   Feelin' . . . Hmmm . . .

Well, today has been just like every other day: boring. My mom and her boyfriend are fighting. About what, lord only knows. *sighs* Tends to happen a lot. Mom isn't exactly the easiest person to get along with - even harder to live with. She tends to overreact to EVERYTHING. She's back to saying that she has no reason to live, that she's moving out. The usual crap. Yeah, death threats from my mother are usual. Pretty sad, huh? Last Christmas, I disctictly remember this exchange between her and her boyfriend: Keith: What do you want me to do? Mom: Put a gun to my head and blow my brains out. Nice. I love her, I really do, but things like that hurt. A lot. And the thing is, there isn't anything you can do for her. She won't let you. She LIKES her misery and she'll do anything, tell herself anything, to keep herself in that state. I hung a couple of pictures of the Goddess up on my wall above my bed so she can kind of watch over me when I go to sleep. Weird, I know, but in a way it makes me feel safe. Anyway, night night!

   Nadda

Nothing much is going on today. Waiting to go to my next class(Philosophy of Religion *sighs*). As far as religion goes, I've never thought much about it. I mean, I believe in God and Jesus and have been to church, but as far as the structure . . . I've been encouraged against it almost my entire life. Now I'm seriously considering Wicca. I have several books and I do plan to read all of them, and more, before I make my decision so I'm not just jumping into something I don't understand, but something about it appeals to me. I've always loved the earth and this would be a way to celebrate it. Besides, enlightenment and self-discovery are what I need right now, I think, and the religion is based on those principles. That, and helping others, something else I've always been interested in doing. Y'all probably think I'm weird now. *laughs* Bye bye now.
