement home...but their food is so good, but apparently fattening x_x) so I don't fit in any of those clothes anymore T_T at least I haven't gotten so big that I have to shop at Torrid (not dissing on those full-figured gals because I think being plump can be beautiful too!) Ehh, I'll just stick to shopping at K-Mart! XD Sadly, I never got a chance to go to Kenji's house today because my mom wanted me home right away. *shrugs* As long as I get to spend the whole day with him tomorrow because my mom promised I could. Psh, all because I'm 18 doesn't mean I get to act independent >.< However, I did buy my first lottery ticket! ^_^ I went with the simple Pick 3 lottery. I really doubt I'll win anything, but it should be fun and it's only $1 a pop, so why not? Well, I guess that's it for me. Have a good night! *hugs* Check out my cosplay gallery!

   Hello Again to the Resurrection!

Actually, I find it to be more of a hibernation XD How has everyone been? Kenji and I are still together and Christmas will be our 14th month anniversary! ^_^ Yays. I got lots of neat things for my birthday (I'm not sure what's so fun about being 18. I don't like to smoke, watch porn, or go to stripclubs...I'd rather wait til I'm 21! YAY CASINOS!). I got an awesome MacBook laptop (that I'm using right now). I managed to get high speed internet onto it, so I guess I don't need my crappy NetZero internet anymore, huh? Much thanks to my mom for the laptop. Got the new Celine Dion CD (I'm a very big fan of her earlier works ^_^) Her newest CD isn't my favorite, I'll admit, but it still has some good songs on there (Thanks Kenji! ♥ ya!) I also got Imadoki! Nowadays from him. I got the new Darren Hayes CD from Hikari (I was surprised she managed to get me something even though she lives way across the country from me XD) I got an awesome Naruto Borders Gift Card from Momiji. I got a novel from swtanimelvr. I got a laptop case from my cousin. All are very nice gifts and I hope they all like their Christmas gifts too ^_^ I was actually on myspace for a while (yes, you can all gasp XD). The main reason was because I was trying to update Kenji's profile, but for some reason, each time I get to it, a white spot covers all of the background (it saddens me because it was such a cool Warriors Orochi background too). I'll just try and fiddle with it tomorrow when I go to his house. I'm also going to set up a MyO account for him too. I can teach HTML to him better with this site than mySpace. In return, he's trying to teach me how to play Go. Sadly, I really suck at that game XD I'm sure with some practice, I'll get better. Strategy games were never really my forte anyway. Well, I guess that's all for now. Since I've got high speed internet now I'll definitely be updating and visiting you guys more often. That, and I cleaned out almost all of my friends' list. However, if you're one of those people who don't update all the time, but still visit me a lot, please let me know and I'll re-add you ^_^ Check out my cosplay gallery!

Hi people...just in the library...typing here...Kenji is watching over my shoulder as I type here (I've already messed up the typing nearly on every word >.<)...yup. I hate how I have to read so fast on the Invisible Man...it's an all right book, but I wish I had more time to actually read it and not just SparkNote 3/4 of the book. At least we don't ha ve a big test on it yet. However, I do have an essay to write. I have to e-mail the Japanese Club members about a dinner party that's coming up next week. We're going to a Vietnamese restaurant. The prices aren't pricy either, so it's going to be nice. *blinks* Yeah...I really wish I could visit all of my friends again. As for those of you who still visit me, you guys are the best! *glomps you all* Arigatou! *bows* Well, I guess that's all from me. I have to get going because the library's going to close any minute. Whooo....

Hello! I missed my off-campus ride because I happened to be donating blood at the time, so now I'm just hanging at the library! Donating blood isn't as bad as it seems. Although, I got really light-headed after the nurse told me that I was almost done. I need to drink lots of water now and keep a bandage over the draining cite for around 5 hours! >.< Oh well. I didn't do very well on my finals. I got A's on my Japanese and Health Professions tests, I got C's on Chemistry and Math, B in English, and I failed my AP US History final -.- At least I was able to keep the grade. Another good thing about History is that I can restart my grades! Yay! Maybe I won't get a D for this semester! Kenji's in my Chemistry class now! ^_^ Yay for that too. Hikari moved away and she left me a whole pile of stuff. Some stuff is useful, but I think most of it is just trinkets and junk. I also need to get my new bike from this other friend because Hikari left it there. Oh yes, do you like the new layout? I know the blog's a little bland, but I need to add one more code in order to use my usual blog layouts, and I forgot that code, but I have it at home (which I'm not at right now XD), so maybe if I get the chance, I'll change the blog. I'll even change the cursor (because it doesn't show up here at school), and the music (I was thinking of a Savage Garden song ^_^).    Christmas Vacation!

Hello all you fantastic people! It's an early release today, but since I can't get to my off-campus class (lack of transportation), I've decided to stay in the library for 3rd period and maybe I'll hang out with Kenji during 4th...although, maybe not since he has Chemistry and we have a test today. Hikari's coming over today after school to play the Urbs: Sims in the City. It's not that bad of a game. Then she's spending the night tomorrow. We're going ice skating and goofing off as usual. Do you guys remember my friend, Anime Artist? She's going to be spending a few days with me next week! I hope we're going to have lots of fun! I haven't seen her in forever.
