Good ol' Tuesday
Well, my school days are actually starting to get a bit better and I'm getting adjusted to everything.
Today I had Spanish 3, Theology, AP US History, and Algebra 2. We had Mass this morning, quite boring actually. Nothing special happened in Spanish. We just had a quiz on vocabulary. I don't think I did very well on it, but I'm pretty sure I passed.
In Theology we continued watching the Shawshank Redemption. The movie's pretty depressing in its theme, but I'm quite interested in seeing at how it all ends. Of course, since it's high school, we don't just watch it. We have a worksheet to fill out that's about the movie. I really hate it when you think you're being treated to movie, you actually end getting a worksheet and you have to find answers in the movie. One side note: since the first day of school, we've had a substitute for the class. Although, we were told our teacher would be returning next week.
AP US History was boring as usual. Nothing kicks off a class as much as forty-five minutes of lecture and notes. We also had a quiz in that quiz. Made a 60. -_-;; Can't say I'm really proud of that grade, heh. Luckily though, our teacher said before progress reports go out, he'll be dropping our lowest grades. But then again, I don't know if I'm going to be making less than a 60 before progress reports. I hope not, lol.
And in Algebra, well, it actually wasn't bad. Our teacher didn't seem to have such a bad attitude as she did on the first day. In fact, for once in my eyes, she cracked a smile today! But, that didn't stop the class from getting boring. Just your usual notes, quiz, which I'm sure I passed, and classwork.
Tomorrow I have English, Personal Conditioning, which is a gym class, and Chemistry. I only have three classes because I filled in my first period for Late Arrival. And tomorrow is Wednesday, and on almost every Wednesday, we're on Activity Schedule and classes don't start until 9:20 AM. So, combine that with my Late Arrival and I get to sleep even later. I don't leave for school until around 10, so yay!
Well, like I said, my days are getting a bit better. The first week I felt pretty depressed, mainly because I'm not with most of my close friends. I still feel a bit depressed, but I'll survive. Right now, I feel like I want to talk to one of my friends about depression. I'm pretty sure I'll feel a lot better once I get to talk to one of my friends about this. Well, I'm feeling a tad sleepy. Not to mention I feel sore from yesterday in PC. I'm going to have get used to running again.
*remembers he has an English test the next morning*
Oh crud, guess I better study a bit.
